The ice beneath them shook and cracked. Leon dared not to draw closer to the hole, instead backing up. Eve quickly retreated into his shadow. Suddenly, the ice exploded, rocks of both large and tiny sizes rained down around Leon, a snowy cloud forming as well. The ground continued to shake and rattle.
As the snow settled, the rocks began to move to just in front of Leon, as some large rocks stopped in front of him, he noticed one having Zant's Black Sword lodged in it. He backed up more now and unsheathed his blade.
The rocks all jumped up into the air, floating for a second before coming together, slamming against each other to form one giant body.
When it finished, it was nearly three times Leon's height and width, the black blade sticking out the back of the Monster's "Chest rock". A deep rumbling sound came from within it, simulating a guttural roar.
Rocky Guardian of the Spirit's Energy
Thardus
It rose it's arms up and immediately tried to smash Leon, he jumped and rolled to the right of it, counting on the snow to give him some form of traction. Thankfully, it did and cleared him of the rock monster's smash. It took a second for it to recover before using the same arms to block Leon's way with another smash ahead of him, extending it's arms in the process.
Leon skidded to a halt and ran straight at the beast instead of around, going between it's legs. He used the grips on his gauntlets to get a grip on the ice and slow down. He ran at the back of the beast and jumped onto it's leg, using his gauntlets again to scale the monster. He got closer and closer to the black sword until he was able to grab onto the sword itself.
The sword tried to fight back with electricity, but it didn't give Leon any reason to falter as he used his blade to strike the side of Zant's Blade, cracking it slightly with each swing. It took three swings before the beast let out another guttural roar and shook it's mid-section, throwing Leon off and into the snow.
It rotated it's midsection so the blade faced forward now instead of backwards so it would be even more difficult for Leon to reach it. Leon got up and shook off the snow before dodging another smash by the skin of his teeth. It moved towards Leon now at what looked like to be a running pace before curling up into a massive rolling ball of death, heading straight for Leon!
Leon ran, trying to circle the death ball, which was failing horribly. It continued to catch up to him until it was nearly upon him. He rolled towards but to the left of it so it would go past him. He looked up to see the bridge not far from where he was fighting. He decided to take a chance and run for the bridge.
Thardus was not far behind, still rolling like a Pillbug out of hell, Leon jumped over the first railing of the bridge and got down. Thardus, heading straight for him, rolled straight into the bridge and broke apart. It's pieces were sent flying forward onto the other side of the bridge. Through the commotion, Leon picked out the rock with Zant's Blade in it and set out for it, leaping over the second railing and running through the snow and ice once again.
When he reached the rock, it was starting to move back towards the larger rocks to reform Thardus, Leon took the chance to try and hold it down and hit it again with his blade. Once, twice, three times even! The blade cracked to it's core! But it did not break just yet! The rock shot off before Leon could hit it again and reformed with the rest of Thardus. Now the beast stood on the other side of the bridge again, out of smashing distance, but it did not slow it down. Pieces of Thardus floated up into the air and fired off at Leon, the first of which hitting Leon in the arm and piercing his armor. He didn't wait for the next few rocks to imbed in his skull, he ran for cover as fast as he could, zig-zagging back and forth to dodge the malicious rocks.
This tactic would prove to be Thardus' undoing however as enough rocks launched out to leave it immobile. The rocks started to come back one by one however, but they didn't come back fast enough. Leon bounded over the bridge railing again and once again for the second railing, heading for Thardus' legless body. It tried to smash him once again in a last ditch effort to kill Leon, but he rolled right out of the way and ran for it's core. Before it could recover, he climbed up onto the middle rock again and slammed his own sword into Zant's Black blade once more and split it right in half. The bladed half dropped down and stuck into the ice before shattering, sending the golden light off towards the Spirit's Spring. Thardus froze then, unmoving, before crumbling apart. Leon backed up from the carnage, his breath misting in the air from breathing so hard because of the battle. He placed his hands on his thighs and tried to catch his breath.
Eve came out of his shadow and poked him on the shoulder, mentioning that they need to move on before Zant tries something else. The two turned then and went for the Spirit's Spring.
