The metal portion of her kunoichi headband is on the rim of her white garb's neck cuff. Additionally she has medical bandages wrapped around her chest beneath her clothing, the reason being that she was always picked on and leered at for her rather early blooming bodice.

Personality:
Akiyuu is a kind, elegant, and gentle young girl with a love for most, but a dislike for those who mar the world with their unpleasantness. She is usually very forgiving, empathetic even, and is quick to comfort or help those in need of it, or help other in general really. Of course, she is surely not one dimensional and so it is understandable that this initial layer of personality is not the only one she possesses. In fact, below this kind exterior, which is not a facade but is all she wants to be, is what one might consider a split personality that is plainly the yin to her yang. Rough, without tact, and unforgiving in its entirety this secondary personality is one she has tried to bury for the majority of her life, one she has had from birth, the one she conquered to be who she is today. Along with this she is certainly an intelligent girl with a lot of potential, she has seen to be an incredibly fast learner as well. She tends to be incredibly resilient, but ironically dislikes dealing actual harm to people, hence her usage of genjutsu.

She was born with a split personality, born to a rogue of the Kagenousui clan and a member of the Gen'ei clan's union. While she certainly does not possess the Kagenousui kekkei genkai or have the potential to unlock it, it was immediately apparent that her mind had been effected by the influence. Her yin chakra is especially active, even for an individual with the Gen'ei Hinagata. Regardless, she grew up fairly unimpeded, that was until her mother --of the Kagenousui clan-- could no longer handle herself and went entirely insane, attacking her and her father maliciously. This left quite the mental scar and the reaction she had was incredibly...violent. Her father ended up dead, her mother beginning to recover from her spell of near-insanity caused purely by the imbalance of her kekkei genkai, she whisked her girl away from the village in fear.

Eventually they arrived in Amegakure which was kind enough to give them house as long as they pledged total fealty to the village. Akiyuu's mother however could only last so long and eventually her special abilities killed her, draining away her life force in an incredibly rare disease that only those of the Kagenousui can contract. Having lost all her parents she was hurt and obligated to carry on their memory. Since that day she has trained ever harder, but similarly because of it she has an incredible hatred for killing others, only disabling as needed. She is still however eager to learn and progress as best as she can in memory of her deceased parents. Of course, she does not know that she killed her father, the memory is far buried, ironically by genjutsu.

Description:
A well named blade, Dokihen no yuutai is a deadly thing indeed. With its capabilities it is an incredibly fitting weapon for someone of the Gen'ei clan, especially someone like Akiyuu. This blade, with its shimmering blade, is capable of modifying its form by drawing from the spiritual realm -with the user's assistance- and adding or modifying itself with the energies therein. When shifting shape it takes on a completely ethereal state and can only cut or damage energy systems. Essentially this blade can lengthen, shorten, or thicken to varying degrees as well become intangible and tangible at the user's will.

Ironically she is especially vulnerable to genjutsu, but more in the sense that if it manages to get her it will hurt/effect/trap her more easily as she tends to get lost in it.
She has some skill with taijutsu but is more skilled with genjutsu than anything else.
As mentioned by her Kekkei Genkai, she is especially fast, purely because of it, putting her around the speed of a fairly fast taijutsu user rather than a normal shinobi.

Description:
The gen'ei clan, shrouded in secrecy and veiled in illusion, these individuals possess a unique ability that has become inherent due to the length of time that their clan has used it. This ability is the Gen'ei Hinagata, or Phantom Shape, which allows them a variety of capabilities. First and foremost of these abilities is their incredible speed which is followed closely by their body's illusionary effect. One should not however misunderstand their kekkei genkai for, unlike some, their's is not a constantly active ability and besides the speed must be activated manually by the user. When not activated they are fairly normal, though they always retain their incredible levels of speed. However, when a member of the Gen'ei clan activates the Gen'ei Hinagata their body shimmers and seems to fade, almost appearing with a ghost or Phantom-like quality. This quality is caused by two things, the first being their unique body, and the second being a mist that is generated from their body which continuously streams off of them.

This mist is heavily laden with yin chakra, as is their body, and if they will it these two things become incredible assets in relation to the discipline of genjutsu. Their body in it's entirety is actually genjutsu inducing, but this is only when the kekkei genkai is active.

Description: By focusing on their chakra output, members of the Gen'ei clan are capable of creating a mist while their kekkei genkai is active. This mist has a genjutsu related property and makes those who inhale it/are within it easier to trap in genjutsu. The mist lowers visibility and an individual can usually not see within it as it is about the same as the hidden mist technique in visibility. Genjutsu activated on individuals who are within or have breathed in the mist is 20% more likely to be successful and 10% less likely to be broken out of. For every post you are within the mist it's genjutsu enhancing effects become 5% more effective.

Weakness: If one gets out of the mist, the genjutsu enhancing effects descend in likely hood and utterly disappear after 2 posts. However, the longer one is within the mist, the longer this will take so for every 2 posts in the mist it adds 1 posts worth of time once they get out. The larger the mist the more chakra it takes to create it and maintaining the mist does take some measure of mental effort.

Description: This technique can work alone but is more effective if used off of Ese chokomaka. Regardless this technique appears as if Suboshi emerges from the mist suddenly and attacks at high speed. The speed she is moving at in the illusion increases and thus the opponent's ability to dodge or block decreases as each attack comes quicker than the last. It also causes a subconscious response that tells the user 'this current attack is her top speed' which essentially means that each time she gets faster they are harder pressed to stop her due to surprise. When the genjutsu is exited the effected individual will still be effected by fatigue as the only illusion is the attack, the person was legitimately moving their body to defend.

Weakness: Must be utilized in the mist in addition to having normal genjutsu weaknesses.

