Maybe I can pop a brief post of her answering the telepathy? Can I even talk to you without the skill?
Or collab for that matter; just PM the answer Adeline will be giving. That way blazin won't godmode and you won't post a one-liner, everybody scores!
Oh and @tirgesfu (you know I keep misspelling it as tigre? I always thought your username was supposed to be some kind of martial art for big, striped cats) Looking good, mate! The Jish might be a little less effective now, but who knows there'll be a solution for that, later... Assuming the talons (with the crushing steel and everything) are SPI-based, BTW? Anyway, accepted.
Now, we could throw you on a mission, prolly Y-files being the easiest one (although Nuka's abilities would make tracking down the guys in Rug for the Carpet place actually possible) or we could wait for Valeric to finish his second character and throw Nuka on a mission with that one? What do you say?

Hi. If Valeric makes a new character, maybe this character can join him and Nuka on a new mission![]()
Name: Eowyn Ryder Rohann
Appearance: A short woman, standing 5'5 feet high with a fit physique and slender frame. Eowyn has would-be shoulder-length, but curly, blonde hair she keeps in braids to keep it from falling in front of her eyes. Eowyn is a little on the pale side, and has tiny freckles on her face and shoulders. She dresses conservatively, often in white or blue garments. This makes people believe she is already in her thirties, while she is in fact barely twenty-five.
Bio: Eowyn only recently discovered her powers as a holder. For most of her life she had been a pawn without realising it... Except that for her frail physique she was surprisingly good at arm-wrestling and a great runner. One day this all vanished and Eowyn began speaking of conversations with a horse in her mind; everyone thought her to be gravely ill. When the Library's medical staff was consulted, they diagnosed Eowyn as a holder!
Eowyn accepted a position in the mercenary brand and was trained quickly. She left behind a job as a teacher, which saddens her. However as much as she loved her children, the pay was not enough to support herself and her mother; a widow of a lower-class worker who had never enjoyed proper education herself.
Both in missions Eowyn is a responsible individual. Perhaps a little too responsible. She is kind, calm and sympathetic, which sometimes pushes her own feelings and problems to the background. Eowyn works hard not to be pushed around as much as she used to, but still feels a desire to be liked by everyone. She has a lot of respect for anyone who is good at dealing with the mess that is the mercenary branch's daily routine.
Branch: Mercenary
Holder: Knight
Spirit: Sleipnir is a horse composed completely out rocks and boulders and veins of lava stolling between them acting as a glue (it's not nearly as hot though.) It is a very proud and honourable horse, albeit also arrogant and gullible. Sleipnir likes to use difficult words, even when the situation doesn't call for it. Especially if the situation doesn't call for it.
Weapons/Spells:Skills:
- Mold: Eowyn fuses with Sleipnir to become a centaur; combing their powers (with Eowyn's meagre 1/1/1) and heating up their body, becoming more painful to touch the higher their POW-rating becomes. However, getting beaten will affect both parties. If Sleipnir is forced to dematerailise; Eowyn is left severely weakened without superhuman stats to protect her in any way. They also need to be in contact in order to fuse.
- Stonetooth Sword: A massive claymore that is very heavy and produces a lot of heat. It's not very sharp per say, but the heat makes it cut much more smoothly. It loses power against already hot targets and material that heats up very slowly. It requires 4 POW to lift and use. Sleipnir can use it with it's mouth when it gains 4 POW; but it obviously becomes less effective.
- Mosaic Burst: Sleipnir and Eowyn (if molded)... Explode! They leave a thick cloud of ash and poisonous gasses where they explode. Then, within a range of vision they reform into the centaur or both entities seperately, but they are vulnerable during this period. It's essentially a short-ranged teleport.
Skill points: 1
- TRACTION-1
Stats:No code has to be inserted here.

Hey, you can spell my name however you like. It is sort of undefined for a reason. (and an excuse if I miss something)
Looks like waiting for the next one would be fine. Gives me time to read some old missions.
Ah, so am I allowed to answer Valerie's spirit, anyway? Telepathy only seems to work one way; the user of the skill is able to send out its voice, but those who hear the voice cannot reply as they don't have the skill?

