To the east, you can progress deeper into the cave. To the west, there is a hammer embedded into the cave wall with some runic patterns surrounding it. To the north, the cave exit can be found. And to the south, there's nothing. Just a wall. Nothing special about it.

The room you are in has like, fucking treasure everywhere.
