Aaron felt the bump, but didn't too much care. As the captain started talking, Aaron looked at him, a bit bewildered.

"What the hell are you talking about, skippy? Why would I get 'The Kid' if you pissed me off? They'd never find the body."

Aaron's nickname for the Captain Commander, Naratsu, was 'The Kid'. It spawned from a combination of Aaron's age, and having him as a pupil. The fact that now Naratsu could best Aaron never even crossed his mind. It was true, and not a fact Aaron was unaware of, but to Aaron, Naratsu would always be 'The Kid'.

Aaron then heard clapping, and saw the make-shift stadium built in the distance, he sighed, changing the subject.

"Why can you never find the captain you are looking for if it's convienent."

He shook his head, knowing the captain commander was there....somewhere.

Aaron took out a bottle of sake, and took a swig, putting his arm around Damien.

"It's going to be a long night, isn't it skippy?."

He then walked into Naratsu's office, and sat in his rather large chair. It had once been Aaron's for a season. He was glad he wasn't Captain Commander, but he had missed the chair. He should get another one made for his office.

Tamara dispersed her bow with the session being over, and looked at the two men approaching her.

She was about to answer the 1st question when the second answered it for her. She thought it a bit strange to refer to a captain by 1st name basis, especially Captain Flamberge.

Tamara noticed one offering his hand and took it being polite, then courtsied. (how the hell do you spell that word?)

She spoke softly, giving her name to both men. "Tamara Draco"

It was a way that expected a return, with as few words as possible. Tamara had never been a talkative type, this was only worse from the time her father disappeared a year ago.

Daimein was caught off guard by Aaron saying that he had no idea. then was told it would be a long night. He smiled at the captain "yes it will but i rarely drink but with you i guess i can make an exception." He put his arm around Aaron and laughed "Tonight will be long but fun." He looked over at the makeshift stadium and decided something "Before we get drunk theres something i want to do." He laughed " you should enjoy this because well im about ot make a fool of myself." he freed himself of arrons grasp and walked over ot the stadium and asked "May i participate."

The stage people were happy to see a captain coming up though he wasnt wearing the captains coat people recognised him he didnt know why but they did. They let him on stage and he smiled and released his bankai using the whole command and all but then he did something no one expected he released his poison into the air high above the spectators there were screams and people ducking but then light hit it and it shifted color and refracting causing the place to look like a rave party and night club and he laughed. "now for my next trick i will need a squad 4 member for my own safety to come up on stage."

a girl who appeared to be about 12 walked on stage and he whispered in her ear the formula of the kido for the antidote of the paralytic and how to seal the wound without cooking him due to the poison.

He shoved the knife into his stomach and coughed "damn thats what i put people through." he removed the blade but lost the ability to move and the squad 4 member stepped forward and used the kido to perfection and he took a bow "Damn that hurts." He laughed then took a bow the toxin in the air returned to the blade as he sealed it.

He walked back to Aaron still off balance and laughed "i need a drink but those squad 4 members sure are good at medical ninjutsu."

    ~Alex~
"Alex Vale." he said then decided to ask "do you want to spar." he had never fought a quincy and was interested in how it would go.

Child you need to work on your temper i wont lend my power to one who only wishes to fight.

    Kiyomura Ran

“So tell me what is so urgent that you had to pluck me out of a tree?” Ran questioned her third seat as they appeared before the captain’s quarters. She slid open the door to her workroom and was greeted by the faces two other members of her division. Without losing her casual demeanor she walked inside and mentioned that Fujika could come inside too. However the man stood tall in the door opening.

Ran raised her eyebrow, but continued to walk to her seat. She sat down and faced the others.

“Is there something you want to discuss with me third seat Fujika Haru, fifth seat Kazari Reiko and eight seat Yamataru Genji?”

The men were silent for a moment and looked a bit nervous to each other. Clearly now that it came to this they didn’t know what to say. Patiently Ran waited for an answer. She was in no hurry whatsoever.

Fujika cleared his throat. “We, as old members of the second division, are not quite satisfied with you current way of working.”

“And what exactly is wrong with it?”

    “Well…” The man hesitated.

“I do my paperwork, I watch my trainees, I take care of the Onmitsukidō. What exactly is lacking in my working methods?” Ran didn’t raise her voice though a slight hint of irritation was heard.

“Well…” Fujika lingered on the word.

    “Well? Speak your mind!”

“With all due respect we think you take the Second Division a bit too lightly.”

