The quincies were once hunted to near extinction, but with the Tenebrae incident, the Seireiti wanted all the help it could have. They allied with most of the quincy, working with them, and sending shinigami stationed with the quincy. In return, several quincy were stationed with Seirieti.*
The Draco family was open to negotiations before even the Tenebrae incident. Tamara's grandfather, Bahamut, was in the Seireiti negotiating terms when the incident happened. Bahamut fought Tenebrae fiercely, with bow in hand. Tenebrae answered with Judgement, a beam of rietsu that burned through Bahamut's chest. A talented healer managed to save him, but the burn was so sever it was thought to be cursed. Perhaps it was fate what shape the burn took on, it looked like a tiger paw, enemy to the Dragon.*
When Bahamut had a son, Tamara's father, the burn too was passed down on his back. It seemed to react to Tenebrae's activities. The more active he is, the stronger the burn is felt.
This established Tenebrae as an enemy to the Draco clan long before Tamara was born.*
Tamara was born as the 3rd generation bearing the burn.
At a young age she was trained to be a quincy. It seemed odd to her that she was to know a secret world, that no one else her age was to know about. It seemed even stranger that when she was 14, she and her father actually moved to the Seirieti.
She noticed how different she was from everyone there. She was only 14, that was a blink of an eye to a shinigami. Time went differently for her than everyone else around her. But they were kind people mostly. She was progressing nicely as a quincy.
When she was 16, her father gave her some interesting news. She would be the first human ever to be in the Gotie 13, let alone quincy.*
She trained even harder so she would keep up his expectation.
It was then a week later that her father recieved news, activity of Tenebrae had been spotted in the Rukongai. He bid her farewell, and left. He still has yet to return.
Every night, she waits for the knock of the door of him returning, even after two year later.
As she'd been in the Seireiti, she's joined many searches involving Tenebrae, getting personally involved, trying to any information she could about her father, making the fight against Tenebrae not only a duty, but a personal responsibility. In 2 of the 3 fights against him and his generals, she was present, both times fighting against Shin'ya, and nearly dying both times as he showed no mercy to the weak.
In the last time, as he landed what he assumed was the deathblow, he commented on her asking the wrong person, to go ask the 'quincy', before moving on.
As Tamara woke up, she found that he had robbed her of most of her ability to gather Reishi, and worse news, the captain she was under had been killed personally by Tenebrae, and she was to be transferred to squad 2.

Personality: Tamara is a quiet individual who avoids crowds and people for the most part. She's a like a timid mouse most of the time, not very forward, and willing to follow orders. To those that know her, she's an extremely kind person, just rather socially awkward.
Her kindness, however, makes her fierce in protecting that which is dear to her. Under her meek personality lies the heart of a lion, and soul of a dragon. She doesn't want to see anyone else hurt, and gives everything she has to make sure no one else has to, even if she sacrifices herself, which is why a few people in the Seireiti think she takes things a bit too far sometimes, all to happy to do as much as she can to help, so long as it doesn't involve other people.

Fighting Style: Tamara tends to give fights everything she has, and more, fighting almost like a bloodknight in her way of not backing down. This is both good and bad. She'll press on even when injured, but sustains doesn't always think it through.

Cupid's Arrow- By shooting someone with a weak arrow, she can fill it with an intent to lay on her opponents heart. It's not that strong, and acts merely as a suggestion. She can't force people to do anything with it, but the arrow strongly persuades. It also drains some of the conviction out of her opponent.