The visual cue is the mist itself and laying eyes upon it induces the vision that Akiyuu's all too visible silhouette is swaying back and forth as if she were moving within the small area. This makes it very difficult for individual's to pinpoint her actual location within the small amount of mist. It helps that she can easily move with this technique and not have to really focus on keeping the mist around her.

Weakness: Easily broken out of, the shadow can be spotted as a fake as sometimes it will move 'into' an object and then back out of it since it is merely an illusion.

Description: Utilizing her water affinity and basic manipulation she imbues a set amount of water with her yin chakra. While the jutsu does not have a specific amount of chakra usage, it can be very difficult to control after formation as it leaks yin chakra gradually outwards. Depending on the amount of water and yin chakra, the formation of water --which she can freely manipulate and shape as she pleases-- will evaporate partially and spread out as a mist. The water is genjutsu inducing with prolonged contact, especially if it hits the head of an opponent.

Description: While Minagiru Enmu allows her to sense people via their mind influencing the flow of her yin chakra, this technique takes this a step further allowing her to make what amounts to a long lasting sensory link. By weaving her yin chakra into the aura of an individual, likely via the Minagiru Enmu, and then using these yin chakra to vaguely access the minds of those effected by it. This allows her to receive a constant flow of their location and surroundings via their subconscious connecting mostly to her's and partially to her conscious mind as well. This specific method of linking causes her to almost innately known and understand where the location of those effected are almost automatically. Additionally, at its highest rank this jutsu makes the likelihood of her genjutsu being effected 10% more likely and the possibility of the genjutsu being broken out of 20% less likely.

Weakness: There is a slight time delay to be considered, around 1-3 seconds thus meaning that individuals with high speed movement can trick her, until she learns how to understand this delay. Additionally, her chakra must be within 3 yards of her opponent for this technique to be utilized as that is the average size of an individual's chakra aura. This is expanded the more chakra someone has, and if someone has a bigger aura than normal then they tend to be more easily effected. Additionally it should be noted that people with average or less chakra than normal are less easily effected by this jutsu.

Name of Technique: Anshin-naiteki hōkō(Assured mental direction).
Type of Jutsu: Kekkei genkai Nin-genjutsu/Sensory Technique.

Description: Expanding upon the Minagiru enmu and the Hataori maboroshi, this technique weaves chakra into the aura of an individual, or individuals, and then influences the yin chakra of the effected. After 1 minute has passed the technique will take effect as an extremely subtle genjutsu will have taken place. By influencing the yin chakra of an individual this subtle genjutsu weaves its way into the mind of the effected and then after around 15 seconds, accesses the areas that have something to do with their yin chakra which it stimulates gradually. The longer this effects the individual the more susceptible to genjutsu they become however, this process is incredibly slow and the percentage goes up by 1% every 5 seconds elapsed. This thus brings up the question of this technique's primary use, which is in essence to use this mental link as an essentially permanent locator beacon for the user. Once the jutsu has fully instituted itself there is a natural connection to the victim's yin chakra pool and their mind thus allowing them to track via a kind os pseudo chakra sensing technique or by figuring out where they are via the conscious and subconscious of the victim. Distance has no effect on this jutsu.

Weakness: The genjutsu can be noticed and if it is it can be broken. Additionally if the effected individuals are under an intense amount of physical pain or mental distress the jutsu can break. However, unlike most genjutsu, possessing a sharingan or rinnegan will not make it much easier for you to break the jutsu, this is due to the fact that the jutsu is 'inside' of the individual, not outside influencing the mind in a more indirect fashion. More or less, there is nothing for the dojutsu to look at. However if the individual happens to possess sharingan, rinnegan or another such thing that can 'see' genjutsu they will be able to more easily deduce how the jutsu is formed and perhaps break it. Still the process is difficult, additionally it should be noted that the jutsu is almost purely sensory in nature and thus almost useless in any other sense.

They are born, and tainted by the shadows of their family, friends, and any other who might darken their once pure souls. Yes, purity, this thing it lacks, this thing that which should be called 'I' 'me' lacks.

To show the darkness of one's soul, to show the...light, these are things 'I' can only begin to understand, 'I' cannot grasp their symmetry, their balance. 'I' know however of this thing, things? No, they are one, where something/one(s) are no longer what they used to be. Their identity has been warped or shadowed by something, as if they are an existence who cannot be whole ever again. Torn, ripped asunder, a rift cut in their persona, their very being. 'I' understand this, 'I' have always understood it, 'I' always will. As their Eclipsed Divinity...cannot escape 'my' attentions, 'my'...no, the hands ...of the Caustic Void. It is this godhood, this...divinity that has been altered, warped, that 'I' innately understand for reasons which I am not entirely aware --nor can 'I' ever be it seems. Ode to the tortured words of a single being, a single elfennol in all her lost pain and suffering. Coming into the world, like a daughter, she was raised by a small family of the elven people. A former mercenary of a father and a magician mother, she grew as they cultivated her under their caring warmth. Yet, all the love and kindness, the nurturing of a true family, could somehow never truly sway her, it was as if whatever goodness dwelled inside her could not be uplifted through the murk.

Focusing on the merits of all ninja arts, the Iouchiryo clan has long been thought to be one of the all time oldest of clans, rivaling even the Uchiha and Senju bloodlines respectively. It is said that the founders of this clan were the first to be taught by the Rikudo sennin himself, and that they were the first to master the basics. Since that time they have stayed somewhat hidden, but always making sure that the world would never forget the supports on which their more advanced capabilities sprung from: the basics. While this clan has no one hiden and has no kekkei genkai to speak of, it has always been seen that its members are exceptional in their intelligence being that most are born closer to a genius than not. While they have never been seen to possess a kekkei genkai and they tend to possess many hiden, different individuals of their clan having created them, there is always one intriguing trait that they possess. This trait is what they refer to as their Mugen no tekisei, or Infinite Aptitude. In short they are capable of learning nigh any technique, even kekkei genkai --though these tend to be intensely strenuous on their bodies--, with the limitation that they could only ever learn ONE kekkei genkai. Beyond these bloodline capabilities they can learn essentially any jutsu, no matter how related to genetics it is, this is sometimes thought to be a kekkei genkai in itself, but it has never been designated or researched enough by outside parties for such to be determined. Regardless it is certainly intriguing.

