I had enough money to buy Skyrim or get myself some new clothes and delve deeper into social life.
Guess what I chose.
Hopefully you chose Skyrim.

Of course I chose Skyrim.
Why live in this world as a citizen while I can live in another as the goddamn Dragonborn?
Who needs a social life anyway? Skyrim is going to much better than friends.

That's what I told my family and friends Merc. And if I had a girlfriend, well I'd break up with her... for Skyrim.
The Imperial and Dunmer were always my favorite races. Imperials for being Roman rip-offs - even if they are bland as far as fantasy races go - and the Dunmer for their culture (Houses, Ashlanders, Daedra/Aedra worship, fuckgiant mushrooms for buildings, etc). I imagine if I hadn't played Morrowind, I might not be a fan of Dunmer.
Actually, scratch that. Yeah I would. They have face tattoos and mohawks.
If you guys haven't looked or if anyone hasn't linked it, look up the Elder Scrolls wiki; they have a list of all the perks you can get from the different skills, and have a listing of very few items. Of note are Fists/Gloves of the Pugilist - combined with Heavy Armor, it looks like Unarmed WILL be in the game, just not as a skill. So punching the hell out of everything you come across is still going to be an option. Also, on the whole infinite quest thing: they're fetch quests, but there's a little more than just "kill x number of creatures or gather y ingredient." You can get randomized assassination missions from the Brotherhood, and randomized theft missions from the Thieves' Guild. I'm more excited for the modding possibilities, than what the base game will provide in that regard.
First playthrough/character will be:
-Dunmer (styled as an Ashlander fleeing Vvardenfell's destruction)
-Male
-Dual-wield/Destruction/Sneak/Light Armor
-War-axe in one hand, dagger (see: Magua from Last of the Mohicans)
-Carry minimal amount of things, play as a nomad basically. Few potions, food, clothing, and equipment. Everything else gets sold or stored in some hideout.
-Biggest, baddest mohawk possible.
Second playthrough will be an Imperial styled as a Paladin (mace/shield/heavy armor/restoration/speech). Third will probably be a Nord with the biggest axe and biggest beard possible that goes berserk as often as the game lets me. After that, likely a character who uses the Heavy Armor and Fists of the Pugilist to punch anyone and everything who gets in his way.
Unless of course after my first playthrough someone mods in the ability to wield two shields, since I wanted to do that from the get-go. Just because it seems like it'd be hilarious.
