^ From what I had read, you're really, really good. However I don't feel right judging a person's RPing level, because different characters bring different situations that also bring variations of level [And we need to take into account what you had pointed out, not everyone has English as their native language]. Still I can't put you below 7/10 so in my opinion your level varies between 7/10 and 9/10. [I do not believe in 10/10.]

Considering myself, I vary between 1/10 and 7/10. Might if I say, I don't label myself as a free, casual neither advanced rper. I bounce around in each section. I don't buy all that 'advanced with the advanced, casuals with casuals etc.' type of thing. Mainly I RP on another forum but this one has caught my interest as well. However, I haven't found a single RP [here] that makes me crave for it [Okay that's a lie, maybe just one or two. I don't even remember anymore] While waiting for one I'm taking my usual strolls around the discussion area and stumble upon different inquiries and polls I find interesting. Long story short, my level will depend on my partner's level. I do not wish to traumatize a free rper with long posts and neither do I wish to disrespect an rper who gives me a lot to work with. My main point is to have fun while doing this, and that can't always be provided by secluding oneself in one area of rping. I have met some rpers that wrote just a few lines yet had an amazing character development. On the other hand I met rpers whose grammar and vocabulary were simply exquisite yet they lacked skills in expressing their characters. In brief, you won't know my level and neither shall I know yours until we RP with one another.

I find myself comfortable in Casual but have been putting my neck up on the chopping blocks with the Advanced lately. To me, I dare to do so just to better myself. Hence the reason I hang with the best. No doubt it's scary but I have to learn from them and try to be on par with them with my posts as best as I could just so that I could achieve my goal.

Okay, from what I've experienced during my first days here, Lyzan's got some skill. I'm just speaking casually, but honestly, you wouldn't want to miss out on this guy. But before I could start ranting, I would like to say that he's worthy of an 8 or 9. Seriously. Besides battle scenes, he's got a knack for using colorful, exotic figures of speech. When he puts some thoughts into his post, it would very likely run smoothly. Rarely, is it ever choppy, if at all.

And Casual? I never would have considered it even to the least! My posts are notably lengthy, but yours are longer. Not like those redundant wall of texts I get on a regular basis; the event in which you're posting seems to always be precise and to the point. Great RP buddy. Enjoyed roleplaying with ya. ^^

But yeah, I'd give 'im an 8, I'll conclude.

^ Demorae, I'd say is a 6.5 out of 10. Good grammar and spelling, and you get the main point and details out of a post- however, uses an extremely formal tone for all her (her?) posts that I find distracting. Also, through the few posts I looked at, the character's dialog and her own writing style were basically the same, meaning EXTREMELY formal sounding characters. I don't know if it's their personality or not, but having dialog and writing style the same is one of my big writing pet peeves.

<I used to RP a lot, but stopped for a few years and just came back last week. I'll be surprised if I get higher than a 4/10.

Hm, I would say 8/10. Your word choice is lovely along with detailing of your characters current being. Vivid. I like it.

As for myself, I'd go around a 6 or 7 these days. A lot of detail and "fluff" just doesn't seem to tickle anyones fancy anymore, so I've cut back. *Sigh*

You remind me a lot of myself when I started. I fear however non of my posts relay reflect my current skill. I haven't really found a role play in sometime that interests me, and my best work so far is done in my private messaging RP's. So I don't know how to rate myself let alone others. I know I suck at being vivid. I can make up details, but I never feel like it's enough and tend to edit a lot. I have spell check so I never fail at spelling, and I tend to comb my posts for grammar errors. Thats all I can tell you good luck rating me.
(FYI I edited this post about 6 times before I was satisfied.)

I was reading some of your more recent posts, and I would give them about a 6/10. They're rather short, and I noticed a few errors in them. The dialogue seems a bit awkward too. What you write isn't bad per se, it's just not my cup of tea.

Whoever gets to rate me is pretty darn lucky since I just joined the other day. If and when I do get rated, stay far, far away from the Pokemon RP I started... (I think it's called 'Do YOU Want to Be the Very Best' or something. I've been avoiding it since I don't want anything to do with it anymore and I've forgotten the name.) It's a steaming pile of crap, and my posts in there are just about the worst samples of my recent writing that you could possibly dig up. I'm not kidding.
