History: Robert was the son of a local hero, Richard Redgrave had the gym-badges of every single gym in Kanto. Robert grew up admiring his father, but not seeing him much. then when Robert was 11, his father went off to a distant land in search of something, but never returned... nobody knew what Richard had gone in search of, but before he left, Richard gave his son a pet Rhyhorn that was the offspring of his own Rhyperior

Robert loved his Rhyhorn a lot and has always stopped it from evolving because then it would no longer be too big to do all the things he enjoyed doing with him. aged 16, he went off to follow in his fathers footsteps and has a vast collection of badges using his versatile Ground pokemon. he won a Motorbike in a small competition and now uses it for travelling rather than flying on his Garchomp.

Why He/She deserves to be an Elite Eight: has beaten a lot of Gym leaders

Landorus is, but you are right, i did say you could keep it a lower level if you had a good reason. Change Landorus and you will be all set. Do you plan on having grass too?

History: Summer was born to a mother who was an extreme naturist, she kept a lot of Pokemon and didn't talk to the townsfolk a lot, she spent a lot of time at the Safari Zone. her mother, Kasmin, was killed but Poachers when Kasmin was only 13 and so Summer took up her mothers work.

Summer now helps to look after the Safari Zone and wants to protect the environment, however, unlike her mother, she has Pokemon that will fight along-side her for the good of the forests. she has a strange flute that when played, seems to calm any angry pokemon. she carries a sword to use against people who mistreat their Pokemon and to protect against Poachers.