And now for a second time, Leon was his old self, still dressed in his usual brown, no longer marinating in twilight. "This feels...strange..." he thought as he looked over his hands and seeing the sword in it's sheath. He was only just realizing the feeling of being a hero. A few weeks ago, he was enjoying a cold brew inside his home on the outskirts of Ordon, Alison no doubt trying to sneak away from her evening chores to be with him. Now...he's a warrior for the gods, a bastion of light in the twilight, using every move and technique taught to him in the Hyrulean Academy, with a lot of luck here and there, to try and save hyrule. It definitely was strange to switch roles so quickly...
He stood on the small cliff inside the spirit's spring, waiting for the spirit to appear, but he did not at all, instead, only a voice came from the spring below him, rippling the water in the process.
Hero...Listen now, there is work to be done by both of us, and now is not the time for speech...I know of your loved one waiting for you in Hyrule Castle Town. Bring her here when you are ready, and we shall discuss....Zant....
Though a little confused, Leon didn't wait at all, running outside into the already melting snow, Shade was waiting for him. He ran up behind her and used his hands to yank him onto her saddle and spur her forward towards Hyrule Castle Town.
Moving through the canyon pass, he noticed several Zora warriors with their exotic spears and masks standing in the snow, shaking their heads as if waking up for the first time in a long while. He did not take time to make sure they were alright, only one thing was on his mind now, and even Shade knew not to slow down. He kept her at a full gallop so that Hyrule Castle was not even 20 minutes away.

Alison!
Leon burst into Tetra's Tavern, looking side to side and making several patrons look over to him quizzically. The young girl at the bar counter looked up from her book when Leon burst in and waved him over.
"Sir, if your looking for Alison, you just missed her, she left about ten minutes ago with Magnus, and her mother Tetra in a carriage bound for Kakariko to get help for that Rito girl. Second the storm let up, they didn't hesitate a second...Ah, let me guess, your Leon, right? If you get a horse, you might just catch them before they leave Western Lanayru."
"Magnus...it can't be the same captain from the academy, Magnus Gavorn...can it?"
One of the patrons, bulky and dressed in a cloak, perked up when he heard Leon's name and stood, about to head over.
Thank you, thank you so much....
"Bella Reolu (Re-oh-luu)"
Wait! Before you go!
Damn it, what?!
The cloaked man approached Leon at the bar counter and loomed over Leon slightly, an armored hand came out of the cloak and lowered the hood, showing a familiar face.
Adam?! No way!
Firm hands grasped each other, Adam's nearly breaking Leon's hand, followed by a pat on each other's back.
Its good to see you, man, how have you been-
Listen Adam, Its nice to see you too, but if you want to catch up, we'll have to do it later, alright? I have a very important carriage to catch.
I'll ride with you, my war horse is in the stable.
Get on and catch up with me, I'm riding at full gallop.
Leon turned and sprinted out the door, Adam close behind until they hit street level, they turned and went different ways then, Leon heading for the main gate while Adam went for the stables, it wasn't long before Leon was heading for Kakariko.

Come on...we're hold on until we get there...mom, her fever is getting worse! A few feathers are coming off of her forehead! I wish we could have left sooner!
"We're nearly there, just have to get across the Western Lanayru field and we're a stones throw away!"
In truth, it was going to be at least a few hours before they reached Kakariko, and they were only half an hour out from Hyrule. They had chosen to take the long path through Western Lanayru field, south into the Hyrule-Ordon field then into Eldin Gorge to cross the Eldin Gorge bridge and enter Kakariko for help.
They were in a moderately sized Carriage, driven by two horses and Alison's mother, Tetra. Nicely seated on the inside with pots and pans and supplies hanging on the outside. They were being escorted by a reinstated Hyrulean captain named Magnus Gavorn. Originally discharged and jailed for ordering his patrol to injure and kill an innocent child, he was reinstated for saving the Princess' life from bandits when the twilight first hit Hyrule as the Princess was returning from dealings with the Zora People. Many think it was a set up by Magnus, the Princess thought otherwise.
The sadistic Gavorn was just as he was back then, cruel and sadistic, only continually hardened over the years, as well as very demanding of women. He rode a poor, pure white horse named Gildergreen and was dressed in a medium Hyrulean captain's armor.
"Now Alison...We have yet to discuss the...price, of my escort of you..."
Excuse me?
Alison repositioned herself next to the window on the back seat, able to see ahead of the carriage and able to hear Gavorn more clearly.
