Thats the reason summonables are supposed to be weaker they are just trash to bother your opponent. Rilla is allowing in my opinion too unbalanving a deal by granting a +1 and 2 equal tiers. Unless her first paragraph of how you were supposed to be knocked back or her trying to ass rape you with the string chakram, was her defense then, you can probably force hit.
At least where I used to RP, if someone didn't respond to an attack, at all(And it wasn't an interrupt, which she may have been going for with the chakram), then you can force hit them.

I think the energy effect was supposed to be an interrupt, but the judges overruled it.
The Chakram would be an interupt, if it was instantly going to reach me. However I was less than a second away before she even pulled it. I seriously doubt its going to keep coming after me when she's been sliced in half.
