Tiber Exemplar Evolutio is a rather young race. There was once a society of humans obsessed with the cleansing of Demons in a valley far from the rest of humanity. They would take drastic measures in order to ensure their surrounding lands were Demon-free. Over time, they would become more extreme in their ways and would attack Demons without a second thought. At that point, they were naught but hateful humans. A creature called Tiber descends on these people. Naturally, the people didn't understand Tiber and instinctively attacked him. Tiber would then enslave the entirety of this society. He sought to find the deity of the Demons for his own personal reasons. He was not against using humans to achieve his ends. In order for him to gain his end, he gave the humans their free will again and offered them a pact. They would drink from his blood if they agreed to do his bidding. With that, the humans agree. They would trade their freedom for power and become the Tiber Exemplar Evolutio. He would instill in them three forms of magic (Aether, Shin Kan, and Lexis) that are completely the domain of Tiber and he would have them act as his Chroniclers. They would be tasked with recording every detail of organized Demon activity and only under certain pretenses would they be able to kill the demons. These pretenses were mainly to do with rituals and blood baths in innocent villages. He promises the Tiber Exemplar Evolutio salvation in the land of Aetheress if they complete their task.

Personality: The ultimate definition of her personality would be 'functionality-seeking'. She tries to make use of everything possible, be it her environment, people or items. She does not ever regret her actions, even if she is in the wrong and aspires to hold up her family's pride more than anything. Her family pride is perhaps the only touchy point with her.
History:
At birth, Valerie’s parents looked down at her with great expectation. Valerie’s entire childhood was spent on becoming the epitome of a Youngblood Inquisitor. The Youngblood family holds a high position in the Exemplar society’s Inquisition. They are among the leading officers in the Exterminatus. It is the Inquisition’s duty to record all Demonic occurrences and manage such if they were to grow too powerful or get out of hand. She would be the heir of the Youngblood family’s Ultimatum, a sacred heirloom in the form of a Demon-slaying book when she completes her life as an officer. As soon as she was old enough, she was enrolled in the Tiber Inquisition’s schooling program. Her elementary years are spent learning about Demons and their kin. She excels at the courses and continues on to practice magic at the age of ten. Here, she finds herself very well versed in the way of Aether magic. She also comes to find herself completely stunted in all other fields of Evolutio magic. Her stunt in magic leads to a knack for weaponry to compensate. By the age of twelve, she’d gained a certificate of Partisan Mastery in the field of Aether magic. It is there where she becomes a Private Assistant in the Exterminatus branch of the Inquisition for an active duty field officer. The officer was rather productive and would almost never spend a day not in the field. Her skill with weaponry was trained then and she became proficient in several arts, but not all. Her focus was centered on ranged and she learned melee weapons to a lesser extent. It would be six years of field duty with the active officer before she is promoted to a Chronicler, rather than an officer. She is given Natalie Youngblood as her own Private Assistant. While Valerie was mostly not pleased with this, she accepted nonetheless. She is instructed to go to Tenshi Jingoku Academy then in order to examine and chronicle demon related activity there. Valerie is not pleased with the job one bit, but goes in hopes of becoming an officer eventually.

x Aether Manipulation:
Valerie can open holes into the Aether realm from regularity, but she can't open one the other way around. Manipulation also allows her to harvest Aether energy from such realm. In order to use Aether spells, Valerie must open a Aether port in order to feed off of Aether energy that resonates from the alternate dimension. She has the capacity to store a limited amount of Aether energy in her body as well.
x Aether Force:
Valerie can manipulate Aether energy to her whims. The blue stuff can be formed and reformed to cast different spells. These spells are written runes in a book where she must apply her palm with a fist full of Aether energy in order to cast. The book serves to translate that energy into energy more commonly found on regularity.
