Fascist Dictators. Parents who name their kids Adolph Hitler. Adolph Hitler. People who are impolite. Douchebags. The cast of Jersey Shore. The Westboro Baptist Church. Birthers. People who insist on absurdly pretentious nicknames. Etc.
In hindsight, "Dickheads" would be a better term, if only I weren't included.
With the exception of Hitler those are all still human beings who have the same right to life as you or me.
