Oh hell, I could make my bullet an EMP bullet if I felt like being super OP like all the lightning users who can break ships, scar wood on impact, and abuse water to electrocute people. In fact, I think I shall make it an EMP bullet. Or maybe a tracking device instead that makes the engine go haywire. In fact that's what I'll make it.