You said it was free of charge in the tavern. If your expecting a pay for something you clearly said you were doing out of the kindness of your heart, you can leave now.
"Now Alison, lets not be unreasonable, this can all be settled easily in Kakariko in one of the available rooms in the lodge..."
She reeled back, scooting away from the window and furrowing her eyebrows and forming a disgusted frown.
What?! No! Ew, ew! No! Not if my life depended on it! You damn pervert!
"Lucky for you, because that little Rito girl's life depends on it."
"Hey! Hey! Thats my daughter your talking to, Gavorn, you will treat her with respect!"
"Quiet you old crone, I earned my position as Captain of the Hyrulean guard, and I will speak as I wish"
Away from the carriage...Gavorn...
The disgusting captain turned his horse as the carriage stopped, placing him just a little bit behind the driver. Alison poked her head out of the window as Tetra turned to look as well. Not thirty paces behind them was Leon, dismounting his horse with a hand on the grip of his sword.
L-Leon!?
"So the traitor returns. What are you doing here Leon?"
I. Said. Step. Away.
Gavorn drew his blade and pointed it at Alison as Eve snuck around the side and climbed up with Tetra, whom was looking around for something hard.
"And what are you to make demands towards me?! You are a traitor of the state, you attacked me and nearly killed me, disobeying direct orders! You were court marshaled and discharged for what you did!"
Here, try this!
"Thank you little child...what the heck are you?"
Eve handed Tetra a large black frying pan, she scooted over a little bit closer to the edge of the driver's seat and pulled back her arm like an oak branch.
Is that what you tell yourself at night to help you forget your discharge and jailing for issuing an order to Kill a child?
"Why you little-"
BANG The frying pan hit the back of Gavorn's head and down he went, sliding off of the horse and onto the still wet grown, planting his sword in the process. It wasn't long before Alison got out of the carriage and was running at Leon. She jumped at him and hugged him before placing her hands on his face and kissing him then pulling back, realizing what she did and how unladylike it was, forgetting it as Leon pulled back into another kiss and hugged her again.
As they embraced, Adam rode up behind them and just went past, coming up next to the carriage and looking in, checking on the Rito girl.
Leon, you have no clue how much I've missed you, no clue how much has happened in the last few weeks...and...and wow, your different looking...
Is that a bad thing...?
No no no, your fantastic looking its just...what happened?
You can tell her on the way Leon, the girl isn't looking too good.
She turned and ran up to the carriage to get in, but stopped, instead mounting Gildergreen instead and turning him around. The horse was skiddish at first, having a new rider, but a gentle pat from Alison assured her that he wasn't going to be abused. Leon got up onto Shade and rode next to Alison as Eve rode with Tetra, checking on the girl every now and then. Adam rode close by, but left the two to their catching up. They left Gavorn in his own puddle of grass and mud, unconscious. He would probably survive.
Probably.
So...Leon, let me get this straight, from you've told me I gather that you just so happen to be the chosen hero of the goddess-not goddess'-and you, Eve, and a crazy Goron are the sole reasons we are even talking right now and why the land isn't shrouded in twilight?
That is the...jyst of it...yeah...yeah, that sums it up about right.
You do realize how crazy that is right?
Crazy enough that it simply cannot be made up what-so-ever.
CRACK! The sound of Tetra cracking the reigns of the carriage signaled that they were entering the Eldin Gorge area. Kakariko was no more than a half mile away. Since they had met in Lanayru, Leon had gone over every detail of what had happened over the last few days and his journey across the land saving it all from twilight.
Now...my part of the story has finished, it's time for yours...and if I'm right...you have a mother that you have never spoken of before. I want to hear about that!
SHHHH-
"Excuse me?! You haven't even told him about me?!"
Wait...now if I remember correctly, she told me that you actually died while Alison was being born. Right allie? Leon shut up...
"Alison?!!"
Dad told me to keep quiet about you because of how much it hurt him to be reminded of you! I swear! I didn't tell a soul because of how much I love and respect my dad! Not to mention I barely knew you to begin with!
"True...true..."
So wait...what happened?
Another crack of the whip as they crossed the Eldin Gorge and and a sigh from Tetra said that she didn't want to talk about it and was forcing herself to do so.
