@CH3RRI After speaking with several people, I have decided that extreme speed along with super reflexes is a bit much. Having super speed is one thing, but mixing it with extreme reflexes and impressive strength is a bit crazy. I can sense that something like super speed in One Piece is rather abusable.
@Hidarii Guinevere Sylvis is something I'm not willing to accept. Mainly because your Devil Fruit Nullifies your main weakness. The ability to see everything around you practically makes sneak attacks impossible. Especially since you'll probably be on a ship 90% of the time.
And personally, I would prefer you not start off with an entire ship. You have a habit of creating too many characters, so for now, I would rather you just pick the two you like and use them.
@Tatsu Your character seems fine, but a thought occurred to me. How much force can she create? Because your technique is alot like one of the abilities in the Canon, but with a few add ons.
@other If you want to join... Go ahead and make a character.
@Danzye Hm... Your weaknesses... Uh... They're a bit lacking. When I mean weaknesses, I don't mean "He's not awake that often."
And then there is your powers. They just seem really really Infamous-ish. And hovering? No...

Editted my sheet. Changed it to movement speed only. If it needs more dumbing down than that I have another idea though.
Also on the strength thing I probably should have been more clear. He doesn't have superhuman strength. Just stronger than your average joe.
Speed = Momentum = Attack power
