The Return of Magneto IC
It was the first day of a new school year. The gates were now open and students were flooding in. Storm had her own way of finding new students, it was not as quick as the Professor's, but it still worked. New students were coming in slowly now. She watched as old and new students came in. Some students decided to stay, and not leave due to having nobody to stay with or many other reasons, while other students left for certain reasons.
Shela was already in the school, alone, as always. She never had any friends, and she never would. She was just useless, nobody cared for her, nobody would. She had no powers, she was simply a burden. Why was she even here? All she would do was get in the way. She hugged her teddy tightly as she began to cry a little as she sat on the swings inside the school gates. She hated the fact that she was so weak, she couldn't do anything, she was just in everyone's way.
Sekhemi walked through the gates and looked around. His crown atop of his head, as his body was bare, showing all his Egyptian tattoos. He was a Pharaoh, and so, people would have to show respect, or else he'd force them to. He didn't give a shit what people thought of him, he was in charge here, he was a pharaoh so people would have to listen to his orders. He didn't care for his own life, but while he was alive, he would force respect if he had to. He looked at his shoulder pads for a moment and then closed his eyes. He could not feel the cold, his body may get cold but he personally couldn't feel it, and didn't care about it. He wore his spiked golden knuckles at the side of his Egyptian trousers.
Azriel was currently sitting on the roof of the building. She wasn't afraid of heights at all, she looked down at the new students who were coming in, and as she did, she played her ocarina. Her lips pressed against it softly as the sound of music spread throughout the school. It was such a depressing song, it was her song, her life. She didn't hate the song nor love it, she simply played it because it resembled her. The song was so depressing, it was as though somebody had died.
Blade and Slade
The two twins ran into the school playfully. They giggled and laughed as they ran around. They loved to play, and they also loved the school. They would be able to meet and play with new friends, they couldn't wait. The two stopped and looked around to see that not a lot of people were around yet, where was everyone? Were they early or something? They smiled and shrugged, oh well, it just showed how excited they were as they continued to laugh and giggle.
Buttercup was currently invisible, she didn't want to meet any of the new students yet, nor the old ones. She was too shy, she didn't even know what she would even say. She stood in front of the gate as she watched everyone come in. The two twins made her even more shy, they were so noisy so energetic. So watched the gates some more, wondering who else would be joining.
Kusuna entered the school gates and sat down on a bench beside her. She wanted to look over her book for now while she waited for somebody who looked interesting to enter. Kusuna studied her magic, looking over some of the spells, even gazing at some forbidden healing spells. She was so interested in healing and helping others, she wasn't even sure why some of these spells were forbidden, sure, they might harm the user, but at least they heal or revive the ones they want to help.
Nathan & Nick Murray
The two brothers walked next to each other. Nick with his bow hanging on his back with a special clip while Nathan was talking with him with big gestures. It wasn't their first year at the school. They had returned as they hadn't been able to abandon their new home. Their parents had been killed when they were young. The two had always been there for each other. Supporting, fighting and arguing with the other. Yet last year, when they were invited to the academy, they changed. They became more peaceful with each other. And above that they learned how to cope with their powers.
Nathan ran his fingers through his raven-black hair and looked around, holding his hand up so the light wouldn't blind his deep blue eyes. How good was it to be back. Even though his friends had left he couldn't abandon the place. It was his home. Walking through the gates filled him with happiness and pleasure as if strength had returned to him. He wondered how Storm was doing. He shrugged it off of his mind. He'd meet her later on during one of the lessons, he knew. He then felt a hard poke of his brother's bow against his back and jerked his head his direction. "Could you please watch it?" He asked somewhat annoyed.
Nick arched his eyebrow and huffed. "Yeah, yeah." he said with a strangely purring tone of amusement. "Did I interrupt your daydream, princess?" He asked teasingly as he grinned. His hair was light brown and his eyes bright and silver. He was a sharp person. Maybe not the nicest and most interactive of the two, but he wasn't that bad either. He glanced over at a girl on a swing. She seemed to be weeping. Nathan to seemed to have noticed her and looked back at Nick for a moment.
