But I don't see it as cheating when I legitimately made it to all of the walls for the shout, but the word walls wouldn't work. I even had to spend my dragon souls on them to work.

To get something that should be working and isn't, is not cheating, for anything else is cheating...

I used a power attack to cut of Ulfric Stormcloak's head. His headless body still remains on the throne of Windhelm.