Name: Riku Hana Age:170 Apparent age:23 Gender:Male
Appearance:
Riku has a slender and elegant figure, and of a medium height. Her face is rather rather sharp, and has neckline hair.
Her hair is rather unusual color, a deep blue. It's well kept, and straightly parted to the right of her face, a flower adorning her left side, a single red rose.
Her eyes are equally strange, seemingly glowing orange, distinctive at all times, even in the dark.... or rather especially in the dark.
She wears the standard shinigami kimono, and has thin, long fingers, fitting in with the rest of her slender appearance.
Her expression is almost always stern.
Distinguishing features: Riku's most striking features are her orange eyes that seems almost to glow, and her blue hair. Her stare almost seems piercing when she looks at people, and has a commanding presence.
Personality: Riku always seems to maintain a calm composure, trying to always find the best path forward. Despite not showing it, she does get angry fairly easily, she just doesn't show it. The calm composure is really a facade to help those around her forward. She tends to brood when left alone, which is the company she prefers. She still hasn't quite forgiven herself for her past where her best friend was struck down by a hollow, and she couldn't do anything but run away. That's why she has a hatred of hollows, and joined the shinigami. Also makes her a bit single-minded.
Because of her brooding habits, and loner personality, she's unknowingly self-centered, and has a limited view of 'hollows are bad, so strike them down'. She hasn't really thought beyond that about the balance of souls, the crime of the Soul Society, or who to follow. She'd improve all around if she could be forced to fight with comrades rather than against hollows.
Distinguishing traits:
*Has an affinity for roses.
*Tends to shy away from people, has a habit of talking to herself
*Mentions a deceased friend, "Matsuri" often in passing.
*Likes to keep herself aloof with a calm composure, but there are cracks in it. She is overly violent and focused when it comes to hollows, seems to have flashbacks when fighting hordes of them.
Zanpakto name: Hanabira No KetsuekiBlood petals) Description: A rather sadistic spirit with a cruel smile on her face. She is wears a skirt and blouse made of of red flower petals, that unnervingly seem darker at the tips, almost like they are dripping blood. She delights in causing Riku pain, and reminding her of her past, will only really want to help when it might hurt Hanabira no Ketsueki
Riku's inner world is a crumbling shrine amid a flower field. The flowers are as one would expect, roses. The shrine itself is made of brick and wood, falling into decay. A cracked bell hangs amid the shrine, broken bricks all around. The steps leading up to it have blood on them.
Sealed form:Has the form of a Kodachi, a short sword. The handle is the color of a rose stem, and the ribbons wrapping around it are rose red. Manipulations:N/A

Born in the middle of a war, Chiyome's life did not start out an easy one. As she was only a baby, her village was razed during a conflict with the Hidden Sand village. Both her parents were killed, and the only thing saving her was one Stone ninja who noticed her in passing. Despite being called 'the fox', he was quick to save the infant, though later on, he would admit he didn't know why, simply a gut feeling she later would be important to the Stone village. He raised her as his own daughter, and she became a Shinobi with high expectations. While she loved 'the fox' very much, she hated the expectations she never could quite live up to. She kept forcing herself more and more, only to fall farther behind the more she achieved. She had a great work ethic initially, but it kept getting crushed by repeated failures.
Her adoptive father was sent off on a rather high class mission one day, and offered to take her along, if she was at her best. Chiyome said no, not feeling she could live up to expectations, and not wanting to mess up a mission.
The fox was slain on that mission, by a high class ninja nicknamed Oni, an A class missing nin with a particular penchant for cruelty.
Chiyome fell into a depression, not sharpening her skills, and turning to the bottle, and yelling at everyone to go away. It was so bad that the Tsuchikage considered releasing her a ninja, as she was in no shape or form able to perform the duties of a ninja as she was.
However, one mission came up that he thought might change her attitude. Oni had been spotted nearby. Reporting it to her, Chiyome instantly got up, dropping the bottle of a wine to the floor, a new fire in her belly.
She and her squad split up to find the missing nin, and Chiyome was the first to do so. In an angry rush, she tried a killing him without forethought, or using any of the lessons her father had taught her. As she leaped at him, Chidori in hand. He turned, and responded by turning, and releasing his own lightning jutsu at her faster than she could respond to, a massive ball of electricity, shot straight at her chest, hitting dead on.
"Fool. I'm far better than to be caught off guard by any normal jutsu."
Chiyome honestly thought she was dead, and was very nearly. She woke up in a hospital, days later, and told of what had happened. It was sheer luck she was alive. She swore at the occasion, realizing it was because she wasn't strong enough, and she wasn't strong because she had stopped training. She needed power, and she needed it quickly. It seemed no one else had luck in finding Oni either, he was still hers.
She thought what she could do to gain power, a power that was her own. She thought of her strong points, and knew that she was a ninjutsu specialist. But what could she do to make a power all hers, and grow for it. A wild thought came.... what if she mixed two chakra natures together? Only those with certain bodies could do so she'd always been told, but someone, somewhere had to be the first. She would force her body to make that change.
She spent months trying, combining her fire and lightning elements together, but most of the time, in only ended up in an explosion that sent her back to the hospital.
Then, one day, she finally got a result. A bright flash of light formed infront of her, barely holding it's white form together. This was no mere mishap.... this was new. The white ball, however, was unstable, and exploded in a white engulfing light. Again she found herself in the hospital. The nurse had said they'd never seen anything like it, the chakra in her body was literally burned away. The plants and insects around her were all dead, but nothing else was touched.
Chiyome refined the technique, wearing more protective clothing until she perfected it, and nicknamed the nature, 'Holy'.
She hunted down Oni next, outside of the Tsuchikage's orders. Finding him, she formed 'Holy Release: Seraph Arrow' and fired. Oni turned.
"You again? I thought I killed you, or at least taught you not to mess with me!"
HE turned and responded with the same lightning ball, with dead aim at her again. However, the Holy's true nature was revealed, it only burned energy, it tore straight through the jutsu, hitting Oni dead on with a flash of light.
His corpse was found in the rubble, and Chiyome brought it back to the Tsuchikage.
The Tsuchikage, though peeved at the disobedience in following orders, was impressed. She was promoted to Jonin.
Personality: Chiyome often likes to screw around and have fun. She's infact she's well known for being the town drunk because of it. She's a rather strong shinobi, however, she doesn't see combat as fun, and wants to get it over with quickly, even it there's a price to pay doing so. A bit reckless, she's none the less efficient in a fight, and not a slowstart. She doesn't see a lot of her work as fun, especially paperwork, she has a deep seated hatred for, and is prone to treating it in a similar way, get it over with quickly. Dodging out on work is a frequent habit of hers.
As far as comfort zones, Chiyome's always comfortable with other people, no matter how inverse the situation may be with their reguards to her. She sees anyone not liking her as their problem, not hers. She's extremely self confident, and doesn't let the opinions of others effect her in the least, for the better or worse.
Outside of the ninja lifestyle, Chiyome is a kind person who just wants to have fun. Nothing catches her eye more than a party, she is frequently seen leaving them with a rather large hangover. She enjoys music, dancing, and being around people in general. If she sees someone not having a good time, she's quick to try and pick them up with a good laugh. Also rather flirtatious at times. The only thing that really pisses her off is to see people struggle like she did as a child with high expectations, and depression over not getting them met.