Okay, thanks Kest.
Name: Ling En / Vologhn
Bio: Ling En was an orphan raised by an organization affiliated with the Library. The organization raised these kids while picking out suitable candidates for artificial spirit holders. When he reached the age of six, he displayed the necessary capabilities of housing a spirit, and was sent to the research facility for further procedures to augment his natural mana. A spirit soon presented itself to the young boy, but something went horribly wrong. As soon as the spirit settled within his mind, Ling En ceased to exist, leaving the spirit Vologhn in sole possession of the body. She was equally perplexed by the turn of events, but none of the investigations have turned up any answers. Trapped within the body of a human, the spirit had no choice but to adapt to her new life. Her extensive knowledge of mana proved to be a valuable asset to the library, and she has hence joined the research group of the Library. Vologhn still goes by the official name of Ling En, although closer acquaintances prefer to call her by her real name.
Vologhn is very intelligent, a genius in the field of applied mana manipulation. Her superior intelligence is even more jarring when she inhabited the young body of Ling En. She comes off as cold and arrogant to most people, for she has little patience to explain matters that are so simple to herself. Vologhn devotes much of her time within the Research department, carrying out various experiments that advance the fundamental understanding of mana. Despite being a spirit, Vologhn conducts herself in a manner that would not raise any suspicions of her true nature. Her emotions and expressions are surprisingly human, possibly a result of the physical body affecting the mind. She intends to revive En's mind through her research. Vologhn is rarely sent out on missions unless there are no other available personnel to handle an urgent request.
Appearance: A young man of Chinese descent. He has a slim build, with extremely feminine features. En has a head of curly black hair that almost touches his shoulders. His eyes are black, or so dark that they appear so. His skin is fair and smooth. His height is around 174cm. En looks rather frail, a result of his less active lifestyle.
Branch: Research
Holder: Bishop
Spirit: Vologhn, the Spider of Knowledge. Vologhn is a ancient creature from eons past, awakening from her slumber to the call of her holder. She has been growing increasingly competent at controlling her new body ever since her arrival. Her original form comprises of the upper body of a human female, connected to the abdomen of a spider. Intricate white patterns cover the back of her body, changing into black tattoos as they reach her human skin. She has four pairs of eyes, all of them a brilliant green.
Weapons/Spells: Vologhn's abilities revolve around her ability to manipulate fine strands of mana, weaving them into various forms.
- Spectral Weave
Vologhn sends out magical threads that are invisible to the naked eye, automatically binding themselves into an intricate Spectral Web across a wide area. She is able to sense any minute movements within the web, and can use the threads to assist her movements, gaining a bonus to her agility and allows her to move in the air. Only Vologhn is able to touch the web.
[While within the web, Vologhn's AGI is increased by (SPI*0.2).]
[Ability to sense movements within web. She must be in direct contact with any part of a Spectral Web for this to work.]
[Ability to climb short distances vertically, limited by height of the Spectral Web]
[Web size affected by SPI levels; radius and height is (SPIx1) meters. Shape can be changed to suit needs, but generally will be a vague circular area. Multiple uses can allow her to blanket a sizable area with Spectral Webs, but the limit is 4 webs. Webs must be anchored to a solid surface; it cannot hang in mid-air.]
- Silken Cocoon
Vologhn wraps a person in her magical threads, isolating them from the world for a few seconds. Vologhn can choose to leech a target's spirit.
[The Silken Cocoon is relatively tough, providing a temporary shield. The trapped target will be similarly unable to open the cocoon unless sufficient force is applied. The strength and duration of the cocoon is determined entirely by her SPI, where duration equals to (SPIx1.5 seconds). The range of this spell is equal to SPI*1 meters.]
[Spirit leech will steal an amount of SPI equal to the (target's SPI*0.3). As a result, repeated uses will decrease the amount of SPI stolen.]
[Vologhn can use this spell on herself.]
- Swarm Weave
Using magical threads, Vologhn creates several magical constructs in the form of spiders. She can concentrate her effort on creating one large spider that is as large as a human, or a dozen spiders the size of dogs. These glowing silver-white spiders can climb across the Spectral Webs woven by Vologhn, and attack enemies by sapping their energy through physical contact. When a spider is filled with energy, Vologhn may command them to transfer the stored energy into a person, boosting their agility.
[Total AGI stolen amounts to Vologhn's SPI*0.5; each Spider can steal this total amount divided by the number of Spiders created. The Spiders simply dissolve into pulses of pure energy that quickly flows through the Spectral Web to reach whatever target Vologhn intends to transfer the energy to.]
[Spiders can be destroyed by physical attacks, but are more resistant against magical disruptions. As Vologhn's SPI increases, the Spiders become more resilient. Their speed is also determined by Vologhn's current AGI rating.]
[Weaving Spiders take time equal to (16-AGI) seconds, with a minimum limit of 5 seconds. Spiders last for up to ten minutes, but the concentration required to control them limits her from summoning more.]
*EDIT: To other players, please use the male pronoun when referring to Ling En / Vologhn. If this is your first meeting with him, please use his official name of En. If you are in the research branch, you may choose to know his real name, thus calling him Vologhn. He doesn't really care either way.

Pretty interesting concept you got there. It's pretty easy to make up a nation that's 'Chinese.' After all we already got an 'Italy' (Calcany,) middle-eastern desert-esque country (Gyptalria,) Itsztia that has forests, ruins and a land-climate, and also California (Allaria.) I'm working on an African rainforest containing country for future missions also. The Hub pretty much connects everything and surely has dozens of immigrants, given our roster's (last) names :P
Maybe I should make a map...
Anyway, alla that aside. There's two things I need to address and that's the options Cocoon and Weave have. For both you're gonna have to pick which of the two things Ling/Vologhn can do with them. So either healing or poisoning. And either exploding or boosting AGI.
Also, if accepted, do we put Vologhn or Ling in the OP? @.@
