Name: Andhakara
Age: Appearance-wise, she looks to be around twelve or so. Judging by the things she says, however....
Gender: Female
Race: Black-blooded Artificial Observer*(See History)
Personality: To be revealed through play.
History:
Andhakara was not born from the power of Rt'Amaq or Norah like the rest of the Observers. She was created in a lab from the body of a recently deceased blue-blood, the heart of a red-blood, and gallons upon gallons of black-blood. At the time of her creation, simply living was painful. She couldn't move one step without falling apart, unable to maintain her form. She would periodically melt into nothingness for days or weeks at a time, so pained that she wanted to scream...
But she had no mouth to do so with...
Eventually, she gained enough power to hold herself together. At that time, all hell broke loose. She began devouring other Observers at random, her hunger overtaking her sense. She was soundly defeated by her creator and forbidden to devour life.
Following the example set by the other Observers, she has come to Tenshi Jigoku Academy not to learn, not to observe, but to
eat.

Andhakara's powers are complicated, so they will be listed here in full.
Let's start with her tentacles. She can create up to six at a time, each able to stretch outward from her body by exactly five meters at a time. The only harmful thing about them is that they have incredible strength. That... and the fact that each one has a little mouth at the tip that is used for sucking the life out of Andhakara's prey. These can easily be stopped by applying pressure to them, as this causes Andhakara great pain.
Next, let's talk about her 'snack time'. This essentially works on the same limitations as the tentacles, only able to be created six meters away from her body at a time. 'Snack time' is her name for a great pool of black blood she is able to create, that will swallow up those unfortunate enough to step into it. The simplest way to avoid it is to just not step in it, since it's more of a highly visible trap than anything else.
Lastly, her ability to break herself down. Being largely made up of black blood, Andhakara is more than capable of melting herself down into nothing more than a puddle to avoid damage or to sneak past things. When hit directly with a physical sort of attack, her body will open up at the site of impact and absorb the object used to strike her.
... I think that's about it, so I'll just leave this here.