Kekkei Genkai:
Name of Kekkei Genkai: Holy Clan: N/A, First Gen user. Description: Combining fire and lightning, a new type of energy is made, shining a bright light. It has rather odd qualities in that while warm and made of energy, it can't burn any materials, or even damage matter. However, it burns all other energies is comes in contact with harming even the user if touched.
Due to it's chakra burning nature, it kills life if it envelops it. If shot at a field, it would burst, killing the life around it, and leaving the rest of the ground untouched, not even sand being kicked up by it. Defending is easy, block it with anything thicker than leather will do so. When it hits a chakra based attack, it starts literally burning the attack away.
Due to it being new to Chiyome, and it's destructive nature on chakra, it's harmful to use, and noticeably damages her after every use. She's learned a bit how to reduce it, but it burns the chakra points on her hands every time she uses it, reducing the effectiveness of all jutsu afterwards for a time. Repeated abuse will leave her unable to use any techniques.
Name of Technique: Fire Release: Muscle Soothing Type of Jutsu: Supplimentary Nintaijutsu Rank: B Range: Self Nature Type: Fire Handseals: 6 Description: Channeling fire chakra through her body, she warms the muscles carefully like a heat pad, relaxing them, and allowing a stronger performance from them. Seeing as she never uses pure power, this is just for making her move slightly faster. Weakness: Running this too long creates a fever.

Name of Technique: Holy Release: Seraph Arrow Type of Jutsu: Offensive Rank: A Range: Mid Nature Type: Holy Handseals: 8 Description: A condensed volatile ball of 'holy' is made between Chiyome's hands, and then fired outward by 'bursting' the back of it, at her opponent flying at high speed. When it strikes, it burst around the area in a small explosion, the size of a grenade's blast, though it doesn't have any concussive force behind it.
Read the description of holy for effects. Burns the chakra of a person away if it hits.
Weakness: The bursting of the ball gets some on her hands, damaging the chakra points on them, and burning some chakra away, weakening her jutsu for several posts afterwards (3-4). Also, with Holy's characteristics, it can be blocked or stopped midflight with almost any non-living object around her opponent. Rocks, steel, water, ect.

