God you're so behind on the times :gray:
Besides, I would have probably just left some kind of terrible joke like,
"Idiot Brony Shoots Shotgun, Starts Forest Fire."
"Pepper Breath, Pah!"
"The only gun control 'ah need is the one that lets me hit mah target."
See? Totally benign.
Hmmm? I didn't even know you were a guns right advocist I was more referring to the 11 I couldn't see XD
I do own 4 rifles up here in Canada land, I'm not overly passionate about it or anything and thinking the government is trying to steal my freedom away or any such nonsense. Things are MUCH more relaxed up here when it comes to gun culture; a lot of people (especially out in the country) own a gun and probably more people hunt (bows and such, as well as guns) so it's a part of our culture we don't really think about that much. You might as well be talking about fishing for all the worked up responses it gets you, which is to say; not many. I know a lot of people who don't like guns up here, but it's not like they're crusading to have them all banned. It's mostly city people who probably never been camping and think that every news story should be taken at face value who tend to be the alarmists, but thankfully a good chunk of the country isn't like that. So yeah, I like shooting and I like guns, but I'm certainly not the kind of guy who feels the need to get into the political part of it for the most part. I think a big reason for the different mentality up here compared to the US is that you guys have the 2nd Amendment, and you get your gun nuts who think it's their god given right to go grocery shopping with a machine gun and 70 pounds of ammunition or something. Up here, it's more of a privilege that can be taken away if you're an idiot, kind of like your driver's license. That, and we don't really have nearly as much violent crime, so it's rarely front and center in people's minds.
It's not really an overreaction to think that the government is trying to disarm it's citizens.
because the government is trying to disarm its citizens.

I mean, you heard of the maple syrup heists that have been happening. It was all the moose, I say. The simply don't respect the Mounties, because their tasers don't work on them.
Well, I'd like ten round magazines because five round pins mean I have to top up my magazines every box. Not a deal breaker, but it's always sad to think that 2/3s of your magazine is empty, and that's a lot of wasted metal.
Well I have heard that chicago has a gun ban within city limits but they also have the highest crime rate in the U.S. people just don't understand that gun bans just don't work because criminals are still going to get guns
People want to feel empowered, and if their actions can get a law changed that makes them feel safer, it's good enough for them, even if the end result is absolutely nothing changed other than kicking citizens without criminal records who have guns in the daddy bags.