Chakra Nature: Water.

She wears a black diamond necklace with a strange seal-like symbol engraved upon the centerpiece of the necklace. This necklace can reverse summon her to her village as long as she is not engaged in battle. Her gloves and boots also happen to be chakra conductive not to mention that their tips have a special chakra conductive metal that shifts shape according to the chakra channeled through it. This metal is exceptionally dense. She wears a cloak with chakra infused fabric.

Personality: Despite her true mood there is often a smile on her face and in her eyes, a soft smile at that, a kind one. While a smile often crosses her face she is certainly not always happy, rather she has come to wear this mask of joy to hide her inner self. In all truth her most common emotions are disappointment, annoyance, and amusement with true anger being unlikely and sadness being a fair possibility. Generally though she is fairly unfazed by the words of others, not allowing herself to become to emotionally invested in individuals due to both her missing nin status and her shrouded past. While if one manages to pierce this shell of protection, she is a kind individual with a soft caring heart, and a love for people. While she does not love easily in the romantic sense, she is open to most anyone if they can manage to pierce her emotional veil. To her, violence is not a bad thing and it is simply another way to solve issues, though in all honesty if one is fighting for a stupid reason it is more likely that she ought to get angry, as unlike her as that is. Lastly it should be noted that while she has no unique lust for battle, she will not hesitate to enjoy it and she will not hesitate to exploit any weakness she becomes aware of, no matter how dirty it might be to do so. Generally she frowns on those who rely solely on inherited capabilities rather then their own prowess, as is taught by her clan. She has a particular disdain for puppet users who won't even fight directly, genjutsu is still higher on her list due to how difficult it tends to be to snare people in its hold. In a final note one should know that she has little to no fear of death and that her blossoming intelligence, considered at a genius level after her many years of training and battle experience, is truly a force with which to be reckoned. It has been speculated that the reason she does not have a plentiful amount of jutsu is simply due to the fact that she sees no challenge in having more.

With a clan such as the Iouchiryo as your kin one learns to grin and bear their criticism and constant badgering to better their children. With their expectations relating to the Mugen no tekisei, it has always been difficult to stand out among her kin, so eventually she set out, in the guise of an envoy of their clan, to again bring knowledge to the world. As she traveled she continued to hone her skills to perfection and despite the simplicity of her skills she has lost very few battles since she departed her village --whichever village that may be. It is rather apparent that she is a dangerous individual, as proven by her missing nin status. While her threat level is A rank, elite jounin more or less, it is apparent that few have survived violent encounters with her. This leads most to believe that the gauge used to measure her threat level is likely inaccurate however, currently, there is no way to truly know. Of course at this point it doesn't matter as she is a well known mercenary who is allegedly unaligned with a village.

Weakness: This technique takes a lot of focus to initialize and makes the user stay immobile for a whole 30 seconds, which in battle is quite a significant amount of time. Description: By utilizing her intense ability to manipulate chakra she first utilizes the Kakujū: Kankaku shihai in order to allow her absolute sensing capability within her sight, of course including the same distance behind her and outside of her actual visual spectrum --the 180 degrees we cannot see. Once that is activated she can utilize the 4 hand seals for this technique and initialize its effectivity. By accessing her sensory input via the Kakujū: Kankaku shihai she can move her chakra freely within a 40 yard radius as long as the chakra has an initial focal point. The chakra must come from somewhere Lastly this allows her chakra to take on one or two properties that she chooses, such as becoming sticky or explosive to her will. Typically this technique is used when she externalizes chakra or has it stored in kunai or weapons and then to regather it towards her for techniques. It is not well known why the technique is named as it is but the reason it is called this is because of the pseudo technique that she uses off of it, which has no real name --though she tends to call it Kurohasu. This pseudo-technique requires her to externalize around 3/8ths of her chakra and then gather it to one axis point respectively condensing it till it becomes a black swirling nearly orb-shaped structure in her palm. This however is not nearly the limit to his talents, rather Aaron is an adept swimmer, possesses gills inherited from his 2/5ths fishman blood --from his great great grandmother...he thinks--, incredible speed, stamina, and enhanced strength. While these capabilities are indeed incredible they have their unique limits as unlike a full fishman, Aaron only has around 1 quarter of the amount of physical prowess as a true fishman would. However, this prowess is not divvied the same as it ought to be and rather his speed is insane, allowing him to actually out swim most fishman or mermaids. His stamina is adept, but his strength is much much weaker meaning he can only now lift something 10x his own weight via training and due to his haki. "I was born into a family, one dwindling beyond the fringes of society, born to a family of vengeful idiots. Personality:
Zume is based mentally in the areas of amusement and observation. As such, he tends to exhibit these two things almost constantly with few exceptions. He is intelligent, creative, naturally curious, and affable even when he is being downright corruptive and/or evil. He has both normal and a sick twisted kind of humor and has a rather harsh lack of empathy the majority of the time. He enjoys watching others squirm and suffer in almost any variety of ways, but dislikes pain himself finding it annoying and entirely unnecessary for him to experience. He thinks very highly of himself, being essentially sure of his skills and abilities in general, tending to act superior to others almost by default. He has respect for power and intelligence, two things he believes the world lacks almost entirely. Beyond these there is at least one other aspect to Zume, he has another side to himself, actually many sides, but one that stands out. Zume refers to his other side as Em, or Zenith and it only emerges in times of intense INTENSE rage --as cliche as that might be. Zenith is however constantly present in Zume's mind as a strangely corruptive force upon that which is already corrupt. Abilities

These are basic abilities, not techniques or the like and he can do far more than these entail.