Weakness: Requires contact with the rings. The rings start to glow when infused, giving away their secret. Lasts only for 5 posts. Normal draw back of using holy, damages her chakra points.

Grabbing an object with a chakra string, flinging it forward, snapping the connection, and reconnecting with a new object, many projectiles around the area can be launched in quick succession.
Weakness: Obstructions of the projectiles before being grabbed stops the strings quite easily. Tida can pick up objects up to the size and weight of a man per finger. All together he can pick up 1.5 tons.

Personality: Matsuri is a meek and kind girl, who doesn't want to feel like a burden to those around her. This can cause her to be more than a little reckless if it causes those around her not to be in danger.
She finally has felt she's found her place in the world, and is happy with it. She's willing to defend her niche if necessary, and secretly want to prove to everyone that despite being called talentless, she's not worthless, and has some self esteems issues she's trying to conquer. This is part of the reason she doesn't use any ninja tools or weapons, somewhere, she wants to prove those who called her worthless because of her weak eyes, and trouble learning Gentle fist wrong, so she uses them as her primary weapon, with her own talents in genjutsu thrown in.
Matsuri thinks of herself as a coward, because she's afraid of power. She's afraid of the damage it can cause, but she continues to grow stronger because she's absolutely terrified of being powerless against someone else. Being a prisoner did not help this view any.
sMatsuri's also become a bit more of a loner because of her imprisonment, often having flashbacks and episodes. She doesn't want her teammates, or anyone else, to see her vulnerable side, so she has a nasty habit of keeping secrets, and because she can't quite keep her flashbacks a secret, she tries avoiding people. She ironically doesn't want to worry people, which is why she keeps so much to herself. She'd rather take on their burdens than let anyone else take hers, which is also why she doesn't talk much about her home life. Infact, she doesn't talk much about herself at all if she can avoid it.
History:
The unlucky Hyuga, born 4th daughter of the Head of the clan, never seen as anything other than a spare. She had no talent, she wasn't born a branch member, her Byakugan was weak, and she had little chance to be the next Heir to the clan, earning her hate from nearly the entire clan.
Finding herself without talent, Matsuri tried a double portion to be the genius her clan expected her to be, but everything she gained, she had to work extremely hard for, nothing came naturally. Even the basics of gentle fist were hard for her to master, the advanced nature proved impossible, she could not see chakra points, no matter how hard she worked at it.
She felt alone in the world. The only solace she had was books, and so she spent much of her time couped up in her room.
Matsuri's goal was to make her family happy, but it didn't seem possible. She seemed doomed to be the black sheep of the family. To her, it was her world, to honor the Hyuga clan, despite them ignoring her. She wanted to prove she wasn't worthless.
Her life started to change as she passed the academy exam finally, after many attempts, only to find herself almost immediately assigned the chunnin exams, where she managed to make it to the finals, with nothing but Gentle Fist. She desperately fought against her opponent, but lost all the same.
She started to sink into a depression in her hospital bed, that she couldn't do anything right. As she lay there, something happened that changed her world. Somebody cared about her. Literally staggering towards her room, Kensuke, her roommate struggled to pay her a visit. The one thing that went through her head was 'why?'. Matsuri had never had anyone pay her mind.
Then she was announced as a chunnin. She couldn't believe it. Her struggle had still left victorious, even though she felt weak, she was promoted when others weren't. She started to think what could she do to become stronger.
Her real first mission came about, and for once Matsuri was looking forward to helping in it. A mission to the land of Talons, with the Hokage.
On their way there, they were ambushed, and Matsuri felt glad as she managed to push back some of the attackers, finally pushing her weight..... finally of use. Matsuri was starting to feel she belonged, despite getting no more credit in her house. She had found a group of people she could be with.
During the stay at the village, she had noticed that a girl had been kidnapped and was being abused by the same people who had been assailing the village. Feeling she had to do something, she had to help in someway, she ran off, leaving notice to the Hokage through his daughter Kaname that she would be back quickly, her plan was to quickly rush in, and grab the girl. However, her plan didn't go as expected, she was quickly ambushed during the rescue mission. She managed to quickly defeat her opponent, only to be struck across her eye, losing it, and starting to bleed profusely.
Her fight wasn't over though. Kensuke quickly found her..... and his brother found him, Matsuri quickly finding herself on another battlefield. She felt deadly worried for Kensuke, and when he had nearly been struck down, she came to his side, not letting herself lose the first friend she'd ever found. She fought like a lion before being cut down. Kensuke rescued her with a desperate blow to his own brother.
As Matsuri lay bleeding to death, help arrived as she was near death's door. The Hokage noticed her Byakugan was dead, and had a sharingan transplanted onto it.
Though her first mission was a success, and Matsuri found just how much she loved having teammates, her homelife didn't improve, infact it got even worse. Seeing the Sharingan as a dirty eye, they considered her even more of an outcast. Matsuri was hardly even part of the Hyuga family anymore.
At this point, Matsuri started wearing a blindfold, a necessity to keep her sharingan from over extending, and memorizing everything, something that would overload her. Even it being able to see a little bit would trigger this.
During the Nine tails fox's attack, Matsuri helped move civilians out the way of the Fox, and marveled at it's power. For the first time, she was afraid of the power of something. She never wanted it. She saw the destruction, and realized that anyone with power could do that, not just a rampant fox. It made her a bit more nervous about high leveled nin, and of herself. Was this what would happen if she was the talented genius everyone though she was?
The next event to change her life was the war with the sand. She was sent off in a division to attack the Sand. After fighting half a dozen nin on her own, an enemy who took the Hokage's appearance took her by surprise, capturing her. She would be a hostage for the next three weeks, tortured regularly by the man named Kaija, an event that left scars on her mind. She was afraid of getting powerful, but she became absolutely terrified of those stronger than her.
She managed to eventually do what she thought was impossible, see her own chakra points in the darkness of the box they kept her in. She managed to break out when they were off guard, and free the prisoners as her Leaf allies came. With the rest of her team, she managed to defeat Kaija. A very real monster to her. Even in death he wouldn't leave her mind. She suffered flashbacks of being tortured whenever light blinded her.
Matsuri felt she had finally found her place in the world though. Even with the flashbacks haunting her, and her finding herself more reclusive, she didn't find herself to be quite so useless anymore. With training from the Hokage, she managed to create her own S ranked technique, a chakra shell that managed to take a blast from the Hokage's strongest attack. Matsuri proudly claimed she didn't have any talent, she didn't need it. She had earned what she had needed.

