Yes. I'll officially post for the man in black to instruct the new combatants into their arena of choice. Once the bosses are encountered in all the zones the rest of the new comers will have to stay in the lobby thread or sparring thread. Or to explore the city how ever Shoryu expects that though is.solely up to him.
