    Then it was probably the wait. 40 minutes is a decent chunk of time.

    Though I hate to tell you it will probably be disabled again in the roleplaying sections eventually. Far more people complain about it existing than they complain about it being in place. Mainly because a lot of times people try to post RP-related info in an OOC or whatever and don't want two posts to merge- to make it easier to link to one or edit one or just make it look nicer. People show up in Problems/Suggestions quite a bit asking for it to be disabled, so that'll probably happen once administration gets around to fixing the rest of the lingering bugs from the upgrade.

    After all... most OOC's aren't used like ours.
