Bio: Vern was born in land infested by war, crime and corruption
The Country he was from was called Bertrafaile a Dangerous land with a Civilisation that could be considerd steampunk as well as dystopian. Halen was born to Slaves near the docks in his town who were badly treated and were often to poor to care for him, when he was 9 he made ends meet by collecting junk and building trinkets to sell at the markets, soon those trinkets became gadgets and by the time he was 14 he already made his first weapon. As Halen grew up he was very aware of the bad situation in his town, high unemployment and the slave trade were a product of the greedy mayor and his vicous militia. But Halen couldnt take it anymore when he watched his parents die of exaustion while attempting to maintain a ships engine. Now that he was 18 he took this time to gather together a rebel gang of young people in a similar situation to him, arming them with his finest collection of armour weapons and gadgets, he quite easily overthrew the greedy mayor and the evil militia. With this victory fresh in his heart him and the rebels became freedom fighters across the country righting wrongs and trying to improve life for the people.

The actions of Vern were not unoticed and although many were thankful for his charitable nature, a good few were upset with him upsetting the harsh conditions that were saving them a lot of money and power, so several mercenary squads were dispatched to kill Halen and his team.

During a scavenge hunt that Halen was leading, the ambush was sprung and a storm of bullets engulfed most of his team before they were able to escape, barley strong enough to fight Vern managed to outsmart his enenmies and escape with his knowledge of the wastleand and several cave routes, but not before the wholeteam was slaughtered.

After this ordeal Vern became a bitter man and gave up his freedom fightiing charitable ways and became a violent Outlaw attacking any mercs he came across, still haunted by the faces of all of his team and all the people he feels he let down.

Bio:
Joey a boy born of Japanese and Italian Heritage was born in the Bronx, New York City in a poor home.
In his Neighbourhood many of his school freinds were getting into crime because of the lack of the things to do, but joey was fascinated with the streets themselves and started jumping off walls and climbing small structres from a young age, by the time he was 15 he was already rescuing cats and retreiving lost baseballs from high structures with ease.

He didnt realise it but he managed to master parkour (free running) without even noticing it at all he also became very effeciant at Skate Boarding, Rollerblading, BeatBoxing, Graffiti and various forms of Hip Hop Culture.

When he was 18 he noticed a vat of chemical waste being moved across town in black van, he quickly realised the van was speeding toward some kids playing baseball on the corner, not even thinking twice about his own saftey he free ran his way over to this kids and managed to push them out of the way, narrowly avioding the van. Unfourtantleu the van exploded *****y after crashing a Joey was caught in the blast.

Joey was in critical condition, and before anyone could even ring an ambulance he was quickly taken away by a man in a black coat holding a syringe, the man notcied joey was uncouncious but he still spoke to him.
"Ive never been able to test this on a living subject for fear of their death, but seeing as you might die anyway this is the best i can do"
The man stabbed joey in the heart with the syringe and injected him with it.


Early the next moring joey woke, in an alleyway near his house, he was amazed how he was completley fine, he actually felt amazing.
the first thing he felt to do,was to do some parkour, so he attempted a vertical wall run he was a little more than suprised when he managed to scale half the 3 story building with easy and land without any injury whatsoever.

After more experimenting, he managed to come to the conclusion that the chemical waste and the syringe combo gave him amazing superhuman agilty and durabiltiy, soon after he became some what of a Urban Superhero, trying to do the best for his crime ridden community.

The Azure Dragon Fang: Xi carries a chinese sword forged from dragon's teeth which gives it some magical propeties such as combustion on command and allows it to stay eternally sharp and durable, it also allows him to damage etheral enties such as ghosts spirits ect.

Necklace of the Holy Tortosie: Xi also carries a magical amulet which allows him the defensive properties of the tortoise god, he can manipulate force feilds to protect himself from enemy attacks, although it is not unlinited the amulet will stop working if enough pressure/damage is applied roughly the equivalant to 8000 pounds of consistent pressure will do it.


