Since Bela's little incident I'm slowly but surely giving a reason why the government hasn't constantly been trying to figure out what the hell has been happening. I guess you could say for awhile now there has been a supernatural cold war inside the Government's different groups for a long time that most do not know about.
Henry's little team were all killed for a reason. It also seems like Henry has been located. Guess what happens next XD.

I want to explore other parts of supernatural verse that isn't connected with Sam and Dean. It will get connected to the Apocalypse but for now these characters are fighting a different war. Kind of like how the Cold war bred different conflicts during the 20th century.
This is just another conflict a fight to see. Whoever wins this fight could either save a lot of lives or destroy them.
Edit: Regarding Gabriel I assume he is still going to be conflicted over the whole Apocalypse so don't worry he can still screw with the Winchesters and there friends but since Jaime has been visited by God he may actually help the monster. Remember he does like monsters and humans over Angels and demons. Maybe he thinks God sees it that way?