"New?" the older asked.
Nick simply shrugged. "Probably. Should I check on her?"
Nathan than acted as if he had heard the most uncommon thing he had ever heard. He gasped exaggerating and covered his mouth. "You actually care about someone!?" He then laughed as he felt his brother hitting against his shoulder and mutter, "Shut up."
Nick left his brother to check on the little girl with her teddy bear on the swing. He smiled at her and waved. "Are you alright?" He asked at the weeping, poor thing as he knelt before her on. He smiled politely.
Nathan watched his brother and shook his head amused. That was something he hadn't seen before. His brother was actually approaching someone he didn't know. Maybe he was growing up after all. He made his way inside.
Dr. Ursula Priscilla LeShard
Ursula just waltzed into the school along with the other teachers trying to find the most professional looking person around. Dressed in her medical coat she is clutching a folder that says: "Resume" in big black letters. She has a nervous look on her face as if she doesn't want to be here. If anybody's a telepath her thoughts are going off like a flare gun on a desert island, anybody who is worth their psychic salt could hear her thoughts:
"I need this job, for what I'm not sure it's either for healing the kids or my own personal gain. Maybe both, either way I need it. If they reject me I can accept the fact as my past isn't one that's ordinary.
She asks a student where exactly is headmistress "Storm" or is it Ororo is.
Lilly was running around in the schoolground almost dancing. A few meters away, a anxious man was walking with an enormous fire extinguisher aiming at everyone even remotely flammable. As she came near Azriel, she noticed a tree right next to Azriel's bench. "Don't even think about it" the man commanded. Lilly blinked and a second later, the whole tree was on fire much to Lilly's joy and the man's horror. She sat on the bench right under the now flaming tree. "It's soo beautiful!" Lilly screamed to Azriel with ultimate happiness.
Meanwhile the man was desperately trying to stop the fire with all his might. Once in a while he waved furiously to Storm for attention.
Luke walked in with Ursula. He looked at the gates oddly and mumbled something to himself. He looked all around the gate first just to see what it was, and what it smelled and felt like. This place seemed to already be overwhelming his senses. There were so many tasty sounds, smells, and sights, so much stuff. He had no clue what to do, nor had he been around people before the thought of this school terrified him, or at least what he assumed being terrified was.
Luke watched as another man punched his brother. "Why?" He whispered. "Is that how you greet people?" He watched them. "Mother." He turned to ask her a question, but she was gone. He was alone and had no clue what to do. All the people there were so different, they acted different, even smelled different and looked different. They all had mouths just like his mother, he would be jealous, but has never known what jealousy is. He rubbed his arm and walked into the yard. He walked to a tree and just stood there, he began watching people talk.
Tony Parker's car pulled up to the mansion. He was calling his parents to say his goodbyes, telling them how much he was going to miss him. Parker slung his backpack over his shoulders, he was told that there were going to be clothes in his room. Tony looked around for Storm, he knew that she was running the show, and had a lot of respect for her. In his bag were a few of his belongings, and his suit. He wondered if he would still have time to stop crime and such, but highly doubted it. What was their goal anyways? Weren't they supposed to learn about their powers and find other mutants. Parker was wearing his web-shooters, they looked like weird watches, most people wouldn't notice. The environment was a little sketchy. There was some weird instrument playing the the background. And ther was a girl lighting shit on fire, this was going to be interesting. Parker pasted a girl on abanch, reading what looked like and ancient text book, interesting.... There was also a weird looking boy, he had clamps on the beginning of each of his limbs.... This year was definitely going to be crazy.
Tony walked into the mansion, and looked around in awe. The place was huge! He searched for room 28, his room. He finally found it after some searching, and tried to settle in. He laid his suit down on his bed. It was funny, no one had any idea that he was the White Spider. His parents wanted to keep that a secret, so when Storm found him, the Parkers became the Barkers. Probably wasn't the best last name, but they thought of it on the spot. Tony didn't want a billion villains on his ass because everyone knew who he was. So he kept it a secret, humans he would keep it that way. Just in case someone tried to snoop around his room, he put on his suit under his clothes and put on a white hoodie. His mask was in his hoodie pocket, just in case.
