They were voted by the TJA group months ago, many months ago. There are other Vocaloids, though....

I remember you joined shortly after I joined, yeah... cuz I joined pretty much right before Kuro disappeared for a bit, and then Kuro was surprised to see you and that other guy (Xandavar? Shadow something-er-other?) here when she came back...

They are, but only the original main 8 TJAers had to pick within a certain group. Take LovelyAnastasia for example; she called dibs on being TJA's Haku Yowane, so that's what she got....you guys are free to pick any Vocaloids not taken, though I wouldn't reccomend direct spinoffs of characters already taken (Kaiko, Hachune Miku, any of the Hagane Vocaloids, etc.) there's still plenty that no one has claimed yet. Akita Neru, Lily, Teto, Miki, SeeU, Sweet Anne, Ryuto, Yuki, Nekomura Iroha, Oliver, Utatane Piko, Hiyama Kiyoteru, Akaito, Taito, Leon, Miriam....etc. etc....
