Moar Dakka. It solves all problems. And if Moar Dakka doesn't work, use MOAR Dakka. Repeat until you find the required amount of Dakka to deal with your problem.

What if there's a healing factor involved? Like with Wolverine? Or Hulk? Then More Dakka isn't enough! More Dakka is used against Hulk on a daily basis, and it doesn't even slow him down.

Can infect a host and collect it's DNA. After this, it can make an, Albeit biologically changed, clone of the host. The X-Clone has the abilities and some memories of the host.
It can do this in three ways:
1. slowly infect the nervous system, causing it to be from minutes to days before the symptoms take place.
2. Devour the host's body, leaving nothing but a pile of bones.
3. Take over the host's mind, being able to control it in any way it desires.
Ability to speak telepathically.
Lesser X can reproduce A-sexually, but the Alpha Class is one-of-a-kind, and refuses to split as it could make him into a lesser X parasite.
Solid projectiles pass through him, but energy can affect him

Other: Unlike other X, he can talk normally.

Also, for missile intercepting, would they go after a much closer target, or would one need to knock it off course?
...Coming from a guy who doesn't know what Yami missiles look like of course ^^;

Since the missiles were meant only for one target enemy in the game, I'm not sure. Make that whatever you will, I guess.

Personality: Slenderman's personality is hard to describe. He enjoys causing fear and torment, but only for certain reasons. Secretly, he seeks to be understood, but is unsure of how to approach people since he has never really had the chance. Truly, Slender enjoys others' company but is unsure of how to show it, and would not really enjoy to show it publicly. Slenderman enjoys causing human fear rather than others', but is always willing to settle. Slenderman has a craving for others' fear and occasionally gore, but these urges can be suppressed. He is only provoked by very specific acts such as blatant hostility, unbelief of his existence, or taunts. When provoked, he becomes merciless and the gore craving is no longer able to be controlled. He does not enjoy being seen or stared at by humans for even short periods of time until they learn to face their fear of him.

Skills Before/After being sucked into cyberspace: Slenderman can not speak out loud unless provoked, when his face morphs into what is seen in the above link, and then he can only emit a loud, bloodcurdling scream. However, Slenderman has the ability to communicate through an odd mix of (telepathic) words, gestures, and (telepathic) impression of emotions. Slenderman's face can morph to imitate others' faces, but he only does this to strike fear into victims. Slenderman has 4 tentacles when un-provoked, and up to 12 when fully provoked. They can reach out to distances of up to 40 feet when fully provoked and once ensnared, it is very troublesome to get out of his grip. Last thing, the fear Slenderman provokes in humans is paralyzing but he can only do it if they look directly at him. <<So basically, if you are human, avoid Slenderman. Otherwise, you're fine. Some humans may be exempt from Slenderman's wrath but only if they don't provoke him and do not look at him while speaking to him>>

EDIT: Slenderman's Powers: He can move silently, and can even teleport over great distances. He can be in multiple places at once, however only one of them is able to PHYSICALLY interact with the environment. Slenderman can shapeshift to any form he wishes. Slenderman IS an Eldritch Entity (just found this out), which can be taken as a weakness. And Slenderman may be sealed away, but no way has been discovered on how to kill him. Hopefully this isnt too OP.

Despite being an Eldritch Entity, you can still be killed, of course. We aren't accepting just yet, but we can put this on hold for after we leave Nippon and get to the next world. Then you and everybody else who applied can pop in.

Weird character. For me to approve this, some changes should be made. Your username for this character must be different, and you have to pretend you're another user to have a second character. Not sure what you mean by 'FOIP,' can you enlighten me on that? I also need you to provide a description of the avatar picture, or a separate pic of it. The reason for this is to prevent confusion for when you change your avatar again.
Oh, and being able to devour a host and take over its nervous system won't work on the more important plot characters.

Oh, and were you really thinking about using this character or are we being hypothetical on this?

I can enlighten you on a few things, as I know a lot more about the X than Drone does. They are parasites originating from the planet SR-388. FOIP is a term used in LARP, which stands for find out in play. One thing the sheet fails to mention is the X reproduce asexually, and could quickly overrun an area. I would highly recommend you deny this sheet, but not just because it's possibly a hypothetical situation. The X were barely stopped by Samus, who is a juggernaut of a bounty hunter. They are extremely overpowered for this RP, and that's saying a lot. They can only be killed by one species, and we don't have it. Nor will we ever have it, as far as I'm concerned. Both the X and the metroids are extremely overpowered.