Matsuri constantly wears a blindfold over it, because it constantly records information, memorizing details, and causes her to become overloaded with information. Whenever she removes the blindfold to use it, she suffers a brief episode of PTSD because of the flash of light, so she's hesistant to use it.
When she does use this along side her Byakugan, it increases her taijutsu, as she starts to read her opponents movements, and memorize their style, able to predict their movements.
Name of Technique: Gentle Fist: Black Widow Type of Jutsu: Gen-taijutsu Rank: C Range: Close Nature Type: N/A Handseals: N/A Description: By inserting her chakra into an opponent during gentle fist, the chakra not only does damage, but uses the chakra to cast a genjutsu on the target.
The genjutsu slowly tricks the targets muscles into contracting, locking up the target, and causing excruciating pain.
Weakness: Can be broken should the target realize what they feel is a genjutsu. Requires close range contact. Exterior pain greater than the genjutsu's effect can break it.

The chakra latches onto nearby chakra, and causes it to flow around her as well in the circulation of the shell.
For practical purposes, this makes large energy based attacks flow around her, allowing Matsuri to wade through almost any wide area attack, as it causes them to slide around her. It only works on jutsu larger than herself. Weakness: Anything smaller than her body will punch through. Physical attacks aren't stopped in the least.
============= Name of Technique: Toll of the Bells Type of Jutsu: Genjutsu Rank: B Range: Medium Nature Type: N/A Handseals: N/A Description: By channelling chakra through the bells, Matsuri is able to set up a weak genjutsu on an area on all around. It's a suggestive genjutsu that shows the victim what they expect to happen with their opponent, while hiding the real user from the victims senses, though they may see the effects of the user, such as footprints, ect. It takes 1 post of listening to activate, if chakra is being channelled. Weakness: A simple kai, or pain will break them out.

By the way, these guys are established NCP's. Someone want to grade them so they can be official? A present from Verb, and from me. Whoever wants to use'em, they've never actually been chased out.

