You really shouldn't stretch an image like you have in the right box. Either look for a new image, or resize the area you want to fit it into. Press Shift whilst resizing to retain the correct ratio =)
I did not streach it, the pic was like that when he gave it to me
and since I was not able to use the other pic he wanted (it was bad quality) I tried my best to make this one work :/