“In what way do I do that do you say?”

“Well with all your laughing and walking around. The Second Division handles criminals Kiyomura-san, these are not light matters.”

Ran let her head rest on the palm of her hand. “So what you are saying is I’m not allowed to laugh?” Her tone was playful though her eyes were cold as ice. The reiatsu level in the room suddenly rose a degree showing that Ran was visible fed up with the men in front of her.

The three looked around, feeling more uncomfortable with every passing second. Only Fujika seemed hardened in his resolve. “We would just like if you were somewhat more serious around our members. You have to be a role model for this division.” He bowed his head slightly though Ran wasn’t sure if that was out of respect, politeness or the pressure of her reiatsu that was still soaring in the room.

“Well I’ll take that into consideration.” She said restraining her reiatsu again. It was not quite like her to give in to anger so quickly, but these men had been sneaking around trying to catch her for years now. She knew that she wasn’t the most experienced captain around and that the second division used to be ruled differently, but she was who she was. And she was captain appointed by the Captain Commander himself. “If you have any further complains please take them to the Captain Commander. He can then decide if those complains are justified or not. I’m sure he will listen to you, he is a very patient man.”

She rose from her seat and without another word walked out of her room. She was done with this. Restlessly she walked through the halls. Eventually she had to do something about those men. Maybe she should fight them, show them that she was well fit for being a captain of the second division.

She turned around a corner and spotted a new recruit, Resu-fu was her name, looking around. She liked the girl. She was, just like Ran was herself, a bit too bouncy for this division. Disappearing in a silent shunpo Ran moved towards the searching figure. She appeared behind the girl and wrapped her hands around Resu-fu’s eyes. Her head lowered so that her mouth was near Resu-fu’s ear.

    “First reaction.” She whispered.

Do you know what heroes are?
Say there is a chunk of meat.
Pirates will have a banquet and eat it,
but heroes will share it with other people.
    I want all the meat!

    Resu-fu, Aria

She had just been standing with her hands on her hips wondering where Ran was, it was obviously strange to her that she couldn't find the captain. She had been about to let out a sigh when she felt someone behind her and suddenly she couldn't see. For a moment sne panicked but then she heard the whispering in her ear.

However, it wasn't the whispering or the one who did it that startled her, it was Aka again "Bloody Murder!!" He suddenly screamed in her head internally. She ran forwards and flinched, looking around in a frightened manner and then realized that it had been Ran. As she turned to look at her captain her eyes lit up with a happy pleasure, they had just been really really close. She wanted to touch the skin around her eyes for she could still feel the imprint of Ran's hands there but she didn't.

Instead a smile came upon her face and she hopped up once "Ran! I was looking for you!" She said happily with a really bright look in her eyes, of course she did notice a lot of the other 2nd division shinigami looking at her strangely. She ignored them not caring what others thought too much, except for Ran of course. She was practically giddy with excitement at finally finding her favorite person.

Of course, the moment was dulled a bit as her sword spirit scolded her "How could you let someone sneak up on you so easily." Aka shook his head at her and again, walked off into the inner world. A small frown showed up for a split second but she brushed Aka's words behind. now though she called her sword Aka, it was not the full name for she was incapable of releasing with it and thus knew that it was likely only part of the name.

    Sentio, Artori

For a moment he thought he would stay but then he saw the look in the other mans eye and let out a small chuckle. He smirked and then turned away from him walking towards the direction of 1st division. He was 10th seat the guy was unseated, it was amusing actually. He had been promoted almost immediately after exiting the academy.

Apparently his skills were fairly above average, though it did not appear that it was a great difference. He shrugged, it would resolve itself in the end, like most things tended to. He turned a back a moment considering and then called to the women "Artori, Sentio. 10th seat, cya round." He then left.

    - Taiki Akimoto -
Though he hadn't been part of the Gotei for very long, "I've heard of him, yes. I was very strong, stronger than a Captain yet only in a seated position in Squad 11. That's all I know. Why?"

It was odd to see the Captain Commander change in demeanor so entirely. But the subject clearly bothered him. Akimoto kept attentive as they sat at a coffee table with only a small window for the moonlight to reveal each other's face. The concert was over now, though the chattering and laughing of friends still continued for a while.

Akimoto signed a little, knowing the Seireitei was a little safer now that the concert was over. "Well, it was a fun concert," he whispered, looking out the window. He meant to keep it a thought. "So, what should we know about Shin-ya? And you still didn't answer my question about whether this concert was really a good idea. I guess we'll see the effects tomorrow, assuming we'll see it," he began to ponder and solve his own qualm over the festivities.