"Bo and I used to be married, but we were forced to be separated a lot due to Bo being a mayor and myself being a court adviser for Isabella Zelda. We were married for a year then we had Alison. Thing's got worse then when Gerudo began to encroach on our borders and crime rates went up. Lasted about 2 years. At that point, Bo and I barely saw each other more than once or twice a month. We decided to divorce...fifteen years later I retired and didn't think Bo would want to try again...didn't realize that he still cared..."
It was quiet for a short time before Alison perked up and reached over, grabbing her bow, which was wrapped up in a small cloth on Shade's saddle, and taking it out.
What are you doing with my bow?!
.I had to use it in my travels! It's helped more than you can think!
You left out the part of where you stole my bow! Did you at least ask my dad if you could use it?
...Um...
Did you keep it oiled and...wait...no you didn't...What the heck Leon!? I've taken care of this bow since I was five! All that work on it gone because of your journey to save the land. GOSH.
You could see the steam come out of Alison's ears as they entered the only slightly crowded town of Kakariko. Renaldo stood with the other kids in front of the hotel. Gorons stood along the town, both selling wares and repairing the town, Renaldo was quick to see them and stride over to the cart parking by the spirit's spring, the kids not far behind.
Leon, it is good to see you again, what is with the extra-This girl in our carriage, she needs help. She's Rito. Beth, rush inside, quick as you can muster, grab my medicinal bag...
Half an hour later…
The young Rito lay in a bed on the top floor of the hotel. Blankets covered her and a wet rag was lain on her forehead. Her cheek-feathers were red with fever and she breathed in short, heavy breaths. Renaldo, Colin, and Leon stood nearby. Colin wouldn’t take her eyes off of her.
She's Beautiful...She is going to be alright, right Renaldo?
Of course, my child, run along now and help the others downstairs. I wish to speak to Leon privately.
The courageous Colin nodded and bowed slightly toward both of them and took off downstairs, but not before stealing one last stare at the Rito girl.
s.Leon, you have come far in your journey. Though, I sense that it is far from over. Take this time while we wait for her fever to pass as a boon. Use it to rest, recuperate, and reconnect with your beloved. It has been too long since you last saw each other. You deserve at least that much...
I plan to. I am not sure where to go from here though-
Outside, a painful shriek pierced the air. Both Leon and Renaldo turned towards the door and started to sprint downstairs, praying that everybody was okay.

Leon!
When Leon and Renaldo made it outside, Alison and Adam were waiting for them on the front porch. Leon looked down onto the street, seeing goblin bodies everywhere as well as Gorons with large swords running about, chasing excess goblins. He then noticed Beth running up the ramp. She pointed out towards the Eldin Plains leading to the Bridge of Eldin.
He took Colin! He-he tried to save me from being taken by a really big Goblin. He took Colin instead, Leon, you have to help him!
He nodded and turned towards Alison and Adam, whom were already trying to call their horses.
Adam, help the Gorons clear the town of Goblins. Alison, stay here and make sure the children are safe. But Leon! I can help-
He bore into Alison's face, stern and commanding. His hands spoke as much as he did.
Stay. Here.
He turned and started to run down the ramp towards the town exit. He placed his fingers into his mouth and let loose a very high pitched whistle. Shade came barreling around the corner in a full gallop to where Leon was and galloped beside him so Leon could pull himself up and head out of town.
__________________________________________________ ___
There was a vicious fire in his eyes as Leon pushed Shade across the Eldin field as the sun was starting to set. He could see the large Goblin in the middle of Eldin field, prancing around with his posse of Goblin lackeys on their warthogs. He held a flag pole with Colin tied up, unconscious, near the top. One of the Goblins called out Leon charging through Eldin field and the group began moving together. The Warlord broke off from his posse and went for Eldin Bridge while the lackey's dealt with Leon. Haphazardly for them of course.
Leon gritted his teeth and drew his blade, The black crescent cross guard gained from his battle with Glendron the Mighty was still there, he held the blade high in the air as he charged the Goblins, aiming to cut all five of them down, one by one.
They split off into groups of two, hoping to trap Leon. One was left alone to lure Leon around. They hoped to protect each other by each having a driver and an archer, but they did not expect Shade's speed. It was not long before Leon was on him with a sword cutting a swath through their tiny Goblin neck bones. The pig that the loner was riding on rode off towards a cliff, stuck in a blood rage.
