You know, in my decade and more of RPing experience, I've known a lot of women that could play male characters better than men could. But I can't think of one man that could play a better female character than a woman. Explain that!

That being said, this is probably why 99% of all romance novelists are women.

Hah, you're probably right. I literally have known lady roleplayers that will RP MxF plots, but will only do so with other female roleplayers -- and I've been told several times this is apparently because most dudes suck at playing an attractive guy. So I guess women know what women want, and can conjure a pleasing male character.

Whereas a male interpretation of a pleasing woman character would probably go as follows:

Girl: I have breasts. Hump, please?