Personality: They are a friendly lot, but undyingly loyal to the Sand Village, and will follow orders until death. The only reason they are in the Leaf is because they have yet to recieve a pull back order from the Kazekage, even though he had passed, they still continue their mission of sabotaging the Leaf.
Fortunately, most of their mission is propaganda aimed at the Hokage, such as the notorious Harem rumor, and they are for the most part harmless unless confronted (In which case, you can expect to see the reason for their nickname). But they aren't opposed to bringing people to the leaf, who might be of a greater threat. They seem like they just aren't that interesting in doing real damage, they just don't know what else to do but their mission.
Most of the time, when they aren't spreading rumors, you can find them drinking at a bar, where they frequent so often that almost every patron knows them, or at least their disguise. They don't seem that bright, but in actuality, there's a reason they have managed to stay inside the Leaf for so long without being caught, despite being so infamous. They do have a weakness for coin though.
History: The brothers were born in the Sand village 30 years ago, and raised by the Kazekage. They grew up with a strong sense of national pride, and grew to love the Sand, and everything about it. They rose steadily through the ranks of the Sand, eventually becoming infamous for their ability to sabotage, and did their adoptive father proud.
During the Sand War against the Leaf, they were deployed against the leaf, recieving the last orders they would hear from their father. They were to ruin the Hokage's reputation.
As they made their way into the leaf, with identificiation of two kidnapped Leaf ninja, they clung to the nearest rumor they heard, of the Hokage's harem, and made attempts to circulate it, and make it look true. At that time, the Elder Koi had though he had captured them, only to learn why they were called the 'blast bros'. They laughed as he captured their clones, from the safety of their bar, the experience sent to them.
Later, a woman came to them, offering them a job. Low on money, from not actually doing missions most of the time, they gladly accepted. All they had to do was escort her to Koi's house. So they did, accepting the pay, and asking no questions of the sick lady. While outside, they overheard the conversation inside, taking interest before heading back to their favorite place, to give their livers a bitchslap, and have a drink.

I've done many spectacular events in Rps, that many would consider odd, weird, and ungodly effective. A small list:
* Bleach villain who took on several captain level people at once, whose sole ability was to make alchohal.
* Naruto RP- Taking out an Akatsuki member...while in crutches
*Random Rp- Took out a dragon by throwing a cup of tea in it's face, and then stabbing it to death
*Naruto Rp- Riding a spear of earth, like a pony....into a crowd of enemies
*Naruto Rp- Killing an entire room with an exploding shopping list
* Bleach Rp- Had to end an arc, so I did so...with lasers falling from the sky from the Captain Commander. There were no survivors
*Naruto Rp- I helped a 'teammate'. I gave him a seal that was full of seals to enhance his chakra. I forgot to mention it was also an explosive tag.
*Bleach Rp- There was a man named Gaiven. Yoshua still has nightmares about him, you should ask him.
*Bleach Rp- Byakurai looks like a really weak kido, until you hide a level 96 Itto Kaso inside one.
*Bleach Rp- Kicked a Royal Guardsman's ass. Did I mention it was with a whole, not even a soul reaper?
*Bleach Rp- Some people fly through the air. Some run at high speeds. Vez Largo? He flies through the air in a floating lawnchair, strapped to a hollow bird with a kido. He named the bird Pedro.
*Naruto Rp- Best headshot of all time. Slapped a villain in the face with a summoning seal. I summoned an exploding Kunai.
*Fantasy RP- How I handle fights. 1 swordsman vs. 4 gunman seemed unfair, so I used my fist, and won. How? 1) Head meets table violently 2) Human shield 3) #2 was also human ammo to be hurled across the room 4) Trembled at the first 3.
*Naruto RP- I needed a spy who wouldn't be automatically detected. He made grotesque wood carvings in his front lawn, and yelled at kids to get off his lawn, then fell asleep. Nobody suspected a thing.
*Random Fighting Thread- Nothing says exit like an Al-Quieda inspired exit. Suicidal pipe bomb.
*Random RP- Nothing says traitor like leaving your teammate to fend off two assailants, then kill them all with a surprise explosion.... including the teammate.
*One Piece RP- Someone challenge me to an insane-off in a Marine Base. The only time the marine base had ever had self evacuation from a pirate without a bounty.
*One Piece Rp- Marine ships immune to Sea Kings? Smear Sea King pheromones on the bottom of it and see how immune it is.
*One Piece Rp- Abducted a brothel with a wheelbarrow and blow dart with tranquilizers. Still officially have them in the crew. First island with the crew too.
*Bleach Rp- Caught two zanpaktus with my arrancar's eyelids.
*Naruto RP- Drunk character rode the 8 tailed beast like a rodeo.

