Liberare il Popolo di Roma. -An Assassin's Creed RP IC-
You are pressed against a wall with other rebels, your heart pounding in your chest as you eye your rapier, broken and on the ground. You say nothing and keep your straight face, the damned official before you speaking to you as though you are a stupid child. You grit your teeth and one of you, in your fear and anger, tackles the official to the dirt. The soldiers hold a sword to your throats, and you can feel that today, you have drawn your final breaths. Praying to God that he may forgive your sins, you close your eyes.
The sound of gasps and dropping bodies surround you, and you fear you may be next. However, when a body hits yours from the front, you open your eyes to see four people, dressed in white with hoods on their heads, looking at you with straight faces. The guards are dead, and you fall to your knees in gratitude, as it seemed these people in white have saved you. One of them steps forward and offers his hand to help you stand.
"The Liberation of Roma has begun. If you choose to flee, do so now, but if you choose to fight, stand with me against the Borgia," he tells you, his hand extended. Looking up, you examine the man's face, noticing the scar on the right side of his face, marking his lip. You then realize that you must decide now. What is your choice? The man speaks once more to you.
"I must be off. Speak with my cousin, he shall escort you out safely, along with the others. Stay close to them, and keep yourself hidden," the man with the scar demands, then runs quickly towards a building, scaling the wall and climbing up like a primate. Turning your eyes to the man who bore strong resemblance to the last you spoke to, he pays you no mind at first.
A breath escapes you and blood trickles down the back of the Borgia guard that your hidden blade is now sliding silently out of. Easing the man down, so as to not make a ruckus, you are greeted by the eyes of rebels who are obviously very grateful to have been saved by you. Some of them fall to their knees in gratitude, and others hug in joy and relief. Helping them stand, Ezio begins to speak to them, leaving you to remain silent. Some of the rebels seem immediately ready to join the guild, others aren't sure, but none seem completely against the idea. At least from where you're standing. You hear no movement, Borgia or otherwise, but keep careful watch.
Primori Auditore, Ezio's cousin, is still as a board, making no movement. He is scary, as he finds no words to speak often. He is very loyal and responsible, as shown by Ezio's trust in placing him in charge of escorting these rebels. But there must be something hiding in there.
Being pulled by your thoughts by Primori approaching the rebels, you ready yourself to flank and follow the group of citizens.