Void Sense:
Zume can easily sense things moving through or passed the void as it is essentially an extension of his being.

Void Zone:
Almost on a whim, Zume can easily cause a sphere of voidal energies to erupt from his body or a location via sending condensed void there and then allowing it to expand. These zones are made from liquid void and cause most individuals to be halved in speed due to their having to almost wade through the area like water. Zume is of course unaffected by this. It does not help that void is naturally corruptive and tends to infect energies until it transmutes it into itself, solidifies it, and then causes it to shatter.

Voidal Phase:
With a cool down time of around a minute or so, Zume can phase his body into pure voidal energy to avoid attacks. At the same time he cannot do any real physical damage in this state and he cannot control/generate any voidal energy beyond that which is on the field or making up his initial form. His speed also increases as he has less air/gravitational resistance in this state. Voidal phase does not negate/heal damage he takes while in physical form.

Voidal Physicality:
Due to his body being composed entirely of stabilized void energy, Zume has increased physical durability against blunt-force attacks and elemental attacks as long as they are not meant to cut things. He has much more trouble with piercing and cutting attacks than with others. Additionally, sufficient force can still do him damage. While he is not especially strong by demon standards, he is easily capable of cracking solid stone or things weaker, while metal tends to be difficult, but can be broken with repeated abuse. He is faster than the average demon, capable of disappearing to the senses, though one can still hear his movement if their senses are especially sharp. He has no true 'smell' to him and the sound of his movements are exceptionally quiet, even outside of his battle.

Garbed in the coat of a medical doctor, Annebelle is a very formal person, though in all truth she can easily wear other things, she much prefers her doctor's coat along with the black of her uniform. She has a lithe, supple and well filled out figure and has no problem utilizing it in any way possible or needed. While her eyes and hair are a nice light brown, her eyes still seem to stand out and glitter slightly from beneath her curved lashes. Over her black uniform she tends to wear a nice two-layered blouse to match the other soft colors of her body. She wears nice fairly form fitting tanish pants with a simple circular belt buckle to make sure they stay firmly on. Her shoes are practical, obviously used for walking a lot rather than just for looks.

"I've made do with things since I began, the pain of killing has gone away, numbed for now as if I took some pain killer for the mind. Melee weapon:

She carries on her person some super-adhesive medical gauze, an abundance of scalpels, and of course nano-filament wire. She also carries some small weights which she can attach to small ring hooks on the wires. Her medical gauze is especially dangerous as she tends to apply it to her hands so that one side faces out and the non-adhesive side inwards, this allows for the adhesive to stick to surfaces very strongly. It however is a semi-liquid adhesive and thus allows her to 'unstick' from materials quickly with a harsh yank, while it will be study when she needs it to be. However, its primary usage is not for climbing or sticking to objects, but rather to bare flesh which it becomes uniquely stuck to. She has to be careful not to ever touch it...that is unless she wants her skin ripped clean off.

The wire she uses is very strong and supple, allowing her to use it like rope, or trip wire, or even to cut things given the correct circumstances and material. It can stand up against metal weapons being used to block them if utilized correctly.

Her reinforced scalpels she uses as both weapons and actual medical tools. She can thrown them a fair distance with a deadly accuracy and she can also use them in melee combining them with her wire/weights and/or her Danzan Ryu Jujitsu.

Unarmed training:

She is incredibly knowledgeable of the body and so uses her knowledge to execute pressure points, not to mention her training in Danzan Ryu Jujitsu helps express this prowess. This martial art focuses mostly on holds and locks, as well as grappling and pinning techniques; a determined user can break bones with proper leverage. With a strange orangish red eye color, seeming rather unnatural, Jaimey Rain possesses dark brown hair and mostly white flowy garb beneath which is the black of his official uniform. He is fairly thin but has supple muscle where it counts and can be exceptionally agile. He tends to wear a somewhat good mannered smile on his face, though his seemingly orange eyes offset this and make him look like he is almost constantly smirking, even though he isn't. Some often wonder if he is wearing a strait jacket, his response is not usually very positive. Below the waist can be seen some grayish pants that blend in much better with the cityscape in general, though otherwise he seems to make no effort to truly blend in. Converse to this his clothing is easily folded or arranged to look like a few different types of shirts, this tends to serve as a useful method to disappear.

Mmm, ye, not much else ta say 'bout m'self r'lly, jus' I likes what I does, and beyond that ther's only one thing I like, 'n' that's mah dear Annebelle, she's so nice to clean up after me so often. Course, I always did favor 'lectronics. Kinda my passion really, It's really quite noice of the org' ta let me train 'n that field so much, comes 'n handy though."

It should be noted that he is likely a psychopath, but it is not entirely sure as his interactions with people in social situations are rather limited thus far. He is kept on a leash, though not as tight as the org' might want him to be, by Annebelle who he thinks is just the greatest thing in the world. Thus, it can be seen that he is capable of love, and even empathy to a limited extent, but he doesn't seem to comprehend morality or remorse too well at all.

Melee weapon:

Shockies: With high powered batteries around the wrists connected to smooth gloves with an inner lining of rubber and an outer of fabric, these are highly conductive of the electric charge that can go through them via the batteries. The rubber protects his hands, and the gloves themselves are very difficult to spot even from direct touch close range as they are made to be formfitting and appear stylized and formed with the texture of real hands, he wears them always, though they only have enough charge for several tazer-like shocks at best. There are in fact wires going through the gloves and small hidden metal plates beneath the finger tips which actually allow him to heat them or simply focus the charge to mess with machinery. The gloves can become magnetic to attract or push away significantly magnetic objects allowing him to climb or attract metallic weapons and the like. Generally, things have to be within around 3-4 feet for him to attract or push them away, any further and the effects are totally negligible. The strength of these magnetic manipulations is only strong enough to handle very small objects, up to things like small knives; repeated use however drains the batteries very quickly, and can damage the glove if abused.

