sorry, as i said, it's pokemon, a series that i haven't really played since the 2nd generation, now it's in its 5th and you just added more rules on top of those i don't know. it may as well be rocket science because lets face it, Pokemon is a series that makes no sence to begin with.

Ganon, to be perfectly blunt, Pokemon is a series that a Seven Year old can understand. Apart from EV's and some Physical/Special dividing, not that much has changed since the 2nd Gen, and that stuff can be learnt in a few minutes with a trip around Bulbapedia. Fuze Points are bloody simple, you just slap two attacks together and pull something out of your ass. :V

but i need to know exactly how a move is performed as well as its power in order to correctly respond to it. i don't want to bust out an over the top defence for a piddly attack with as much power as Tackle and on the flip side, i don't want to do nothing to defend myself against an attack that could potentially one shot me.

And I think Fuze Attacks have 3/4 the power of the total power of the two moves used to make it. So Meteoric Flame would be about 180 in power.

It's Ominous Wind and Shadow Ball. As stated IC, the Wind will just 'terrorize' you, more or less. The Shadow Balls coming out of the wind will be of lesser power than a normal one. However, being much more profuse, this is counter-acted.
