Kayaba Akihiko , creator of the video game Sword Art Online had trapped 10,000 gamers within the MMORPG. The only way to escape the digital prison is to either defeat the last boss on the final floor, or die. Months have passed followed with many casualties. Is there any hope left that game will be completed? You play a character that even with the odds stacked against you, your faith in your abilities(and yourself) will lead to the game's completion. Gathering friends along the way, you all must make it to final floor for the ultimate face off and release the trapped minds.
Due to other SAO rp's popping up on the board, this RPG will be much different. Every character will have a skill list with attributes. Every post should contain this info at the bottom of your post or in your signature if you wish(So others can see). Every time you level up, you will gain 5+ points added to all of your current attributes. 5+ points being the lowest and depending on how strong the monster you are fighting, can provide higher points (5+ -> 10+ -> 15+ -> 20+ -> and so on) when you level up. Extra points will also be given depending on how detailed your post is when battling an enemy. When extra points are given, you can only add them to ONE attribute, not like all attribute when leveling up.
For example, if my character just received +20 extra points, I can only add those points to my character's speed, strength, cooking, health, or defense. Your attributes will reflect in battle as I will play close attention to your stat sheets.
Also, in this rp, your character will not go solo and explore on his/her leisure. Sorry, but that's how it is. Every character will be apart of one single party. The story must progress unless we want the rp to die out. I'm thinking four core players right now for the party. If you would like to buy weapons, sleep at an inn, or whatever, you must have a partner. So if we have four players and one member wants to buy a weapon from a weapons shop, he/she must leave with a partner. No going solo. I plan to keep everyone busy so there will be no waiting on other players.
Every boss will have a level next to it's HP meter. With certain items, you can reveal their actual attributes. This way, team work will be more than possible.

Attributes List: (You have 200 points to start off with. Please allocate them toward any attributes you wish. Your character must represent those attributes within the actual rp. The stat scale for each attribute is 1-400. 1 being the lowest and 400 being the highest)
Here's an example of how your stat list should resemble after every post you make:
At the start of the rp, every character will be a level 30. Level gaining will depend on the floor characters are on. Example would be that if your character is on a weaker floor, for every 10 enemies you defeat, a level is gained. A more difficult floor would be like, for every 3-5 enemies. As the GM, I will guide you and inform you of each floors difficulties. I also will not be actually participating directly within the rp. Instead of my own character, I will play NPC characters that'll impact your characters stories. I'll play bosses too. If you have any questions or ideas, please let me know. This rp will be more of a high casual rp. Again, only four players at this time. 1st come, 1st serve basis.
Loot system & Floor info:
SpoilerGood Morning peeps! There are some things I want to discuss so we can continue to have some fun. The Loot system is one of them. The Loot system will not at all be something very sophisticated. Instead, it's actually the opposite. As the GM, it's my job to update the players on everything that happens. When ever players enter or return to a floor, I will inform you of the floor's difficulty and loot presets.
For example, if the characters Lyn and Old Al travel to Floor 55, my next post will have this:
Difficulty- Strong (Weak-"W-Class", Strong "S-Class", Very Strong-"VS-Class", Powerful-"P-Class", and Boss-"Boss Level")
Col:Col preset is 1,500.

Regular Monsters: It's have a list of monsters with descriptions that appear on the specific floor.
The geography of the floor is largely inconsistent. While the main settlement is located in an area of hilly grass fields, the Labyrinth is located in an arid and desolate wasteland devoid of any vegetation and riddled with multiple canyons. Meanwhile, the western region of the floor consists of fields that are covered in large amounts of snow and ice, even in early summer. This region is also notable for its mountain ranges that, like the rest of the region, are covered in snow.
----> Every floor will have a Col preset when facing monsters. This way you can battle as much as you want without me having to keep an eye on you and judge money given. How will Loot work? When I say Loot, I mean Col and treasure. Treasure will be rare items, weapons, clothing/armor, stat boost, and etc. Loot will only be available through Quest missions, Secret Quest, Secret Bosses, and of course Floor Bosses. Regular monsters will just provide Col and stats. When players are in a party, they can freely divide loot amongst each other.
Every floor will have a mission board detailing available quest. Secret Quest will appear randomly through the course of a regular quest if it has one. Secret bosses are rare enemies that appear when their territory is invaded.
