Okay. So the RP will work like this: We'll start out as a bunch of newbies on our powers, having very weak powers, and so on. Thus, you can figure out that I will not allow kryptonians, even though this is a DC universe based RP. Everyone will start out small, with rather little power. Thus, no one will be able to kick the ass of a smaller army of thugs alone. So, this RP will be very based around character development, now even power wise. We will be facing many time skips, and so on, super villains doesn't just appear everyday, after all.
Rules: You know the drill, don't be a douche, do as the Gm's Says.
No metagaming, etc, etc.

Appearance: Chuck is a rather average teenager. He's about five foot ten in height, with an athletic build. Chuck, despite what he may appear based on how he dresses is actually very chiseled and toned. He has a full six pack and his body is packed with muscle built up from his self-defense classes and many nights practicing parkour and free-running. His hair is a dark brown colour, appearing black in low light, and appearing to have highlights of blond and red in bright light. His eyes are of an icy blue colour, which is often in a very focused gaze. He has high cheek bones and a strong jaw that comes into a narrow but firm chin. In terms of attire, Chuck wears a T-Shirt with a logo from his favourite video game, movie or comic on it, depending on the day. Generally this is paid with a hoodie or other sweater. Or at times with a leather jacket that was passed on to him upon his father's death. He wears dark blue denim jeans with almost everything, even during the summer he rarely wears shorts. With the jeans he wears a studded belt, and various belt buckles depending on the day. On his feet are a pair of dark grey Converse like shoes. However in the place of laces, the shoes have a strap and buckle system holding them in place. Chuck also carries a cellphone case on his waist in which he keeps his Motorola Smart Phone (Only Motorola :P). The most interesting part of his attire though is the electronic brace he wears on his left arm. This is a device he built for himself using his PSP, iPad Touch and various old cell phones. It's attached to a vambrace like design on his forearm. His left hand has a fingerless glove that is also attached to this device. Chuck calls it "Glitch" after an old cartoon he used to watch.
Personality: Chuck has a pretty laid back demeanor though underneath it all is a hardened young man who has a want for vengeance due to the brutal death of his father. Among his peers at school, Chuck is known as the lovable nerd, a favourite with the ladies and a joker among the guys. Online, his guild members know his as a worthy leader and great warrior. But to those who really get close, they know that Chuck battles with depression from the death of his father and a burning desire for revenge against the petty thugs who shot him after beating him. Unfortunately this keeps a lot of people from actually getting to know Chuck. In the end, while to the casual observer he may seem to have a lot of friends, in reality he also deals with loneliness.
Powers:
Superhuman Mimicry
-Chuck has the ability to mimic the abilities of any other person whether super human or not. For instance while he may be able to absorb "Captain Terrific's" flight, Chuck can also mimic "Thatman's" skills in martial arts or even criminology. At the start of the RP, Chuck will need the abilities displayed in front of him as well as require physically coming into contact with the user. Over time however, his ability to mimic powers will greatly increase. When Chuck mimics an ability, he doesn't do it in the exact way the original user does. He mimics the ability in its base form, therefore if he were to mimic the flight of a Thanagarian, he would not sprout wings but simply find himself able to fly. In this way, he does not mimic every alteration of each ability but rather the ability in its most generic sense.
Planned Power Progression:
Stage 1: Requires the abilities in question to be displayed as well as for Chuck to come in contact with the user. Physical Contact must last at least 15 seconds, the longer the contact is held the stronger the mimicry will be. The duration of time that Chuck is in contact with the user will also factor into how long he can use the powers himself. Chuck can also only use one power at a time and can not switch powers until the one in current use wears off.
Stage 2: Chuck no longer needs to witness the powers in use however all other rules of limitations from Stage 1 still apply.
Stage 3: Chuck no longer needs physical contact in order to mimic another's abilities and instead can instantly detect them. Due to this he no longer has a time limit in which the ability will leave him, instead however the ability's strength will be based upon Chuck's proximity to the original host of said ability.
Stage 4: At this point Chuck has increased to a new level and can now remember previously learned powers. However the strength of the ability will still be determined by the proximity to the original host. Though he can still only utilize one power at a time.
Stage 5: Chuck no longer needs to worry about the proximity of the original host and can use any power known to him at its full strength. However he can only use one power at a time.
Technopathy:
-Unknown to Chuck, his father possessed a superhuman ability of technopathy. Due to his ability to mimic other's abilities, Chuck was able to learn his father's technopathic abilities without even realizing it. This is Chuck's default power, but as soon as he uses another power it is cancelled out. Unlike the rest of Chuck's powers he mimics, his skill of technopathy acts at the Stage 5 level. This ability allows Chuck to manipulate anything electronic with relative ease and even to the point where he is able to construct much more advanced instruments out of simple every day technology such as an iPod and a cell phone. He is also an expert hacker, often calling programming code his second language.
Skills:
Free Running/Parkour: Chuck is a fairly active kid despite loving his technology and entertainment. When he's not tearing up a video game console, Chuck can be found on the rooftops of his city learning to deal with fear in the face of danger and practicing the sport of free running using the skills of parkour.
Self Defense: Chuck has been taught basic self defense skills mainly from local karate classes but he has also taken beginner classes in Kung Fu, boxing and kick boxing.
Technologically Adequate: Due to his unknown skills in technopathy, Chuck is extremely at home with any form of technology, no matter how old or new.
Excellent Video Game Player: As a self proclaimed nerd, Chuck is an excellent video game player. It is arguable whether his skills in this are affected by either his technopathy or his mimicry in general.
Good Cook: Chuck loves food, and as such as taught himself how to cook through various YouTube videos and other internet sites.
Strategist: Due to nearly a decade of video game play and reading numerous books and graphic novels. Chuck has learned and memorized a great number of plans and lay outs. Also due to his experience in playing sports, Chuck has matured into a budding leader and strategist.
Bio:
Charles Jordan Michaels was born to a fairly well off upper middle class family. His mother was a private school teacher while his father was a high level computer technician. Chuck often suspected that his father lied about his job, as he seemed to take off for weeks for unexplained trips to various parts of the world. This part of the job, along with the stress it caused was too much for Chuck's mother and she walked out on them when Chuck was only three. After this point, his father began to take very close care of Chuck, making sure his son was given everything he needed to succeed in life. Chuck was very active all throughout school, taking part in sports and academic activities alike. By the time Chuck was ten, his father remarried to another woman who became Chuck's step mom. However, unlike what Chuck had prepared himself for, Fiora, his new step mother was actually one of the nicest and most caring women Chuck had ever, and likely will ever meet. Fiora watched over him and was able to help him in many areas of his studies. Fiora herself was lawyer who helped Chuck's dad with some troubles. It wasn't until four years later that Chuck's dad would be murdered. Johnathan Michaels was murdered when Chuck was fifteen and finishing his last first year in highschool. It was May and he had just returned from Russia. After getting into the car that was sent to pick him up, everything went wrong. The car veered off onto an unknown road and then another. Eventually coming to a stop between two other cars. the men in those cars got out, one had a crowbar, another a chain and others had knuckle dusters. They dragged Johnathan from the car and beat him relentlessly until he could move. One more man finally emerged, coldly shooting the man Chuck called his Dad in the back of the head. Ever since that day Chuck has never been quite the same at home. Fiora is aware of the problems and tries to spend as much time as she can with Chuck, she can't seem to truly get to him. Three years after the incident, Chuck still struggles with accepting it. He has been trying to figure out what his Dad actually did for a living, but so far the only thing he has come up with was a spy. Unable to accept such an answer, Chuck has turned his built up emotions to a more physical outlet and has taken to stalking roof tops as the vigilante "IllAdvised". The name comes from something his father always used to say, whenever a situation had an unlikely outcome, he would always refer to attempting it as "Ill advised, but the risk is worth the outcome."
Misc:
More Details on Glitch- Glitch is Chuck's super computer all in one tool. While it's not technically a super computer by any means. It is faster than most other processors and capable of hacking any network which means Chuck is connected no matter where he is. It is also untraceable. The device itself has a keyboard along Chuck's forearm, and a three section screen which slides out and forms one larger slight "C" shaped screen. Though Chuck would normally use this device to keep up on Social Networking and gaming, this will become one of his essential tools once he signs up with the Titans. Glitch will receive upgrades as time goes on.
It should be noted that it is in fact arguable that Chuck learns at a faster rate than others due to his superhuman mimicry. Therefore his skills tend to improve at a much faster rate than the average human.
Chuck has a small hangout/workshop set up in an abandoned subway station. It's from here he "runs" his vigilante operations.
Chuck has been working since he was fifteen and combined with the bank account his Dad left him and his own entrepreneurial businesses, Chuck has managed to accumulate enough money to afford to own his own car and motorcycle and is looking for an apartment near his subway base to move into.

