By all technicality, the Fixer DID join the tournament legally (Albeit in a sneaky way, but Fixer didn't even know that cloning the letter would remove the enchantment from the original and paste it onto the duplicate; or, if it's really that important, I can edit my post to where he hands Mr. Kringle the copy and keeps the original for himself and the copy wouldn't have the enchantment). Plus, he technically is following all of the tournament rules, he's just not throwing any punches and the punches thrown at him won't hit. So, by all technicality, there shouldn't be a problem with him being in the arena.
Oh boy. Here we go with this. I said it doesn't work. So yes. If you wish to keep him active, add the fact that he swiped and switched the invite. As for the whole thing with you being in the zone and not fighting, there is no way out unless you win or lose. So being a non combatant is not gonna work