    - Seicho Jusuina -
The rest of the night went well. She drank heavily, though never got obscenely drunk. They shared many laughs together and danced much of the time. Everyone ate their fill. Some began talking about their enemy. "We'll take this 'God' down. No one's a match for us!" they would say through drunken slurs while those around him would roar with laughter.

But Jusuina knew the partial truths. However, she also wasn't too drunk to understand the predicament the Gotei was in. She continued to smile nonetheless and refused to let those thoughts ruin the festival.

But the night ended and she readily got into bed. She wanted to rest up well to train hard the next day. The example of their Captain was not to be in vain "and I will work as hard as him to become strong so I can get rid of this demon." She thought before falling fast asleep.

An arrow fired straight past Artori, missing by an inch. It flew into a rock and stuck fast.

"Do you want to join us?"

Tamara had a mischevious smile on her face, it had been a while since she had something to smile about. The moon had began to rise, but she knew she had the next day off, it would be no problem for her at least. She'd work better in the chaos of a three way anyways. She knew she'd better not look the strongest, or she'd be ganged up on. Looking at the reitsu of the other men, that shouldn't be too much a problem. One was barely stronger than the other, and the other was her peer.

Tamara's smile continued as she jumped back, and pulled back her bow. She hadn't trained WITH anyone personally for over a year. Captain Flamberge had used a doll, these people were themselves.

"The captain was kind, but wasn't much in it."
    -----------------------

Aaron sneezed in the commander's chair.

"Someone talking bad about me? Eh, they'd probably have a few reasons to. Whatever."

Aaron tossed the sake canteen at Damien.

It was starting to look more like a party than a concert. Aaron hadn't too much enjoyed the noise. His vision was getting a bit irrated by all the night.

"I expect a return on the sake later."

He turned to leave, following the red ribbon's leading to the Captain Commander. He found him along with the 5th division captain.

He walked in the office, and called out for Naratsu.

"Hey, kid, for someone summoning me, you sure make yourself scarce. Though I'm guessing your liutenent wrote it, it's too overtly polite and stuffy to be your writing."

Aaron failed to mention he could follow the spirit ribbons at any time.

He pulled out the letter from his robes, opening it up, and started reading the short summons.

"Captain Flamberge of the 13th division, you have been summoned by the Captain Commander Naratsu Seionyou, for vital informations reguarding the protection of the Seirieti.

Aaron's eye looked up lazily from the letter to Naratsu.

The 11th squad training grounds were in the process of being used by Eva to get the worthless whelps in her squad up to scratch, the small but mighty captain sitting there and watching them all with a slightly disgusted expression, more-or-less annoyed by their strength being paled by ever her reiatsu's power.

"Tch... So many weaklings, I could have killed all of you already!" She sounded angry and she spotted that a few members of the squad were missing, they'd be found later.

Not long after she commented on how weak she saw them as, news of the concert started spreading and Eva simply groaned once being informed by her third seat about the concert. "Ugh, fine... Everyone pack it in! Lil Naratsu-sama is letting the 5th squad put on a concert, go ahead and join in the fun there, I'll be on my way soon anyway." She said, a huge sigh of relief being heard throughout the entire group training at the time as they started leaving the training grounds.

"Heh... if they weren't so weak, they wouldn't have to keep this up." Eva said to herself as she stood up, in her tribal armour, having preferred it to the shinigami robes, which were very constricting and didn't show her tattoos and battle scars, which she took great pride in. She was going to head to this concert too, so she would have to leave eventually.

Striding towards the 5th squad's general location, she'd find the place once she got there after all.

For Eva, the concert went rather well, she threw a few people out of her way because she wanted to and she out drank a good few people without much of a problem, though that lead to the bad combination of Eva boasting about her strength whilst drunk, luckily she didn't have to prove it to anyone this time.

    ------------------------

Aliasse was sat on one of the many rooftops in Seireitei, just sitting there and staring up at the sky as if she was waiting for someone to tell her to do something, hell, she wasn't even trying to conceal herself at the moment, so she was easily visible somewhere within the walls of Seireitei.