Personality: Gecko is a quiet teenager, he would prefer to stay in and read rather than go out with his friends but that doesn't mean that he has no friends. He is quite friendly most of the time but could snap at people when angry. He seems to have grown more reckless after the death of his parents.
Powers: Nathan's main power is invisibility. But to become invisible, he must concentrate, meaning he can't fight or anything while in this form. His second power is colour changing. Basically he can change the colour of his skin. This can be to neon pink or jet black. He must also concentrate to do this.
Skills: He can work a computer quite well. Excellent reader and knows how do fight.
Bio: Not much is known of Nathan's past. All that is known is that he was put into care at the age of 7 and that he had become different around that time. In truth, his parents had been murdered. Murdered because his father owed a mob boss some money. It had happened right in front of Nathan. Since then he has changed. He has become more self dependent and stronger. But Nathan knows one thing. He knows that he will get Mr Blond. No matter what.

Appearance: Well toned teenage boy, blue eyes, short black hair. 189 Cm tall, weights 86 kg. He is rather handsome. He has two large wings on his back. Will get to working on a micro later on today.
Personality: General personality: He's a nice, calm young man, the guy you'd expect you be helping the teacher in class, be a straight A student, and always be the " Good Guy". Never get into trouble, and such. He does also tends to joke alot.
While in battle, his Thanagarian genes takes over, and he becomes a lot more aggressive, surely he does always love a good fight, even without being aggressive. He would however not do such a thing like killing someone.
Powers:
Flight: Due to his wings, Thomas can fly. He can fly at the top speed of 120 KM/H, and at the hight of 900 meters. He can't however fly for all that long periods of time, due to the high energy consumption it requires for him to fly.
Enhanced strength: Thomas is about twice as strong as a human would be with his own muscular build.
Healing factor: Thomas can heal at a rapid rate, and can thus heal from a lot of wounds, without all that much trouble. He heals about 20 times as fast as a human.
Reincarnation: Thomas comes from a breed of Thanagarains that reincarnates on death, and thus they can't really be killed, only temporarly. Thomas does not have a full memory of his ancestors, but he has knowledge of Thanagarian warfare, and lots of battle styles because of it. However, even if he has some basic knowledge of it, he can't exactly use it.
Skills: He is like all Thanagarains, a great warrior. He has a basic skill in nearly all close combat weapons, along with basics in various marital arts. Due to his angelic apperance he has the ability to give people hope since most people tends to believe in some kind of angel and in desperate days like these, people need all the hope they can get.
Bio: Born in a spaceship, heading towards a nearby solar system to ours, N'al Lor Thar was the son of a Commader of the Thanagarian Army, but the ship got attacked, and nearly destroyed, his father sent N'al to earth, which was the only planet he knew that the baby would even have a chance at surviving at. In a escape pod for 1 year, due to one of it's engines shutting down, Na'l arrived at earth at the age of one year and 4 months. He crashed into a road outside of Gotham City, where he was found by a middle-aged couple, whom raised the boy as his own. They named him Thomas, after his adoptive grand Father. Thomas lived a regular human life, till he was about 12 years old, when he began growing wings. His parents was a bit freaked out, but they came to accept him, anyhow.
Over the years, he tried to cut of his wings, time and time again, it worked for a couple of weeks, till they came back and they were always stronger then the time before. Soon, he couldn't even cut them of any longer, due to them being as hard as steel now. He hated his life due to his wings, till one day when he was walking home, wearing a long coat to hide his wings he saw a woman and they young child up on a bridge, and the young boy fell of the bridge, and was about to fall down into the river. Thomas threw of his coat, and his shirt to let his wings rip, and flew at the boy, picked him up and flew up to his mother.
" Here you go miss, I believe he's perfectly fine" The young man said. " Thank You Angel!" The young woman said, while crying with happiness, due to her son being alive and well.
That incident changed Thomas, and he now loved his wings, and began helping people, he also began discovering his other powers, and does now roam the streets as a vigilante.

Interesting mash up so far. Not sure how Chuck's mimicry would work with an alien, never really thought to cover that. Though he doesn't know he is superhuman and actually just thinks he's rather smart haha. But no spandex yet here, I had no idea for a costume which works out at this point haha.
I'll be going with a regular black Tshirt with holes for the wings, military pants and boots, along with a pair of gloves and a mask to cover his face a bit.

Appearance: Drake has a caramel skin tone with neon pink eyes and low black cesar hair. He's short standing at 5"6 and weighs 115 pounds. Is skinny and has little muscle tone. He can be mostlly seen wearing the combo of a hat(loves hats), a hoody, fitted jeans, sneakers, a jean jacket, and a sportswatch. Also possiblly a bookbag.
Personality: Drake is extremelly lazy. A surprise to most that he can finish any task at all. He loves to eat and laugh but hates when people take jokes too far killing the joke all together, and he hates bad jokes. He can be seen anywhere napping or cloud watching. Drake loves to relax anywhere he can get the chance.

-Shapeshifting: Drake can shape shift into Anything and anyone he's previoussly came in contact with for 3 minutes at a time. He's alot more vunerable in this state. Say if he shifts into a brick wall, if someone strong enough breaks the wall and it crumbles it'll cause severe damage to Drake.
-Enhanced Physical character: Drake physical character surpass normal standards for humans. He has enhanced; stamina, durability, and memory. It would be scaled at the bottom of superhuman standards.
-Conjuring: Drake can also conjuer small items to aid him in whatever task he partaking in. He currentlly cannot conjuer anything that weighs more then 4 lbs and is bigger then 5 feet.
- Sorcery: So far his spells are very low leveled. He can't manipulate any of his surrounding and wont be able to until he's reached age 50 like his father Loki. Though can currentlly shape mystic energy into small projectiles or weak sheilds.

Correct for a timespan of 3 minutes, though He cant move nor can he turn back into his original form until the time gives out. which means if Drake were to shift into a lamp for hiding and he's found; that's 3 minutes of getting his ass kicked, possiblly killed. And he's loki son soo i tried to make him low level superhuman when it somes to strength, speed, and stuff.