The Goblins continued their "Plan" and tried to lead Leon away from the Bridge of Eldin. Leon turned their plan against them however, riding close to them and striking the Archers before they could try and attack. Though they tried to split and shower Leon with Arrows, Leon made sure his back was facing the sun. The Goblins couldn't see a thing as they tried to shoot. Leon hunted down one of the groups quickly, ripping them apart.
The last duo decided to try to abandon their leader, terrified of dying, they separated from one another and tried to scurry away, but Shade could outgallop them easily. They did not last long...when Leon finished with the Goblin posse, he made his way for the bridge, green blood gleaming off of his sword.
The Leader of the contingient was waiting for him in the middle of the bridge. He had just finished placing the Pole colin was on on a flag stand that was on the edge of the bridge, showing the Hyrulean colors to all boats that came down the river below. Colin now hung as the flags did over the river.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g2fCSBN5Ewc
Getting a better look at the Goblin Leader, it was not the Goblin Chieftan that attacked Ordon just weeks ago. A subordinate, a Warlord that commanded a small amount of Goblins. He was large like the chieften, but wore some metal armor and was a bit more fit than the chieftan. He also wielded two waraxes. One for each hand. His boar was also heavily armored. He took a look at Leon and gave a grisly smile before charging forward with both axes ready. Leon reared back Shade and charged foward, aiming for the left side of the Goblin's body to avoid an Axe.
Leon rose his sword high and clashed with the warlord as rode by each other, dealing no damage to one another. The ringing sound echoed for miles. They rode to opposite sides of the bridge then turned and gallopped again, Leon aimed for the same tactic but tried something a bit riskier. The Warlord had no armor on his back. When they drew close to one another, Leon instead simply deflected the waraxe blow from the Warlord, which was aimed at Leon's stomach, and flipped his blade immediately after. He stabbed the Warlord in the back in one swift motion and continued riding. The Warlord bellowed out in pain as they rode to their sides of the bridge before turning and charging again. Leon noticed a change in position for the Warlord and saw that he was trying to take out Shade herself this time. He leaned over on his horse to try and deflect the strike.
They drew close to each other once more and clashed, the Warlord having tried to take out Shade and failing. He was rewarded with another quick jab to his back, spewing green blood on the stone behind him. That strike was close to his heart. The next strike might be fatal.
They charged once more, only the Warlord tried to charge Leon directly, trying to knock him off of his horse. Leon was going to try for the middle and use a pole as a joust, but he froze suddenly, Shade quickly following. The Warlord continued to charge, but a heart stopping brush of wind flew by Leon's ear and imbedded itself in the Warlord's chest, he pushed on as three more flew through the air and imbedded themselves into his chest. He didn't stop. As he drew close, Leon saw that the "Brushes of wind" were actually arrows, and that one more flew by his head and slammed into the Warlord's head. Specificially, between his eyes. He froze for a moment then slumped to the side, forcing his Boar over the side.
Leon turned Shade around to see Alison striding up behind him, riding her recently acquired horse, Gildergreen. She had her bow in her hand and a smug look on her face. "Told you I could help."
He didn't waste time telling her it was stupid to come out here instead of staying in town like he told her. He turned Shade again and rode for the middle of the bridge to untie the still unconscious Colin from the pole he was fastened to. He came to after Leon got him off the pole. They were standing on the still bloody stones of Eldin bridge, Colin having been just laying down as Leon tried to wake him.
Colin remained silent, unable to speak from both shock and slight embarrassment that Leon and Alison had to save him. He gave Leon an anxious smile before hopping onto Alison's horse and sitting on front of her as they galloped back towards town.