Personality: Matsuri is a meek and kind girl, who doesn't want to feel like a burden to those around her. This can cause her to be more than a little reckless if it causes those around her not to be in danger.
She finally has felt she's found her place in the world, and is happy with it. She's willing to defend her niche if necessary, and secretly want to prove to everyone that despite being called talentless, she's not worthless, and has some self esteems issues she's trying to conquer. This is part of the reason she doesn't use any ninja tools or weapons, somewhere, she wants to prove those who called her worthless because of her weak eyes, and trouble learning Gentle fist wrong, so she uses them as her primary weapon, with her own talents in genjutsu thrown in.
Matsuri thinks of herself as a coward, because she's afraid of power. She's afraid of the damage it can cause, but she continues to grow stronger because she's absolutely terrified of being powerless against someone else. Being a prisoner did not help this view any.
sMatsuri's also become a bit more of a loner because of her imprisonment, often having flashbacks and episodes. She doesn't want her teammates, or anyone else, to see her vulnerable side, so she has a nasty habit of keeping secrets, and because she can't quite keep her flashbacks a secret, she tries avoiding people. She ironically doesn't want to worry people, which is why she keeps so much to herself. She'd rather take on their burdens than let anyone else take hers, which is also why she doesn't talk much about her home life. Infact, she doesn't talk much about herself at all if she can avoid it.
History:
The unlucky Hyuga, born 4th daughter of the Head of the clan, never seen as anything other than a spare. She had no talent, she wasn't born a branch member, her Byakugan was weak, and she had little chance to be the next Heir to the clan, earning her hate from nearly the entire clan.
Finding herself without talent, Matsuri tried a double portion to be the genius her clan expected her to be, but everything she gained, she had to work extremely hard for, nothing came naturally. Even the basics of gentle fist were hard for her to master, the advanced nature proved impossible, she could not see chakra points, no matter how hard she worked at it.
She felt alone in the world. The only solace she had was books, and so she spent much of her time couped up in her room.
Matsuri's goal was to make her family happy, but it didn't seem possible. She seemed doomed to be the black sheep of the family. To her, it was her world, to honor the Hyuga clan, despite them ignoring her. She wanted to prove she wasn't worthless.
Her life started to change as she passed the academy exam finally, after many attempts, only to find herself almost immediately assigned the chunnin exams, where she managed to make it to the finals, with nothing but Gentle Fist. She desperately fought against her opponent, but lost all the same.
She started to sink into a depression in her hospital bed, that she couldn't do anything right. As she lay there, something happened that changed her world. Somebody cared about her. Literally staggering towards her room, Kensuke, her roommate struggled to pay her a visit. The one thing that went through her head was 'why?'. Matsuri had never had anyone pay her mind.
Then she was announced as a chunnin. She couldn't believe it. Her struggle had still left victorious, even though she felt weak, she was promoted when others weren't. She started to think what could she do to become stronger.
Her real first mission came about, and for once Matsuri was looking forward to helping in it. A mission to the land of Talons, with the Hokage.
On their way there, they were ambushed, and Matsuri felt glad as she managed to push back some of the attackers, finally pushing her weight..... finally of use. Matsuri was starting to feel she belonged, despite getting no more credit in her house. She had found a group of people she could be with.
During the stay at the village, she had noticed that a girl had been kidnapped and was being abused by the same people who had been assailing the village. Feeling she had to do something, she had to help in someway, she ran off, leaving notice to the Hokage through his daughter Kaname that she would be back quickly, her plan was to quickly rush in, and grab the girl. However, her plan didn't go as expected, she was quickly ambushed during the rescue mission. She managed to quickly defeat her opponent, only to be struck across her eye, losing it, and starting to bleed profusely.
Her fight wasn't over though. Kensuke quickly found her..... and his brother found him, Matsuri quickly finding herself on another battlefield. She felt deadly worried for Kensuke, and when he had nearly been struck down, she came to his side, not letting herself lose the first friend she'd ever found. She fought like a lion before being cut down. Kensuke rescued her with a desperate blow to his own brother.
As Matsuri lay bleeding to death, help arrived as she was near death's door. The Hokage noticed her Byakugan was dead, and had a sharingan transplanted onto it.
Though her first mission was a success, and Matsuri found just how much she loved having teammates, her homelife didn't improve, infact it got even worse. Seeing the Sharingan as a dirty eye, they considered her even more of an outcast. Matsuri was hardly even part of the Hyuga family anymore.
At this point, Matsuri started wearing a blindfold, a necessity to keep her sharingan from over extending, and memorizing everything, something that would overload her. Even it being able to see a little bit would trigger this.
During the Nine tails fox's attack, Matsuri helped move civilians out the way of the Fox, and marveled at it's power. For the first time, she was afraid of the power of something. She never wanted it. She saw the destruction, and realized that anyone with power could do that, not just a rampant fox. It made her a bit more nervous about high leveled nin, and of herself. Was this what would happen if she was the talented genius everyone though she was?
The next event to change her life was the war with the sand. She was sent off in a division to attack the Sand. After fighting half a dozen nin on her own, an enemy who took the Hokage's appearance took her by surprise, capturing her. She would be a hostage for the next three weeks, tortured regularly by the man named Kaija, an event that left scars on her mind. She was afraid of getting powerful, but she became absolutely terrified of those stronger than her.
She managed to eventually do what she thought was impossible, see her own chakra points in the darkness of the box they kept her in. She managed to break out when they were off guard, and free the prisoners as her Leaf allies came. With the rest of her team, she managed to defeat Kaija. A very real monster to her. Even in death he wouldn't leave her mind. She suffered flashbacks of being tortured whenever light blinded her.
Matsuri felt she had finally found her place in the world though. Even with the flashbacks haunting her, and her finding herself more reclusive, she didn't find herself to be quite so useless anymore. With training from the Hokage, she managed to create her own S ranked technique, a chakra shell that managed to take a blast from the Hokage's strongest attack. Matsuri proudly claimed she didn't have any talent, she didn't need it. She had earned what she had needed.

