Keeping the Last Post By Date the Same After a Poll Vote
I haven't seen anything to make that possible already, and it would be a cool change (that, and making the search box text a non-white color).
It's odd that a thread will state the latest post was in the past thirty minutes when it was posted five days ago. The thread updates for the latest poll vote aren't useful unless you're actively watching a poll develop with every vote, and still might cause another user to assume there are new posts where there are not. It's nit-picky, but it would be more convenient to show when the last post was created, instead of putting the timestamp for any post or vote. The thread could still bold and jump to the top of the page when a vote is made, the difference would just be that the "Last Post By" date remains the date that the user added it to a topic.
