Shu was storming in a refined yet furiously fast manner towards the lookout,he sensed some other power levels heading for the same apparent destination,he sensed by the essence of their Ki that they were warriors of different races,two of the races belonging to certain once criminals now trying to escape from Hell.

"Hm...Majin and Friezans?this could indeed become interesting,yet I wonder what their true meaning is...after all they aren't the most trustworthy by the words of history itself...besides that...I also sense other Namekians than master Dende.....quite a bunch has been called forth"he thought silently,it was not long until he eventually landed,he greeted Mr Popo with a simple hand gesture then silently walked to a shadowy corner where he sat down to kill time until Dende would speak.

"It has been so long since I last saw master Dende,wonder if he keeps up with his responsabilities...."he thought his overcoat's hood hiding his face.

Chyller sat down, and began to feel around for the power levels of the others. There was a human flying towards the lookout, and another Friezan in space somewhere. A very powerful one at that.

The could sense other power levels, most of them weaker than him, but it wasn't the actual power that concerned him. There was something unusual, as if they were close and far away at the same time.

The observatory was within sight. A smile crossed the nineteen year old's lips, and she took a sharp curve upward, her body now facing slightly diagonally: letting herself begin to free fall once above her destination.

She tucked herself into a ball and began to flip repeatedly, aiming to uncurl and land straightly just before collision-

Her face contacted with the tiled flooring of the ceiling, sending a rush of pain through her body. She leaped up quickly, clutching her (only slightly) bleeding nose, running around and making loud, abrasive comments about things like, "Flippin' thing pushed itself up, I had that right, damn it, ow, damn it!" and "Why did you make it rise Dende, this is your fault, ow, owowowowowow!"

Rido stepped out from behind a building, his large size somewhat limited his mobility on the lookout. When and if he became guardian of the earth he would have to do something about that.
If we have even a days notice, we should use the rooms available to train in. Some of us can use the pendulum room to fight something similar to whatever we are about to face and two others could use that year-in-a-day room.
Reign was delivered by Mr. Popo by the carpet and took to use the time to train while the others arrived. Since there was no one else to work with, he divided himself into four Reigns and had a three-on-one competition with himself. With three opponents he was quickly being overtaken so he raised his own odds by dividing his arms into a set of four. Historians referred to it as the four-witches technique.

"since almost everyone is here. Dende will talk to you all now." said Mr Popo. the room was dark, inside the room was a Thrown with Dende sitting on it. Gounu was lent against the wall.

"thank you all for coming." said Dende. "you all know that this is serious as otherwise i would have had Gounu and Ridoo deal with it. the truth is that the inmates of hell have started a riot, this is a large scale one and the Guardians are unable to hold them all back, some are going to slip through into this world, the good news is that they are holding back the strongest of them so you will only forced to deal with the weaker ones first." said Dende. "people like Frieza will take time to break through... but an inside source says that it is not a question of if, but of when." he looked down. "i have no idea how many have broken through already. but what i do know is that they have broken through."

Mindy stopped herself, taking a seat as soon as Dende got outside. Still clutching onto her (now not-bleeding) nose, she slowly nodded as he talked, raising her free hand once he was done talking.

"Dumb question 'prolly, lil' green, but just who is Frieza? I take it he's bad from what you're saying, but I can't say I've ever heard of him."

Shu sighed as he turned his head towards Mindy at the end of Dende's speech and after she asked her question.

"Although I was pretty sure everyone is well-informed here I will answer your question,Frieza is a galactic emperor of the Friezan or Changeling race,he ran the World Trade Organization and owned several planets,he is responsible for the assassination of the saiyan ruler King Vegeta,our prince Vegeta's late father,aswell as the death of many others of our race by the explosion occured on planet Vegeta,which was of course set up by him,he was the son of King Cold and the brother of Cooler.
He thought his remorseless way of doing things is going to be enough,yet he slowly lost his intelligence becoming more cocky as the time passed,and when he met a certain Super Saiyan he almost died for sending a Death Ball towards the core of Old Namek,and in 5 minutes it blew off,somehow he had the dumb luck to survive yet when he returned for more after resting on Planet Frieza 79 he met his end at the hands of another Super Saiyan,he is one of the most dangerous criminals to appear on Earth and is one of the rioters that we will have to fight later on when he will eventually break free from Hell."

Chyller nodded. 'So that's why their power levels were unusual,' he thought.

"But for now, the weak ones are breaking through, correct? We should be able to handle them easily. What concerns me is that there are a few even stronger than Frieza. I know it's a long way off, but how are we going to deal with them?"

Matilda did not know who Frieza was, but listened to Shu's explanation. She felt out of place. Everybody here was older, more powerful, and knew what they were up against.

Reapers ship crashed through the atmosphere, flames scorching off the nose in a blaze.
The ship sliced through it with much more ease than other planetary atmospheres he has encounterd. Reaper knew it was time to get to the bottom of this, and at the same time felt a little uneasy about the siutation something didnt set right for him.

"So I arrive.."

The ship glided over the rough terrain blowing dust and rocks in everywhich direction. Before it ultimatly set down in a loud, thump onto the ground. Resting the long expanding legs sicking into the dry desert surface. The main hatch opened gently lowering before the massive weight of it also collided into the ground.

"This is earth- Hmm where to go now?"

Reaper attached his scouter onto his left ear and started scanning the region.

"There seems to be a collection of medium power levels and some weaker ones to the east. It's not to far I should go check that out first."

Ridoo stepped near Mindy and tried to lay a finger on her skin, if she let him he would try to undo her broken nose.

"A villain from half a millennium ago with techniques that can destroy a planet. No planet means no guardian, no guardian means no dragonballs. Do not underestimate the demeanor and color of this foe. "
