True that, though Raiden like grey fox grew and was raised a child solider (by Solidus), and went on to be leader of his squad, nick named him 'Jack the Ripper' he was so infamous..
But Still he does not hold a candle to Grey Fox

Actually, I was thinking that since it's a vortex of a kind, that it would suck in all the gas. Thoroughly screwing all creatures/things that require breath.
That would have been cool would give people the edge on magic user's,
Would not effect me since My Wraith ability to control sand (effective his body) is a super natural ability, and his moves are techniques.
Since his death he cannot use any of the spells he knew in life, effectively for ever locking away his power with magic or the 'Art'.
