Games that have "bumps" in them make me leery. I figure if those within are ao lazy, unimaginative and antisocial how good could this game possibly be?

I generally open a thread, see a bump and push the back button. My general thought was you might want to prognosticate or otherwise muse. Alternatively you could seek feedback on something you're currently mulling.

the great thing about this though i that we're on the third page, so no one should open the link and see 'bump' since they would be checking out the first post to find out what the thread was about.
furthermore there is nothing i am currently 'mulling over'. I tend to make very solid ideas very quickly in my head. all i want right now is for a few more people to show interest so that i can feel comfortable setting up the OOC. the ooc will take lost of work and this is an rp that will require a large group of players in order to be effective. I'd like at least 9 players other than myself to show interest at least since i know not everyone here will come over to the ooc
that being said, if anyone knows a friend that might be interested and is a decent player, please pass the thread along to them

I don't. I check the last posts first. That way I can see the movement. It also allows me to see what the current topic of conversation is and between those two consider whether to pursue the game by reading the background.
odd, but whatever suits you. That being said, i really doubt that us arguing over whether bump is a valid post or ot is going to attract more players any more than bump would so let's just drop the topic.