Name of Kekkei Genkai: Sharingan Clan: Uchiha Description: Implanted Sharingan. After losing her left Byakugan, a Sharingan was implanted in it's place. Matsuri constantly wears a blindfold over it, because it constantly records information, memorizing details, and causes her to become overloaded with information. Whenever she removes the blindfold to use it, she suffers a brief episode of PTSD because of the flash of light, so she's hesistant to use it.
When she does use this along side her Byakugan, it increases her taijutsu, as she starts to read her opponents movements, and memorize their style, able to predict their movements.
Name of Technique: Gentle Fist: Black Widow Type of Jutsu: Gen-taijutsu Rank: C Range: Close Nature Type: N/A Handseals: N/A Description: By inserting her chakra into an opponent during gentle fist, the chakra not only does damage, but uses the chakra to cast a genjutsu on the target.
The genjutsu slowly tricks the targets muscles into contracting, locking up the target, and causing excruciating pain.
Weakness: Can be broken should the target realize what they feel is a genjutsu. Requires close range contact. Exterior pain greater than the genjutsu's effect can break it.

Weakness: Can be broken should the target realize what they feel is a genjutsu. Requires close range contact. Exterior pain greater than the genjutsu's effect can break it. Takes longer to activate against targets with more chakra, as it dilutes the insertion of Matsuri's own.
====================================== Name of Technique: Gentle Fist: Chakra Shell: Blessings of the Koei Fish Type of Jutsu: Supplimentary Rank: S Range: Self Nature Type: N/A Handseals: N/A Description: By using Gentle Fist: One Body Art Blow to have chakra stream from every point, Matsuri causes the chakra to compact around her, making a thick shell of chakra. The chakra latches onto nearby chakra, and causes it to flow around her as well in the circulation of the shell.
For practical purposes, this makes large energy based attacks flow around her, allowing Matsuri to wade through almost any wide area attack, as it causes them to slide around her. It only works on jutsu larger than herself. Weakness: Anything smaller than her body will punch through. Physical attacks aren't stopped in the least.
============= Name of Technique: Toll of the Bells Type of Jutsu: Genjutsu Rank: B Range: Medium Nature Type: N/A Handseals: N/A Description: By channelling chakra through the bells, Matsuri is able to set up a weak genjutsu on an area on all around. It's a suggestive genjutsu that shows the victim what they expect to happen with their opponent, while hiding the real user from the victims senses, though they may see the effects of the user, such as footprints, ect. It takes 1 post of listening to activate, if chakra is being channelled. Weakness: A simple kai, or pain will break them out.
