Iron Man's Doctor (Private)
Emily Kane Richards
Scottish-American | Twenty-Five Years Old | Medical Doctor (Studying for a degree in Psychology)
* Speaks with a heavily accented voice and uses uncommon Scottish slang.
* Immigrated to the United States with her elder brother, Arnold, on her eighteenth birthday. She continued her studies at University and graduated with a degree in Medicine, currently still training for her second degree in Psychology. Emily lives with Arnold in New York, sharing a two bedroom apartment and works two jobs. Her primary job at the hospital would be enough, if she wasn't paying for University entirely out of her own pocket. She works part-time at Starbucks for some supplement income.
* Emily is a fantastic doctor and despite her age, has an amazing track records with surgeries and patient sanctification. Her outgoing, socialite and slightly childish personality makes Emily very popular within the social circles. She has a wonderful life, but dearly missed her parents back home in Scotland.

This was becoming ridiculous.
Sure, he was doing an excellent thing by protecting everyone with his Iron Man suit and no one would deny being extremely grateful....but Pepper was beginning to seriously become concerned about her best friend. Since his battle with that psychopathic alien-God, Loki, her boss's behavior has grown quite radical. Tony doesn't seem hold any regard towards his own physical health. The drinking and partying was always something Pepper knew would one day become problematic, but this sudden indulgence in risk taking had to be addressed. Every few nights she would find him, having secluded himself in the workshop, with bruises and other various injuries. Some of which should have required medical attention. However, bringing Tony to a hospital was never an option. Pepper knew he was far too stubborn for something like that.
Finally the overwhelming worrying brought Pepper to her breaking point. She had to end this. The logical thing would be to demand he retire from service as Iron Man and lock away all his suits, but that wasn't going to happen. So instead, Pepper was willing to compromise.
"Tony?" She entered his workshop, carrying a freshly brewed cuppa coffee. "We need to talk."
Pepper came over to his desk, finding it scattered with metallic components and devices. He really should organize down here. Pepper inhaled deeply, preparing herself for this conversation.
"Tony, I've spent some time thinking and it's come to my attention that you should hire a full time live-in doctor."
There, she said it.
Pepper continued, "You sustain these injuries and refuse treatment from anyone but yourself or me. I really wish you'd consider hiring someone."