Having seen the stage being built up for the concert that the 5th squad were putting on, Ali blankly stared at the stage as the concert started. She didn't really get told what sort of things were going on there, so she started to stand up, allowing her curiosity to make her jump towards it, jumping from rooftop to rooftop. She hadn't been jumping long when she spotted three people, two were shinigami who'd graduated at the same time as her and one was weird, she seemed to be dressed far differently, holding a bow made of what seemed to be reiatsu.

They seemed ready to do something, but Ali was set on going to that concert-thing, so she was heading over there still.

She stopped mid-jump and fell, landing with a roll before she looked around in surprise, unknowingly, she'd just stopped herself mid-jump because of the fact that she was just following her curiosity, of course it was safe, but curiosity lead to death last time, so she simply climbed up onto the rooftop again and sat down. "I'm just going to stay here... It's safer than anywhere else." She said to herself. She'd not yet made many friends, so she was like quite a lost little pup at the minute.

    Sentio, Artori

He dodged to the side, reflexively and then turned to look. If anyone else had done that he would have immediately have drawn and sent an attack at them. However, he had just been polite enough to introduce himself and she seemed nice enough. He smiled at her with pleasure. "Well, I suppose that wouldn't be too bad." With that he drew out his blade and readied it in a seemingly lazy 1 handed stance.

However he wasn't done for as he held the blade his reiatsu began to build up and then peaked. He had recently learned shikai and had a few techniques figured out already. "Surround us with resplendence,..." his blade began to change its length and shape slightly till it was entirely finished "Alma(Soul)."

    Seionyou, Naratsu

Naratsu nods and turns back looking at him again for a long moment and then nodding. Before he began to talk his former sensei made his entrance, normally he would smile at seeing him but the subject would not allow it. "Yes, I sent for you...However I had one of the seated officers write it due to me being busy at the time." He looks at Aaron a long moment and then sighs. "Aaron, do you remember that 6th seat who called himself Shin'ya(Midnight)? During the battle 50 years ago, do you remember?" He said asking the same question again and then turning to look at Akimoto "Honestly, the concert was a distraction. I wanted everyone to get a good day of enjoyment because I ha-" he dropped the words in his mouth.

He seemed to be looking around and his frown deepened "have a bit of enjoyment before the enemy struck." The way he spoke made it sound as if he felt they would soon attack the soul society. He sighed taking a seat further from the other two and rubbing his temples, if one looked closely it would be apparent that he had been losing sleep. "The reason I bring up Shin'ya is because I believe that he will be the one to attack us." He shook his head and pushed back his hair in frustration "however I have no idea what any of his abilities are despite knowing that his skill likely rose since we last saw him."

    -------------
    Elsewhere

    Shin'ya(Midnight)

Sitting in a chair in the same room as Tenebrae, Shin'ya felt boredom. A lot of boredom and he was tossing his zanpakuto, or at least one of them between either hand. He glanced at Tenebrae and then away and continued to toss the blade back and forth.

He hadn't fought and killed for quite a while and they didn't have any labs at hand so he could work his mind by creating things. Yes, creating things. A small smile played across his lips and his eyes shimmered with amusement for the zanpakuto he had been playing with since he graduated was not his true blade but instead was an artificial one of his own making. He had used the 12th division lab to do so along with several other more...private labs elsewhere in soul society.

Alas, he had not been able to use it except for releasing it into shikai during the battle 50 years previous. He had enjoyed that but since then he had not been able to do much with the blade. Of course he did get to repell anyone who attacked them, but that seldom happened for Tenebrae's meer presence seemed to scare any away from their location.

Finally he turned looking at Tenebrae. "Would you be avert to me causing panic" he said to him knowing that he likely wouldn't be.

    Lariel, Quin

"Tch" Lariel vocalized as he heard Shin'ya's question. It was a stupid one really however he didn't respond to him for it was not his need to answer. Of course, he hoped that Shin'ya wouldn't get his request because he disliked him, adamantly feared him to be honest.

There was too much mystery around him, no one knew his real name, except maybe Tenebrae, but he doubted it.

    Tenebrae Matus

Tenebrae looked dully out. "Do what you want. I have no attachment to your life. So long as you don't try and betray any information. It's not quite time to siege the world."

Tenebrae himself stood up, grabbing his staff.

"I'm not going to let my skills rust either. I'm going to see if I can go recruiting."

Recruiting did not tend to be a very...successful process. Tenebrae's measure of recruitment was who could stand a strike from him, which needless to say did not include too many. Tenebrae called himself God of the Rukongai for a reason

He walked slowly out towards the far reaches of the Rukongai..