The hero and heroin, triumphant in their rescue of Colin, returned to Kakariko in hand. Most of the townspeople gathered around the horses and helped Colin down. He quickly found himself hugged by Beth, her head nuzzling into his chest like an excited schoolgirl to her lover. "Thank you for saving my life, Colin. I'm...truly in your debt." Though a bit reluctant, he hugged her back and let show a sly smirk "It was nothing, really"
Finished putting their horses into the stable near the entrance to town, Leon and Alison rejoined the group, confused. "So what happened, exactly?" "Colin and I were helping the Gorons close down their shops for the evening. I was in the middle of the street, carrying a few stones to weigh down a tarp for the night when the Goblins burst in from the Eldin gorge area. Their leader tried to run me down but...Colin ran at me and shoved me out of the way...allowing him to be captured instead. It was the bravest thing I've ever seen." Colin's face lit up like a cherry as Leon laughed and patted him on the back saying "Is that so?! Nicely done!" Though it seemed that Colin returning safely was not the only good news in Kakariko as Renaldo approached with a wide smile on his face. He spoke, a sparkle of happiness in his eyes for the news. "It is good that Colin has returned unscathed. It pleases me to say, as well, that because of the medicine I brewed for her, the Rito's fever broke and she now soundly sleeps. Do you want to check on her? She might be awake now in fact..."
All the young adults gathered around Colin let out a resounding yes and followed Renaldo into the hotel, anxious to see if the Rito girl is awake yet. Even Eve rushed with them. Leon and Alison did not follow as quickly however, deciding to stroll and enjoy the twilight. They strolled toward the Gorge outside of Kakariko, knowing that it was safe now that the Warlord was gone. They walked along the road then cut into the grass, hand in hand. There was a certain aroma in the grasses that reminded both of them of home, of Ordon. It smelled of wheat and pumpkin with the occasional lavender bush poking out and mixing the wonderful smell of the same name.
"Seems your little friend, Eve, really enjoys this world...from what you have told me of her...she's been through quite a lot."
Now that it crossed his mind, what she said was true. Eve was here alone, nobody of the same race to help her through the loss of her mother, Midna. She doesn't even talk about it. Now he wondered what was happening within the little girl's mind and if she was simply oblivious to the fact or hiding it.
"We all have. She deserves a little rest and relaxation..." "We all do, Leon. Fighting evil twilight creatures, saving the Goron chief. Restoring the land to light. Discovering that your one of a legendary bloodline...it's enough to break most men. You need to relax most of all, Leon." "I've been doing fine, honestly-" She stopped him right there and bore into his face with a stern glare. "Now that is a bold faced lie, Leon Grace. You've been fighting for a week straight, you've barely slept a full night without a nightmare. Your tired, I can see it in your eyes. In fact, come on. Our walk can wait until tomorrow, you need to sleep."
She took his hand again and started to drag him back towards down. Though he fought his best, he was wound around her finger tight. He was going back to the hotel whether he liked it or not. "Come on Allie, I don't want to sleep! No no no no no!"
Later that evening....
"Now, even though everybody else is awake, your going to sleep, and thats final. No fighting young man."
He sat in his little cot in a shared room between him and Alison, leaning against the wall and stripped down to just a pair of pants and shirt, his left arm propped up on his knee to support his face. "Only if you read me a bed time story later." She turned her nose up to his plea and turned to leave, but not before he called out again. "Hey. Allie." "Yeah?" "Come here." She jokingly groaned and came up to the side of the bed, he gave a childing smile and jerked her down, screeching and giggling all the time, onto the bed, tickling her, hugging her, and kissing her. She tried to get up and run out so he could sleep, but stopped as he wispered a "I love you" into her ear. Her heart melted then, as it always did when he told her he loved her.
She returned the gesture and kissed him then lay her head on his shoulder. In truth, she was tired from the long day of travelling and running about shooting goblins with her bow. Her eyes felt very heavy just then, as if the weight she had been carrying for the last few weeks had just been lifted off her shoulders. The light beside the table was blown out, leaving the room in a dim twilighted color, leaving the two to sleep.
Leon as the first to awake in the new day, the morning sun shining in his eyes. Alison had her arms wrapped around his midsection, holding him tightly. Carefully, he pulled her arms off of him and edged off the bed without disturbing her. He got dressed and went downstairs. The floorboards creaked ever so little.
He walked outside and was basked in the morning sun's yellow glow. Feeling the light hit his skin, his hair stood on end, taking in every bit of succulent warmth. He leaned against the rail of the hotel's porch, something he did quite often back home. He used to stand on his house's balcony on the edge of Ordon, enjoying the mornings. It wasn't long until another joined the moment, still with her pearlescent white skin and pitch black hair, though messy, and wearing a tan gown. Eve floated up and situated herself on the railing to sit with her legs dangling.