Doc Vic: A custom butterfly knife with two retractable wires within, very conductive, easily used for throwing, wonderful balance. Did I mention he has 'Doctor' on one blade and 'Victor' on its blade? Well, he does, they do a lot of...doctoring.

Beyond these he carries a medkit for Annebelle as well as what appear to almost be incredibly sharp sewing needles.

Unarmed training:

Having very few weapons he has relied on his ability to adapt to almost any situation near effortlessly and while not being exceptionally intelligent in the traditional sense, he is extremely clever, and totally unbound by most social protocol. His training consists of a variety of forms, some martial, some more street fighting based, but one thing to keep in mind is that he is in no way predictable.

Personality: With a bubbly persona and a small grin usually on her face, bright shining eyes ablaze with curiousity and intelligence, Elaine is a smart and charismatic woman. Born to lead, but deciding to follow and dominate the seas, Elaine Raide, of the Castens family is a true pirate. Following only one man, her captain, Kokoro Hajime, Elaine is a happy woman with an absolute love for battle and the seas, even if she can never swim in them. She is an explorer and a veteran when it comes to dealing with other ships, deadly in the air, and at least dangerous on solid ground she is something of an unstoppable force. Possessing an almost insane love for jewelry she tends to rob anyone she possibly can of theirs and store it in her personal treasury. Furthermore she is a bit of a tease, and she knows it, it doesn't help that a lot of their crew is male. Of course, when worst comes to worst and shit gets serious, the wings are unfurled and the bloodfest begins. A few times someone accidentally lit a torch on their ship, that was a long night....

Short History: Before becoming part of the Sunfire crew, Elaine was part of a family of lesser nobles in the island country of Saobodnam, a summer island filled with all kinds of strange and delicious animals. She grew up with wonderful parents and she was a bit pampered for awhile, but in all truth she had always admired pirates, even some marines, as they seemed to always go on such magnificent adventures. So eventually, she began to wander and play pretend more and more until she outgrew the pretending and really wanted to make a decision in her life. Then the Sunfire came to her island and things got real stirred up, she has been with Kokoro ever since. As the first mate to grace his ship, she has quite a history with the capt'n, and by history...I do mean history. While she is certainly fond to varying degrees with her other nakama, it is Kokoro that she follows and adores the most.

Weapons/Items: She doesn't really carry much of anything notable.
Special Skills/Attributes: She is a master at oceanic combat, having been seen to singlehandedly take out entire fleets of ships given enough time. While in some respects she could be considered a swordsman, she really isn't one, though her skills in CoA and CoO haki are exceptional, not to mention that her CoO haki is further augmented by her devil's fruit. She is incredibly accurate in terms of aim and timing not to mention her adept skill in combat in general, though she prefers hand-to-hand.

Name: Mushi Mushi no mi; Dragonfly Model(Insect Insect fruit: Dragonfly Model).
Type: Zoan.
Description: Possessing 3 forms, normal state, half-'n'-half state, and full Dragonfly state, this Dragonfly Model zoan is a powerful thing. In half-'n'-half mode the fruit gives her faceted eyes like an insect, though their actual shape doesn't change, and she gains an enhanced sense of smell, not to mention the four wings which protrude from her back and an additional two arms. Her body becomes coated in a clear-greenish exoskeleton which truly takes nothing away from her looks only only adds a glittering sheen to her skin, not to mention increased resistance to blows and to fire. In all forms she has an immunity to fire and high temperatures. In half-'n'-half she can actually generate heat around or in parts of her body to deal burn damage within her immediate area of 2 feet. In her Full Dragonfly state she can blatantly wreath herself in fire, heat the air enough to cause small or large shockwaves, create gusts of wind with her wings, not to mention her again amplified flight speed and senses. Full Dragonfly state causes her head to bulge a bit, but her hair and most of her attractiveness remains, her eyes becoming faceted green orbs still within her skull. Her exoskeleton thickens, making her human skin essentially invisible beneath as it becomes layered as well. She retains the 4 wings on her back but they become bigger while a small 'tail' protrudes from her body and she gains an additional two limbs to give her a total of 6 limbs. These limbs have sharp claws on them and allow her to attack and stab with ease. She possesses a weakness to sea water, sea stone, and copious amounts bug spray.

Devil Fruit Abilities

Name: Hahen setoshi(Fragment vision).
Description: When her eyes become faceted this technique immediately becomes an active effect, though its abilities are totally passive. She is essentially able to see in 270 degrees with multiple images of any given thing reflected in each facet of her eyes. This has, over time, become an observatory skill as well allowing her to dodge a great many attacks, especially since it has been combined with her CoO haki. She has far less blind spots because of this passive effect. Conversely, her faceted eyes are far easier to damage, though they are immune to fire.

Name: Soto kokkaku kasui(Exoskeleton spike).
Description: While her exoskeleton is indeed strong it usually only defends against lesser grade metals beneath iron, though it can resist it for awhile, she can be cut. Regardless, this ability allows the Exoskeleton to fragment into smaller spikes --around the limbs usually-- and then fire off in a torrent of exoskeleton shards. She can amplify this even further with CoA thus allowing them to even pierce ships and buildings with ease.

Name: CoA: Shimyaku(Wing veins).
Description: Activating CoA haki on her wings she can sharpen them into deadly high precision blades with rotating energies going around their edges like chainsaw blades. This allows the wings to sheer through even solid stone, wood, and even some lesser grade metals. They can easily stand against iron and steel, but cannot outright slice through them. This ability also hyper-activates her speed as it focuses her will almost exclusively on her wings while active, though this does indeed make the rest of her body more vulnerable.