Magneto and Raven
Magneto was in a tree with Raven while Raven was controlling the leaves on the tree to provide them with cover so they would not be spotted. Magneto made sure that they where down wind of the school so anyone with enhanced seances would not be able to smell them. They where watching the new students enter the school while Raven pointing out the students and teachers with darkness in there hearts. Luke Kyle, Ruby Kiyiya, Thor, Sekhemi, Slade, Kusuna, Dr Ursula, Lilly and Azazel. Raven then looked up to Magneto "Those are the people with darkness in their harts and who we may be able to recruit" with that Magneto and Raven headed back to their base in the mountains.
Kai this was Kai second year at the School so he already had his room and even a lab set up Like some of the other students he lives at the school all year round. Today like most days he was in his lab working on his armor he was upgrading it's software and refitting it with new weapons "phew it's finally finished." He wiped away some sweat from his forehead as he then pressed the button on the center of it's chest. The Armored suit then began to fold and compact itself into a backpack. He then put the bag on his back and walked out of his lab to take a look at the new students and try to get a read on them as he took a look around he saw a few familiar faces as well as some new ones.
Azazel was on his way to school this was his first year but he was no worried about making new friends or fitting in. He knew his Appearance made him stick out like a sore thumb and he didn't see why that would be different in a school full of mutants when most of them will look relatively normal. He was teleporting to the school bit by bit a he could not or rather would not rick tying to teleport all the way there as he could reappear inside a wall. he eventually made to the school and saw a few people entering he then teleported to a tree near the entrance of the main building and just hung on a branch upside down by his tail.
Faith was on her way to her new school she was a little worried as to the types of people she mite meat there but she was also a little exited. she was just walking and taking in the scenery along the way as she took a deep berth of the fresh air. as she approached the school she could already see a few students outside the building. Some of witch seamed a little unusual the two witch stuck out the most was the red guy with a tail hanging from a tree and a guy with his mouth sewn shut. She took another deep breath and walked thou the gate and sat down underneath a tree to rest after her long walk.
Ruby Kiyiya, the Howling Wolf. She honestly didn't give a shit about controlling her power. She didn't care if the wolf went wild during nights. In fact, she encouraged it and let it do what it wanted. She honestly didn't give a crap who she killed or what she did as a wolf. Ruby yawned in boredom and walked off the bus, then she slowly gave a glance around the school. The only reason she was here was simply because it was a good place to stay. Although, she had caught a lot of students attention, since she smelled of fresh blood. The huge deep claw marks could also be seen on her right arm and left leg. As she walked she pulled her red hood up which was attached to her short skirt and continued to walk with her shotgun by her side. She just hoped for one thing, that these mutants wasn't as stupid as humans were. Seriously, with the humans being so stupid, it made killing them too easy. Ruby yawned once more, ignoring those who stared at her. If people looked closely, they would actually see some blood on her cheek.
Korto had flown over to the gates using her elemental magic, she had used a large ice disc to move to the gates, and she stared down to watch what was happening. She could see that there were those who couldn't control their powers as well as she, she closed her eyes and continued to watch for a moment, then she jumped down, as she fell, the earth rose up in the middle of a crowd and met her feet, then descended back down to the ground. Her hair covered her right side of her face as she looked around, only The ŁyŁ could see at the moment, her entire body was lit up by the tattoos which surrounded The ŁyŁ indicating that she was using her power. She watched and studied some of the students past life's and personality. She also studied their powers. She didn't care for nobody, all she cared for was protecting her tribe and it's honor.
Kuya walked into the school and took a look around. It seemed to be filled with interesting people. His ears wiggled a little as his tail swayed side to side. He noticed a guy hanging upside down, the most noticeable thing about him, was that he was completely red. He sniffed around, and smelled fresh blood, he directed his attention to the girl with a shotgun, making a note to stay away from her. His cat Yoruichi was resting on his shoulders as he wondered around.
