Yea I suppose. I'll go with Japanese then. Now to start on the CS. :P
Kurotori Uekira has been added to the OP. That means we've got three free chars now, so enough for a mission(!) I'ma add one or two tomorrow, but of the gist of one of them will be; a suspected kidnapping of children in our 'feudal Japan' country, they can be tracked to a point but then it is as if they vanish. Either underwater, into the air, etc.
The other likely a monster capture of sorts, but not sure how or what yet.
And of course we got two still up for the taking.

Hedya's got Arthur and Lancelot. I stole the lady of the lake for an npc... But we're still missing Gawain >.>
Japan motif is cool too, of course.
we have such sights to show you
Woot, first post. Though, it really isn't anything save for sitting alone by the mission board and having flashbacks.
Good to have ya :P

Nobody wants Morgan le Fay? :<
EDIT: Or Merlin, for that matter? :o
Name: Yuzuriha Takeru
Appearance:
Yuzuriha is small but powerful, something she attributes to the "strength of a wasp", capable of exerting great feats of strength despite a petite and thin build. Yuzuriha stands at five feet four inches with heated golden eyes and a dyed violet hair color (was originally black) tied into two styled tails. Her clothing is fairly well represented in the above image, minus the silly bows and flames. Yuzuriha prefers lighter armoring, especially leather armor. Her only metallic armor is present on her upper and lower arm, as well as greaves and boots. Her middle torso is covered by a golden leather piece, and her pants -while made of civilian cloth- is thick and provides some protection.
Yuzuriha, being especially fond of her own spirit, not only dyed her hair, but also had an image of a stylized wasp tattooed to her upper back. Her civilian attire is not too different from that of her battle-clothing described above; save for the metal armor plated and leather corset-like armor, Yuzuriha stays in the same suit. She wears the same pants, with a loose-fitting white long-sleeved shirt with -you guessed it- a depiction of a wasp emblazoned on the shirt's chest region. Her greaves are replaced by functional leather boots.
Bio:
Since birth, Yuzuriha was an angry, rebellious individual, displeased with her own gender amidst a world of men. She was fond of the ways of war, consistently pestering elders to allow her a presence with training grounds and samurai. Her own brother -four years older- was being trained to become a samurai awaiting orders from his daimyo under the guidance of their father. Yuzuriha begged her father to allow her to become such a warrior, unsatisfied with a peaceful and obnoxiously clean life; she was well-known for starting violent fights with boys her age merely to cause trouble and try to gratify her self-ideal. Soon her father could not ignore her tendencies, and allowed her to train with a sword... but not without a price. Embarrassed to have succumbed to a young girl, he told Yuzuriha that she must maintain the air of a male so long as she trained with masters and men. She complied, but was certainly not happy about the fact. Why couldn't a girl be a warrior? she thought.
When Yuzuriha truly began her education in the way of the sword, she began to hear a male voice talking to her even when she was alone, a phantasmal voice that never ceased to cheer her on to success and higher self-esteem. Eventually Ka revealed himself to Yuzuriha, and told her he was not just her spirit, but her guardian figure and 'extra mentor'. He knew a thing or two about using a sword, so he said. Still young and still harboring anger for her culture's limitations, Yuzuriha was a troublesome child for her masters and peers, becoming angry and hopeless when things didn't go as she wished. She continually fought an internal battle with her female and male self, something that caused a long period of volatile depression. When she had become greatly satisfied with her training (that is, when she decided to leave the family after a heated argument with multiple masters) she left her country and traveled as far as she could from her original home.
The journey did not go without issues, and Yuzuriha was intercepted by a duo of rather notorious bandits. The brothers, Akinori and Nobuto Nozomi, were powerful and notable criminals who wandered the countryside, pillaging caravans and serving as ruthless mercenaries for daimyo who could put up the great price they demanded for service. It sufficed to say they were extremely capable swordsmen, though they would not say from which family they hailed. Yuzuriha was initially stopped to be mugged (possibly worse), but she managed to convince them to take her in and train her. As it seemed, they were fairly liberal individuals and had no beef with teaching a young girl. The Nozomi brothers essentially adopted her as a younger sister and taught her when they weren't sitting around lazily. Yuzuriha abandoned her masculine clothing and demeanor, and reverted to her more feminine self. Reflections on her past behaviors revealed several things to her, including the realization that she had initially acted aggressive to get closer to being allowed to hold a sword. She had no intention of becoming a male -she had long ago felt she was actually transgender, a boy trapped in a girls body. Rather, she was merely obsessed with the way of the samurai, and was angry that a girl could not become one in her family.