Robes of the White Tiger: These robes that Xi wears are lightweight and strong but have the magical properties of allowing him to converse and persuade any beast or animal to his will, and allows him a sense of harmony with nature allowing him to feel all and detect all life around him.

Heart of the Pheonix: Not so much of a weapon than a blessing from his master's temple. Using the pheonix stone a magical artifact found deep within the Shoalin forest, Xi can allow himself One rapid regeneration. from almost any injury as long as he is able to chant the prayer takes about 3 minuites. He will be returned to full strength after this.


Skills: Due to his training in the Holy Temple of Mao (where time does not pass) a 29 year old Xi has gained roughly 6o years of training in the arts of shoalin, this as allowed him to master chi to an extreme level of potency granting him several stock skills in martial knowledge:

The Iron shirt: When focusing his chi he can pull off the well known skill of using his internal energy to protect his body, thus making it as hard as Iron for small amounts of time, although Xi has been known to push it further and make his body as hard as titanium but this requires extreme effort and he may only keep this up for a a couple of seconds.

Martial Prowess: Xi is a master of every major Chinese martial art, including Shoalin Kung Fu, Wing Chun, Wu Shu, Tai Chi, Drunken Boxing and even a little Jeet Kune Do.

Shoalin Body and Mind: Due to his training Xi is able to do things that most olyimpic level experts cant fathom, He is in a constant state of perfect fitness and can focus his chi to acheive some super human levels of strength
the limit of this was demonstrated when managed to stop a speeding 16 wheeler truck with only his hands (although he did break several bones doing this) He can hold his breath for half an hour (Iron Lungs) and can with stand certain levels of extreme conditions such as walking on coals or fighting naked in full blizzards. At all times he retains a polite a calm demeanor.

Supernatural Energy:
Xi can also use some very advanced chi techniques which are largley seen as myth, such as levitation, and chi blasts (invisible forces of energy which at the most powerful can level a house) Chi shocks, which allow him to send his opponent into a sense of shock by overloading thier chi. he can also communicate telepathically with almost any intelligent life form.

Bionic Grappler Claw: This powerful titanuim limb upgrade allows Ronex even greater strength allowing him to press 2000 pounds with the arm wich he can use to crush something as strong as a Steel door, the claws on the arm have been filed down with a precision laser to be as sharp as possible allowing him to cut through nearly anything.

Assorted Grenades: Ronex carries a small number of assorted grenades including Napalm, Frag, Smoke, Icedenary, Cryo, Flash Bang, and Nuke
He has two of each and he can use is Grappler as a Launcher if needed.

Ballistic Tech Mk III Shotgun
An experimental weapon which was abandoned by an illegal military because of the danger of using it, the buck shot from this fearsome weapon can blow a small car in half, but the recoil would also snap a normal man's Spine.
Because of Reno's Superhuman strength he can wield the Damage Cannon with ease, (even with one hand).

Eye Laser
Although it has a limited Battery, the super high focused beam can punch through most reinforced alloys and a set most normal bio organisims on fire as the laser burns straight through them.


Skills:
Superhuman Bio engineered Body: Ronex's Body has been greatly disfigured from the experiements he has endured, but the benefits are extreme. His strength, speed, durability, stamina are all superhuman to about roughly 15 times that of a normal human, and the cybernetic upgrades push him further to unknown levels. Ronex also has a limited set of organs, his normal heart, lungs, etc were replaced by a 'bio core' which allows him to function at a high preformance with out any human needs such as oxygen or sleep.
but any damage to this Radiated core would cause a major body malfuction and ultimatley a shutdown.