Thor walked in the school and looked around, he didn't care about anyone else, all he wanted to know was who was the strongest person here so far. After looking over the students, he walked in further and bumped into somebody, although he didn't bother to stop to apologize. In his mind, there was no need to. He stopped when he saw the Pharaoh guy, he looked pretty strong and made a point to challenge him at some point.
Miyarna saw Magneto come back, she stared a little at Magneto, wondering what news he had brought to them. She wanted to know when they would attack. After all, she wanted a chance to get to test her new powers. She walked up to him and glanced up for a moment. Her arms were folded as she stared at him with a completely serious face, the tips of her long hair touched the floor.
"Magneto, what did you find? Who will we be recruiting? Also, when are we going to be able to test our new powers? After all, I have never had a chance to test my strength after the first time we met. I have become much stronger since then. Maybe I should spy for you, and watch the students who you think has darkness in their hearts."
She spoke in a completely calm voice as she waited for her answer. As she did, she looked over to Raven, then back to Magneto.
Shela looked up when she heard somebody ask her a question. She nodded a little, and wiped her eyes. She was ok, she didn't actually expect anyone to actually notice her. Normally, nobody noticed her, mostly because they didn't care for her. She held her bear tightly and got off the swing. She looked up to him and saw his ear piercings. She gave a small smile to him and looked to the floor.
"You noticed me? Well, I guess so. Thank you."
She smiled happily at him, it was nice to be noticed once in her life.
Sekhemi walked up to the red guy hanging down. He stared at him for a few minutes then closed his eyes, as he turned around, he lifted his hand up and shot a fireball at the tree branch, making it fall. He looked back for a moment to see what he would do. It was time to show people who he really was. He stared at the red guy as he watched the tree branch fall and burn.
Azriel turned to Lilly as she sat down next to her. She watched the tree next to her burn, she looked back to Lilly when she heard what she said and slowly nodded. Azriel placed her ocarina away and smiled gently at her. She didn't like fire too much. She looked down and continued to watch the other students for now, as she did, she turned to Lilly a few times, to see what she was doing.
"I suppose so. I prefer music though. It is much more beautiful."
She smiled a small bit and then stood up. She looked back to Lilly, if she wanted, she would show her the beauty of music.
Blade and Slade
The two twins watch as some girl set a tree on fire, cool. They had played many games which involved setting things on fire, and so they knew a lot about that. The two ran up to Lilly with a big smile on their faces. In fact, the two were virtually jumping up and down that they were so excited. They looked into her eyes happily. Slade admired the fire until it died down.
Cool, you can control fire? Wicked! I love fire! It's amazing!
They laughed and then each grabbed her hands. They jumped and ran around, spinning her a little playfully.
Buttercup closed her eyes as somebody bumped into her, she suddenly became visible to everyone. She looked around, and blushed deeply. There were so many people around, it was so crowded, she stood up onto her feet slowly and put her hood up, covering some of her face a little. She then looked around, wondering what she should do. She wanted to try and talk to somebody, but she was so shy, and she didn't know where to start.
Kusuna looked around slowly as more and more people arrived. The person which caught her attention, was the red guy which was hanging upside down. Although she saw some Egyptian guy destroy the branch he was hanging on. She ran up to him and casted a simple spell, which would levitate him of the ground for a few seconds, not knowing he could teleport, so he was safe.
"Are you ok? What was that guy's problem?"
She turned to Sekhemi as she held her book tightly Why did he do that? The red guy did nothing wrong, she didn't understand.
Dr. Ursula Priscilla LeShard
Ursula flabbergasted by people ignoring her looks at Buttercup. Finally someone more clueless here than me. she thinks and walks towards her. Might just be a child but maybe she knows who I give this resume to. She taps Buttercup on the shoulder and asks her: "Excuse me, do you know where Storm is? I have something for her." Ursula waits and then adds "If you don't know where she is may you tell me who I go to instead of her?"