"Hello, Leon. How did you sleep?" Eve sounded noticiably happier. Peppy and cheery even. "I slept quite well actually. Yourself?" "Sleeping in a bed for the first time instead of using a shadow to caress me was...exotic, to say the least. I liked it quite a lot. We both needed a good night's sleep it seemed." "Seems I'm not the only one to get up in the wee hours of the morning." They were joined by one other, the rito girl. Wearing the same clothing that she had on yesterday, but cleaned and well taken care of. Her scarlet red hair hung over her shoulders, recently brushed and cleaned. She however had a scowl decorating her beak instead of a smile like Leon and Eve. "Since everybody else is still sound asleep, I feel that I should ask you. What happened to me and how long was I out? Oh, and I'm Medli. I don't think I could have explained who I was while I slept" She extended her feathered arm towards Leon, then Eve shortly after. Both shook her hand then explained how she came to be in Kakariko, but also explained that she should talk to Alison or Alison's mother as they were the ones to find her and help her. "If I may be so bold, why were in here in Hyrule in the first place?" "I've come from the great sea to the east to warn your ruler of the frozen Hylia as a precaution. We did not know that Hyrule had been attacked after the darkness had descended, our brothers in the north were, and still are, incapacitated. We didn't have any way to know."
Sighing, Leon released the tension that had built in the muscles when she said that she was warning Hyrule. Oh, good. Well, do not worry, Medli. The ice melted away yesterday morning. As did the invaders of Hyrule. The land is safe now. The spirit was more than grateful for what Eve and I did "Oh? So you are the Heroes that purged the Goron mines of evil? I heard of you when I passed through Kakariko. But I'm afraid not all the land is safe. Word is that the frozen northern lands of the Scallwind have been turned into a wasteland and been thrown into eternal night by the same evil which plagued Hyrule." Fear and worry turned Leon's face into a state of shock and despair as he listened to Medli's words. The most he could reply with was a "What...?" He stormed off and began to pack food and water, vying to head north as soon as he could, as Eve and Medli looked at each other in confusion. Neither knew Leon's origin.
Taking twenty or so minutes to pack enough food and water to last a week and grabbing his armor, he was about to walk out the hotel door when he was stopped by Alison and Adam. Alison looked tee-d off. "And where do you think your going?! We've only just gotten here and your trying to run out to go get killed!" Alison, I know your trying to help me, but my home country is in danger. I need to help- "Then we're coming with you. We're not going to just sit around while you go die." No, No your not. Your staying here. "Bull! Adam and I are coming with you to Scallwind. No arguments, Leon! NNNNOOOO. You are NOT and I repeat, NNNNNNOOOOOT, coming with me to Scallwind, and thats FINAL The two glared into each other's eyes, daring each other to continue the argument while Adam stood on the side wondering why he was being dragged to the far north because Alison said he and her were heading north.Ding's be gettin' seriohs-oh!

"Is It Mad To Pray For Better Hallucinations?" - Alice Liddell
This Isn't Your Mother's Wonderland. This is the place where insanity is your only friend.
Currently Working On: Legend Of Zelda: Shadow of the Dusk: Currently overhauling the feck out of itAnd for the record, I'm a DUDE that LOVES the darker side of Alice In Wonderland.
I'm a fun loving guy that just wants to roleplay the way roleplay is meant to be done, imaginative and fun. Who cares if it's off of canon or if something is different. A good roleplayer will join in with the fun and change the canon to something even better. Fan-canon! XD
I'm a storyteller too, if I get into a roleplay, i'm not gonna join in to help your character be all perfect. I want to tell my own story too, throw in a twist or two into your story to make people go "woah! Didn't see that one coming". Even if it does mean that your character might get smacked around a bit, it won't be the end of the world. Just means that they got a few scunwanted caresss. Put a band-aid on and get back into the fight! lol. Its a lot better then straight godmodding or instant-deaths. Thats for sure.
Although, keep in mind, friend, that I'm not gonna fight your character. I'm not interested in fighting with my fellow roleplayer in a full on Player-Character vs Player-Character brawl. A few monsters fighting against you, sure, but I'll never willingly allow my character to fight against yours or anybody elses. Its not not fun at all. Oh, and totally not invisible text here.
