I promise we're sorting it out. We're officially giving Gm's seperate jobs so this isn't a problem. Like Yosh makes ungodly CS's, so he probably should focus more on the story itself than grading, which he's good at.

I'm soft, but I'm rather responsible for the stats and such.

I'm still not sure where the hell Lyfe is.
Syn's appearantly stricter, so that's why Yosh brought him in, because it we were yelled at for being too soft a while ago. The new balance is rather hard.

It'll run smoother, and be less of problem when we've got this down. But now, yeah, I kinda have a problem too on how all this is working out, we probably should have transitioned smoother.

There are rules on the front page, one gm word is law, two follow advanced section rules, and grade a profiles get higher positions. For instance Sakuya and Lyfe have very well written out bios and there for have their positions. Using few words to describe them or making a three lined history is reserved for free roleplay.

It's true IC post show the quality of the roleplayer, and the IC is meant for character development, but you first need a rather developed character to get your foot in the door. I'm not requiring major changes that affect the IC in any which way at all. Just enforcing the rules and reviewing bio's for abilities left unchecked.