Name: Nagasu koto(Shedding).
Description: When seeming especially wounded or particularly deadly attacks are hitting her exoskeleton, she can shed it to renew herself and extricate herself from the full damage before the skeleton is pierced fully. However, for a minute afterwards her speed is halved and her exoskeleton is about half as strong as usual meaning weaker weapons can easily pierce or outright slice her into pieces. Only available in full Dragonfly mode. She also complains that she feels really weird, and all sticky and wet after shedding her exoskeleton.

Name: Nagasu koto Shimyaku(Shedding wing veins).
Description: By activating CoA: Shimyaku and then whipping her wings in a direction the wing can easily send off a 'hollow blade' of itself to strike in its place, working as something of a long range projectile with considerable force.

Name: Gokuchōonsoku(Hypersonic speed).
Description: In her half-'n'-half form she can go fast enough to be visible, but incredibly difficult to hit by most gunfire. It takes awhile to get used to, but one can generally learn to track and deal with her immense speed boost. When in full dragonfly form she can sometimes be so fast, utilizing this technique, that she vanishes completely from sight. In fact, all but the most masterful of CoO users tend to be unable to track or predict her at all, its quite frightening to see a blinding flash of green glittering movement and then have your ship sinking after it is pierced.

Name: Shimyaku: Shōnetsu no kaizōdo(Wing veins: Fiery resolution).
Description: Wreathing her wings in fire she can use them to light other things on fire or simply to burn straight through things with increased ease.

Name: CoA: Tobikomi kyomu(Dive bomb).
Description: Available only in full Dragonfly mode, she heats the air in front of her in the shape of a spike and utilizes CoA on her entire body, focusing it especially on her front end as she flies and then causes a massive heat and speed burst utilizing her abilities. She rockets forth and essentially anything she hits can be utterly crushed or pierced. She has to avoid hitting the ground though, that can kill or hurt her VERY badly.

Name: Ryū-netsu kyōmei(Dragon-heat resonance).
Description: Her base ability to generate, control, and manipulate fire within her direct vicinity of 2-6 yards depending on the form. Normal state, not at all, half-'n'-half is 2-3 feet, full Dragonfly mode is 6 feet.

Personality: Unimpressed is perhaps one of the best ways to describe Fellie J, as he seems to see nothing in the world that he feels he can truly look up to. He is dry in his humor and cold in treating others for the most part. There are oh so few whom he treats or deems worthy of his respect. He doesn't think much of the world, or the people in it, but he does understand that while many of the general populace are weak willed, that it is not their fault. In this way he feels sympathetic for what most consider 'innocent bystanders' to the events of the world. If anything, he wishes to raise them up, rather than the pirates or the marines. When it comes to anger, well, his temper is quiet and calm, only emerging before extreme injustice, prejudice, arrogance or the like.

"I made a boom, that's what they said to me, that I made a boom, that I'd changed something. First of my age to hold so much territory, so much sway over the world, that not even the World Government wanted anything to do with me. I'm not the strongest swordsman like Walters, I'm not the eldest like Oni, and I'm certainly not anything like Thomas. I don't even have Kenbunshoku, or Busoshoku haki, just the Haoshoku came to me. I don't even have a devil's fruit, nor was I born a fishman, nothing special really. Except one thing perhaps, I've got something that no one else on these four seas does, something...different. Despite my training, the hardening of my body, it is the affairs of the mind that I rule over, not necessarily intelligence, but something else.

So as my now unwritten bounty rose up, the government took notice, but every squandron, every fleet they sent, was annihilated in a sense they had no idea how to deal with. Their ships sent back, full 'cept their strongest crew. They were often tied down, unfit for society after their encounter with me. From what I hear they'd always say the same thing 'it was in his eyes....' Eventually as my bounty continued to rise, I received numerous requests to become one of theirs, one of their dogs. They were desperate, and the didn't stop sending them even when no replies came. Till one day, there I was, in their most fortified location, Marineford. They did not truly know my face, their posters nonexistent, they couldn't even release my existence to the public.

I continued on, into the new world, easily passing boundaries, though it was a true marvel that those who came before me sunk. I had no mercy remaining, the strongest they had meant nothing to me. So he moved on, meeting with some of the Emperors of these four seas. One in particular stood out to me, his name? Soga, one of the four Yonkou, one of the few in the world he holds respect for. In fact, it seems that all the Yonkou to him are something special, equals in his eyes. The marines still hunt him, and are beginning to give up on ever being able to harness the power they suspect he might hold.

Weapons/Items: He carries a new and old world log pose and possesses a small speed-type boat with an engine and a canopy for when it storms. The bottom of the boat is coated in sea stone that he stripped from a marine ship and placed onto his own.
Special Skills/Attributes: While his body is only slightly more durable than the normal human he does possess an aura of pure haoshoku haki, there is something unique about his though, something no one else seems entirely able to do. Or at least, others know it as Haoshoku haki, he no longer calls it that.