Since her epiphany, Yuzuriha had become less aggressive, and took on a more docile characteristic. She is nevertheless ruthless in battle, something she says even a woman needs to defeat an opponent. After years of training under her adoptive brothers, Ka had become close enough to Yuzuriha that she gained the ability to summon a Rook's spiritual weaponry. Impressed by her own ability, Yuzuriha felt she could live on her own, as well as show her country what a woman with a sword was capable of. Unfortunately, her dream failed to come into fruition, as she had mistakenly walked for the border instead of towards her old home. Lost, without direction, and increasingly curious of the new world she found herself in, Yuzuriha wandered towards The Hub, and encountered the Library organization. Thinking herself a wonder to this new world, Yuzuriha joined the Library, and much to her chagrin, realized she wasn't quite the "hot stuff" she thought herself to be. Nevertheless, she stayed in the organization and gravitated towards becoming a recruiter, hoping her abilities could spurn on potential members to join.
Branch: Recruitment
Holder: Rook
Spirit: Ka (香), a spirit appearing as a dark-purple tarantula hawk. Ka is of particular closeness with Yuzuriha, acting as a sort of mentor and moral guide, as well as a friend. Ka is of no particular largeness, simply maintaining a size akin to a normal wasp of his kind. He speaks telepathically to Yuzuriha, having no mouth with which to speak vocally, and is quite calm and well-versed; he never stumbles with words, and always seems to know what to say ahead of time, no matter how much he wishes to express. Ka, as per nomenclature, is known to exude a relaxing fragrance noticeable both by Yuzuriha and others nearby to her. It is through this incense that Yuzuriha is persistently calm and sometimes even drowsy, though Ka knows full well to limit the aura when she is needed for battle. His presence is somewhat of an anesthetic as well, able to give Yuzuriha a false sense of peace despite being injured or in pain, but only works when Yuzuriha is paying specific attention to Ka himself, and so cannot help her during a battle itself -only afterwards.
Weapons/Spells: All of Yuzuriha's weapons possess a characteristic stance, known as Dawn which allows for Yuzuriha to utilize the abilities associated with each weapon. The stance is a prerequisite to use the spirit-weapon's abilities, and unless used renders the weapons as normal a tool as any physical forge-built weapon made by a common human. Thus it is a dangerous gamble when using Ka's weapons, as they could potentially be damaged or even broken if used without Dawn stance should the opponent be of notable strength or durability. The stance is a slightly crouched position with Yuzuriha's hand ready to unleash the sheathed blade.
Niji-ken: A large nodachi requiring both hands to wield effectively. Niji-ken aptly translates to "Rainbow Blade", and is known for its spectacular coloring; Niji-ken brilliantly emits various bright colors as it moves through space, even without a light source present. Niji-ken's movements leave afterimages for a second or less, and emit a low droning noise when used in quick motions.
Dawn Stance: Dawn Stance for Niji-ken is known as the "Prism Strike" and essentially allows for Yuzuriha to teleport around an opponent within a certain range barring from above. Prism Strike allows for Yuzuriha to instantly appear at any point in a 360-degree circle around the opponent, but is capable of being intercepted due to one flaw; a gleam of light appears at the position Yuzuriha intends to move to a slight second beforehand.
Menimienai: Literally, "Unseen", Menimienai is a katana appearing simply as a handle and hilt with no blade. Unless used with a stance, Menimienai is truly bladeless; if used with a stance, Menimienai's blade is present, but invisible.
Dawn Stance: "Deliverance" is Menimienai's Dawn Stance ability, and is was once thought to be the fastest strike in her family. Deliverance is seen only as Yuzuriha beginning to unsheathe her blade, before the target is inexplicably stricken by the invisible blade. Menimienai appears to have never fully left the sheathe. Deliverance can be avoided with a sufficient AGI stat, and need only be greater than Yuzuriha's own AGI to be dodged.
Kamakiri: Kamaikiri, "Mantis", is a tantō short sword used as an assassination weapon due to its smaller nature and ability.
Dawn Stance: "One-Cut Killer" is likely Yuzuriha's most powerful ability, though not as commonly used due to its requirements. One-Cut Killer requires that her POW, AGI, and SPI stat must be all 1 point greater than all three stats of the enemy. One-Cut Killer utilizes a magic poison imbued in the tantō, and so can also be cured if the target is given proper treatment within the hour.

GENERATION 12: The first time you see this, copy it into your sig on any forum and add 1 to the generation. Social experiment.