He called out a last line to Quin.

"Quin, I'll be needing the espada soon. See they are in order. Wolfe, watch the base."

So he left, leaving on to be free, and one to be at his own devices.

    Tamara Draco

Tamara marveled for a second. This was her first time seeing a soul reaper release their sword. She quickly snapped out of it, drawing back her bow.

The tension began to rise to fairly high amount on the bow string. She aimed it at the soul reapers sword arm. She made the arrow dull, so not to do any real damage, but it was still a powerful shot. She then released, a large twang being heard as the arrow left the bow. It fired straight, traveling at very high speeds.

There was something Tamara could see more clearly. The soul ribbons surrounding the soul reaper seemed different. New infact. Was this his sword?

    Aaron Flamberge

Aaron looked at Naratsu as he talked. It wasn't normal for the kid to be this serious. That was part the reason Aaron had nominated him to be the Head Captain Commander. He was the heart of the reason the Seirieiti could go on. He was a collected kid, that much was for sure. Aaron imparted his wisdom on the question he was asked.

"Yes, even before the Tenebrae attack I knew the little bastard. He was the 12th division, 6th seat. He was going to be promoted to 3rd seat, but when the Liutenent was found killed, he was suspected in the foul play, and the promotion was nulled. I don't take note of too many people, but Shin'ya I did. He was well respected by his peers. Too respected. I know quite a few things about him. But you would learn nothing as Commander if I told you them."

Aaron's eye was dead serious on this part. His fierceness in his soul was enough that it could be felt it was useless to probe him farther. It would only anger him if he was. Aaron was a strict instructor, and this continued into his captainship. He sighed for a minute.

"I would like to tell you nothing and be done with it, but I will tell one, and only one thing about him. Do not underestimate his tactical ability. Always, and I mean always hold something back. If he sees your full hand, you are useless as Captain commander."

His voice was firm in that part. It wasn't as if it was firm in the other areas, but he serious enough to scare a small child.

"Don't use your bankai. Even if he uses his, which I'm sure he has by now, do not use yours. Your better off injured than you are giving away all your cards."

Aaron walked over to a water pitcher in the office. Despite having one hand, he was able to pour himself a drink. Silence continued as he did that, there was a feeling he wasn't done. He put the drink down as he took a seat, and indeed continued.

"I'm going to leave defense and whatnot to you. Your Captain Commander, so it's your job anyways. I'd like to say you have my abilities for this defense, use them as you will, but I have a matter I wish to discuss. The espada. I don't like the idea of Tenebrae having them in reserves at any time he needs them. Even if we put him in a desperate situation, he has an additional organization that rivals the Seireiti. He's playing games. I think we have the perfect opportunity to make use of that at the moment."

Aaron took a drink, letting an uneery silence drift before breaking it. He looked a bit heavy hearted, like he was about to say something that was quite difficult. This was odd for Aaron who was normally simply a mysterious instructor in personality, he did not like to be read.

"I'm going to Hueco Mundo. We can't just let them be. I'd like to ask for official permission, but I'm going reguardless. We need to know who they are. I don't plan on invading it. We need recon. A captain is the only one who can get that. I'm taking Kenpachi with me to watch my back. She's good in a fight."

Aaron finally stopped talking, letting Naratsu have his turn. Aaron seemed to know something he wasn't telling, but he was honestly offering his best for the Seireiti.

Alex stepped forward his sword in hand and heard a whispering in his head but couldnt make it out. He then thought about and looked at her arrow studying the reiatsu composition but he could tell it was altered and the speed was roughly that of a swing of a shorter Katana. "Interesting." he then decided to attack Artori while the quincy made her attack.

Daimein walked up the hill where he drank when drank and saw a quincy and a soul reaper ganging up on someone using a shikai and Said "Bankai" He then decided to find out what was going on before he killed them. "as the sun rises the plants grow. The world is alive and breathing while the sun is around, Bakudo 42 Rose Incarceration" and plants grew and bound the quincy and the soul reaper who still had his weapon sealed.

Alex Freaked when the Roses wrapped themselves around his body. He had no skill in kido so he couldnt break this and it burned if he attemted to break his way out the roses were lightly poisoned nothing harmful just enough to let him know that he shouldnt attempt to escape.

Daimein heard the voice You are again following your head and jumping to conclusions to use me you must follow your heart otherwise the techniques become weaker and anyone with average Kido or Ginto skills can break it.