Special ability (Optional)
Name: Shinshoku haki(Color of god's will).
Type: Haki.
Description: Immensely difficult to even discover, this haki was allegedly created and mastered by Fellie, J and is the reason that no one seems able to quite understand his abilities. This takes the powerful domineering presence from Haoshoku haki and uses his discovery that Haoshoku is the will to lead, it is an aura, a power over the minds of others, the power to subjugate and control. He has taken it further than anyone else has, and if there are those who have done so before, they have been long lost to history. Essentially Fellie J is able to effect the minds of others much like a powerful telepathic mental invasion. He can communicate with others whose minds he has touched, long range at will, but for the weak of will, body, or mind well...they are twisted and harmed by his ability. The thing that makes this haki so powerful is the fact that apparently not just people have 'minds' though only people seem able to fully utilize them, animals can to an extent but much lesser, and so called 'inanimate objects' cannot do so via their own wants at all. So he can move them, he can impose the powers of his mind on his surroundings. He cannot effect elements at all, though he can use his Shinshoku to augment his body so he can 'touch' them while elemental. He can merely walk and bend water around him, no abilities to create or control it, just have it move around him rather than be on him or make contact. Without the supplements of Color of Observation he cannot predict high speed movement and dodge it with ease, nor can he tank hits using Color of Armaments. While he does have power over the mind, he cannot simply overcome someone mentally so easily, and thus it only works on those less strong of mind than himself (mostly NPCs). For those on equal or greater 'will' terms to his own, well they can feel something different about him, but otherwise can only sense the pressure he exerts and are unaffected by it. When he utilizes Shinshoku a dullish multicolored aura appears around areas or things he is controlling, including within the empty air if it applies. The aura is a dark greenish-blue and a golden coloration, like this profile's main color. Due to the sheer amount of power this is capable of and the amount of energy it takes to utilize the ability, he has to be careful how and against whom he uses it.

Name: CoG: Enchō(Extension).
Description: By extending the influence of his mind to the world around him he can control things as if they were simply another limb, this power does have limits of course, which are mentioned in the main ability. In particular, the ability is very useful if he must fight with some form of weapon as while objects do not have their own wills, they do have a sense of purpose, particularly the purpose they were built with. Thus, by way of this ability he can focus more purely on an object which he holds and channel his CoG haki through it causing his wielding ability to soar as if it were a part of him. However, the limitation is simple, he does not actually have prowess within any particular weapon and so he is surely not as skilled as a true wielder of such. This is his limitation.

Name: CoG: Kyōkai o meguru(Surrounding Barrier).
Description: A technique turned passive effect, Kyōkai o meguru is a typically invisible hemispheric aura of Shinsoku haki taking up a space of 2 yards around him. If he is not in a state of battle readiness this auric barrier protects him subconsciously, disallowing projectiles to enter with malicious intent. If the projectiles are augmented by Kenbunshoku haki then the barrier is pierced regardless. Some logia users can also pierce the barrier, the same goes for the best of swordsman. Once he has entered a state of battle he must consciously direct the defenses of this, but to supplement that he can very VERY vaguely feel people enter his aura. However, the auric field can only tell that people are within the aura, not actually tell him where they are within, the exception being incredibly powerful individuals who have such a presence that he can usually tell anyways.

Name: CoG: Shinshū tekishin(Invasive mind).
Description: His telekinetic and mental dominance ability, he can utilize this to dominate the minds of weaker willed individuals, or to simply communicate with those of equal or greater mental persuasions.

When entering his state of complete battle emersion, Raze tends to cover himself completely in blood and become a monster most simply refer to as 'The Crimson Terror'

Personality:

Psychopath, a word often used to describe those who are clinically insane. The word actually means someone with literally no emotions and no morals. In fact, most psychopaths are violent as well, but it their lack of remorse, sympathy, and empathy which so obviously distinguishes them from normal society.

Schizophrenic, a term generally used to describe a mentality or approach characterized by inconsistent or contradictory elements.

Sadomasochism, a physiological and possibly psychological state that cause the mentioned individual who both enjoys recieving pain and enjoys dishing it out. This pain can be dealt or recieved physically and/or mentally depending on the developed preference.

Raze is a man defined very accurately by the above terms for he is in fact all 3 of those things. He is a psychopath as he is entirely devoid of emotions and has gradually developed rather unsavory habits. He is schizphrenic, but not paranoid or entirely unstable -though he is at times-. He describes himself as having morals and a conscience, but not listening to their advice for him. In actuality these morals and this conscience are just the voices created by his mind to substitute emotions. In this way he appears to feel things and even respond to emotional stimuli. That is excluding when empathy or sympathy is required or implied for these are 2 things he cannot and will not use. According to him, the voices of sympathy and empathy are the 2 voices he completely ignores.

In terms of his sadomasochism he is mostly unable to be harmed mentally in a way that would bother him, its just that he has already been through worse. His body's superhuman state and abilities have led him to believe that he is in some way untouchable to those around him. He is thus far proven to be incapable of any form of fear, but it does fascinate him. While he is not intentionally devious or manipulative it does sometimes happen that he leads others into emotionally difficult situations. Of course his enemies are not as lucky for they are destroyed utterly and completely in the newest way that Raze can alchemise in his sickly twisted mind. In social situations he is mostly seen as only slightly twisted and mostly just eccentric. Lastly, while he is intelligent, he cannot fully utilize it and it comes in sporadic bursts here and there.

Short History: Born into a country of war, Raze fought and killed before he was even of age, entering the fields of battle at the tender age of 7. He was a natural and while he had no real combat experience, there just seemed to be something in him that easily allowed him to tear asunder all in his path. It is even said that that war was won because of him, or it would've been, except he eventually killed even the leaders of his own country. Consumed by bloodlust, he highjacked a ship, forcing the crew to work for him as captives, and got out to sea entering the GrandLine where he'd heard even more bloodshed was easy to come by. To put it gently, Raze left a trail of destruction, chaos, despair, and the crimson of bloodied earth and water in his wake. He earned many titles, but only one eventually stuck: The Crimson Terror. Eventually, the marines sent on the shichibukai to end his reign of terror, only for Raze and the Shichibukai, Asch Walters, to fight as equals in a destructive and bloody tied match. Finding a strange sort of respect in Asch as a fellow psychopath and being promised even greater battlefields, Raze joined Asch's crew and murdered the other 1st mate without hesitation.

While Asch was angry at first, he came to realize how useless the previous one had been, and came to understand that his only worth had been sentimental in nature, nothing more. Since then, Raze has stood alongside Asch in all his deadly ventures, keeping his bounty title, but erasing his actual bounty, which had reached quite lofty heights before he became the figurative ally of the marines.