Onee-sama!! (Referencing the picture Asuras used before) You didn't go for the Arthurian character?
YOU'RE DEAD TO- ehh... nothing, no problem!![]()
Seriously though, don't worry. Although I'd rather look forward to a different person other than me having Arthurian characters as their spirits. And because I'm feeling like it, here's my third (and last, duh!) character.
I experimented a bit with the skills, so Kestrel feel free to tone them down a bit if necessary.

Name: Diane Whimle
Appearance: She is 18 years old. Stands at 160cm tall, weighs 53kg, and has an average build. Her looks tend to stand out but rather than having an incredibly thin figure (she’s not overweight, either) or a perfectly beautiful face, she achieves this with a relatively cute face and her ever-present friendly smile. She has long brown hair, slightly curly. Some say her hair’s curled because straight hair would not be able to keep up with her active personality. Her eyes have a cheerful green tone. Usually wears things that are comfortable and that she considers cute, although her dressing sense can be odd, sometimes. She has, however, a beautiful voice, which she uses to sing, something that she is good at.
Bio: When she was a little girl, a big fire destroyed her village, and just as the rest of the kids that survived, they were sent to various orphanages. Diane was sent to a far away place, where of course she didn’t know anyone, but also where the way they lived was completely different. In a normal situation, any kid would have had problems with such a different life, but she soon became the most cheerful girl of the orphanage. She had decided to lead a happy life, and so strong was her resolve that even on a subconscious level, she was having fun with every single thing. Soon, stories of how she had planted a hundred trees (the number was possibly exaggerated because this is the natural way rumours work) while singing her songs had spread across the city. It was also during that time, that she decided she wanted to learn how to cook. As a little girl, she stated she was thankful for the food the orphanage gave her, and that she wanted to try the most delicious treats. So, being the extremely active person she was, the natural conclusion was that she would try her hand at it. And just as she was good at singing, she became good at cooking. Despite the fact she seems to be happy all the time, she was never a spoiled person, and she knows how not everything comes easily. However, even for that situation she would find a song in her head. It turns out that she “met” her Spirit for the first time as she was singing, still as a little girl. At that time, everyone thought she just had an imaginary friend, but it was much more than that. Diane thought she was lucky to have a singing partner, but with time, her singing friend became a much more important person to her.
She decided to join the Library because she wanted to learn more about singing and cooking, but she also wanted to visit orphanages and spread her way of life.
Diane can act in strange ways, sometimes, as she’s always done whatever she wanted to do. It just so happens that the things she wanted to do were good for the others as well, but she never felt she was doing things for other people’s sake, until she was older enough to see the value of helping others. That’s why she can be a bit over the top with the laughing, joking, and similar things. Despite being rather smart, she has a low attention span. She has a soft spot for sweets.
Branch: Culinary - Medical - Mercenary as a support
Holder: Bishop (was born as a holder).
Spirit: Meena. She was a well-known travelling bard of a far away place. Despite not living a life full of luxuries, she always had the basic things one would need to live, and worked in what she loved the most in the world; singing. She believes that songs can heal minds and that everyone could get along. She would never escape conflict, however.
Spells:
- VANILLA SCHERZO:The spell makes Diane glow in a yellow-like light that makes it harder for her to be hit by an enemy, as well as increasing her AGI 1.5 times. Every 10 SPI points that she earns, she can use the spell for an extra ally. Therefore, 10 SPI means she could use it on herself and 1 ally, while 20 SPI means she could use it on herself and 2 allies. The song that accompanies the spell is fast-paced, carefree and humorous, showing Diane’s own personality. It’s her signature spell.
- SUGAR POLKA:The spell causes sugar grains to appear, and they’re directed towards the enemies at a really high speed. This can cause a variety of relatively small wounds, as well as being particularly troublesome for the eyes and ears. The song that accompanies the spell is party-like and cheerful, although it has a sugary-y touch that makes it sound less march-like than the average polka.
- CINNAMON INCANTATION:The combination of very thin cinnamon powder in the air along with her magic song causes relaxation and protects Diane and her allies from enemies. The smell would be at its strongest for the enemies, causing them to be less efficient, while the smell would be a lot softer for the allies and her, causing them to feel happier and gain confidence. Every 10 SPI points, her allies gain 1 extra point in their highest stat. The song that accompanies the spell is calm and mysterious, with a sweet yet strong touch that relates to the cinnamon.
Note: Since all her spells are songs, they will continue working until she stops singing, she changes spell, or something causes her to stop. Likewise, while she’s using a spell, she can’t speak, and if she speaks, the spell will be broken.