Weapons/Items: He carries nothing but a set of knives....
Special Skills/Attributes: With a limited ability to utilize his knives, Raze is a combatant that relies purely on his immense physical aptitude. Without a devil's fruit, or any true mastery of haki, Raze somehow manages to outpace, match, or utterly bludgeon anyone who stands before him to death, or damn near it. While he has the potential for CoO haki he has never trained it so it remains partially dormant. As to CoA, well, technically he has an advanced form of it that is constantly in use. In fact, his CoA haki is actually so advanced that he tends to use it on the inner portions of his body to amplify his functions to ridiculous heights allowing him to regenerate if he focuses purely on that, or simply harden/amplify his physical attributes immensely. He is strong in all the physical senses really, having incredible physical prowess in strength, agility, speed, and even stamina he seems like an unstoppable force. It doesn't help at all that he possesses what seems to be Haoshoku haki, or something eerily similar.

Special Ability
Name: Genshi no kyōfu shihai(Dominance of the Primal Fear).
Type: Haoshoku haki?
Description: Possibly some varient form of Haoshoku haki, Raze's Genshi no kyōfu shihai is a fear based ability rather than something will based, though there is some reliance of one's strength of will to resist it. In short, Raze is a predator, no not a sexual predator, but a predator as bear is in nature. Of course, he is not just A predator, but rather he is THE apex predator in the ecosystem, and as far as he is concerned there is no one above him in this sense. This ability is partially passive meaning most of the time it is somewhat active but to a much lesser degree. People too far below Raze ins strength are typically reduced to a sniveling mass of useless primal fear as this ability taps into the primal fear of others rather than their lesser state of will. However, this primal fear can be conquered by one's will power if it is sufficient, and of course some are mostly unaffected, though EVERYONE will feel some vestiges. This ability is of course only partially passive thus meaning that it will fluctuate in usefulness depending on Raze's mind state, making it the absolute worst when he is purely psychopathic, rather than when he is mostly schitzophrenic. It is said that usually the sensation is bearable until he goes completely dead and cold emotionally, becoming an absolute monster, one who has been dubbed 'The Crimson Terror'.

Techniques

Name: CoA: Hiteikou(Specific resistance).
Description: By focusing CoA haki in an area of the body the user can strengthen that area's resistance and cause it to harden.

Name: CoA: Haijo no enryo(Removal of restraint).
Description: This is a passive technique that allows the body increased durability and flexibility. Since he has mastered it, the technique also assists him by making muscles and other assorted parts flexible enough to act like shock absorbs. This means that since he has trained his body to bypass more of his brain limiters than normal, he can thus use more of the body's 'full strength'. This technique simply allows his body to take less strain from doing so.

Name: CoA: Sougu no Taishakeiro(Harness the Metabolic pathways).
Description: By utilizing CoA haki, Raze can essentially amplify any number of processes within his body allowing him near complete control of his biology. This is the ability which allows him to regenerate. However, for him to regenerate at any noticeable speed he must put almost all focus onto this ability, meaning he'll have to tank blows and move at a brisk walk to utilize this.

Name: Geigeki(Interception).
Description: When attacked from any direction within his visual range -the 180ish degrees in front of him- Raze tends to use this particular reaction, that is assuming he doesn't dodge. When approached vaguely from the front and attacked with kick, weapon, or fist he will use Kagetouhi and then use one of his arms to push away the appendage attacking and throw off the balance of his aggressor. Once this is done he can freely decide how to proceed.

Name: CoA: Kōka(Hardening).
Description: A normal CoA ability, this simply allows him to harden and/or amplify varying parts of his body, this ability however, in his case, extends even to his inner bodily processes.

Name: CoA: Hyakugai(Great Damage).
Description: Augmenting his arms/fists with CoA haki, Raze goes in for the kill and strikes for home, dealing a strike strong enough to easily tear muscle and shatter bone. If he hits objects, well, it has been seen that with repeated abuse he can easily tear through solid iron, making swordsman very hard pressed to deal with him.

Name: CoO: Kagetouhi(Shadow-evasion).
Description: Essentially a side-step, Kagetouhi is a masterful technique in the sense that it allows the learned user to dodge fluidly despite the direction they are attacked from.

Name: CoO: Insura(Inside slider).
Description: One of his two only abilities from Color of Observation haki, Insura allows him to smoothly slide or jump out of the way of an attack and then activate CoA haki on his leg to deal a heavy drop kick on his opponent.

Name: CoA: Ren'you shintou(Continuous use impact).
Description: By focusing CoA haki into his legs he releases a pulse, or pulses in repetition, to speed himself up drastically and/or allow him to rapidly change directions without warning. This is incredibly strenuous on his muscles and must be used sparingly.

Name: CoA: Henshitsu(Transmutation).
Description: By maximizing the entirety of his focus on someone after essentially immobilizing them, Raze can send a pulse of CoA haki into their body and then bend it against their will into obscenely gruesome shapes. He tends to call the results 'Flesh Sculptures', he thinks they're pretty~!

Name: Hidoi dai abare(Beastly Rampage).
Description: Also known as his 'full battle emersion' state, Hidoi dai abare is only entered when Raze has passed his threshold to restrain himself. He will enter a mind-state of absolute bloodlust that causes his mentality to be tunneled in the sense that he can only focus on razing all that surrounds him. All amplification abilities will activate fully in this state, rapidly depleting his stamina, but allowing him to be at his upper limit for around 15 minutes to an hour depending on how long he has bee fighting prior to and whether or not he decides to eat while on the hunt.... Regardless, once the time expires Raze enters a restorative state that lasts around 2-3 days total. After the 1st day he will retain consciousness, but be incredibly weakened, after 1.5 days he will be ale to fight, but not at his best, and one 2 days have passed he'll be back at his norm. The ability won't be available again till the end of the 3rd day.