Computer Soldier:
Ronex was built to destroy, and his cyber enhanced brain allows him to calculate the best means of doing it. He is constantly calculating strategies and tactics, alowing him to focus on about 20 things at once exploiting weaknesses and planning optimal moves. His intelligence is set at about 210 IQ. He has a vast knowlege of Gunfighting, Unarmed combat, Tactics and assasination techniques

Bio: Around the year of 2420 Korea was the most powerful country in the world an all the places which were formerly countries were now simply Zones for the Greater Korean Republic. Sgt Hong Lee Kim was in charge of Zone 4.6 (formerley Brazil) which was known as one of the most chaotic and and dangerous of all the zones, Hong Lee was a cruel man, who enjoyed enforcing martial law on the rebels of the Urban slums.
One day during a riot, Hong Lee managed to pull himself into a gigantic street brawl with some of the locals over a political arguemnt. Hong Lee Managed to kill 4 men with his bare hands and went on to kill more before being captured by the secret rebel army.

The lead Professer of this army was known as Paulo Santos, a man who was quite obviously insane and love to experiement, after hong lee was beaten and tortured he was taken to Professer santos for whatever fate he could think up. Hong Lee was then subjected to some of the most horrible expirements he had ever known and the result was him being reborn as a living weapon... ( to be continued)

is a Magical item which is used to combat unnatural energies, this means in short it has a devistatiing effect on most Vampires, Demons, Necromancers, The Undead and even allows her to hurt astral beings, such as Ghosts.

Skills: Vyshri is a powerful battlemage, and is able to use her sword to devistating effect being a master of several self-defense and fencing styles, it is said even without her sword she is a devastating opponent when she combines her natural unarmed combat freestyle with her devastating light magic. She also has a knowledge of some aspects of ninjitsu, such as poisons, traps, lockpicking and stealth although she rarley uses these skills as she sees it as dishonurable.

Magic: (In depth) Vyshri is Master of Light based magic, this allows her to manipulate basic light and destructive light energy at her will. she can use the heat of intense light to burn or set alight almost anything if she has a decent source to draw upon (I.E. The sun). She can illuminate dark places using her body as a flashlight, she can also bend the the light inside the colour spectrum to make herself completley invisible or at least partially translucent. she can also increase the light in her body for powerful blind flashes when in danger. The light she wields also has holy properties aloowing her to see true path or detect dishonesty or hidden traps. this can also be used to purge evil entites such as curses or hexes.
and lastly the Light magic can be used as a Holy Flame/Lightning bas projectile to destroy opponents, this has varying levels, enough to set a rats tail on fire or enough to devestate a small village, but expending her magic at this level will cause her to slip into a coma.

Bio: Vyshri was raised in the holy desert kingdom of Prusilla where Order and honour is above everything else and disipline is strict and fierce. Vyshri's female part of the whole line of family have all been priestesses, druids and mages, and she was no exception as she was brought into the profession from birth to uphold the sacred order of the temple and answer only to her higher lords and the almighty goddess Myrthe.

But Vyshri was a rebel at heart and longed for adventure, outside of the beautiful, yet boring walls of the temple, so she began to hang around in the more urban parts of the city and became freinds with rouges and theivs and even began stealing for fun! When her mother found out she was banned from leaving the temple lest she be exiled.

Vyshri was very upset at this prospect but she respected her mother and did as she was told, until one night a group of ninjas from a distant land broke into the temple and kidnapped her for ransom. But to no avail, after she was taken by the temple she was legally declared as an exile and the kingdom would offer no ransom as she wasnt allowed back anyway, her mother, who was outraged by this loophole, left the temple in search of her daughter in anger and left her life as a preistess behind her.

The Ninja Clan who had captured her were a murderous group of very skilled thugs who did not need a worthless ransom, hours before plans to exectute her the chief of the clan stepped forward and claimed her as one of the clan and said she was destined to be one of them, Vyshri was confused as to why she wasnt killed, but she went along with it for fear of death, and for a a whole year she was a ninja doing bad deeds across the world, until one day they where caught by some knights in a heavily fortified castle they were trying to rob.

It was a massacre, ninja was killed apart from vyshri and the ninja leader who was heavily wounded, after arriving at a river vyshri tried to clean his wounds but it was too late he was already surely dying, with his last breath he uttered to her "Im sorry Vyshri, I wish i could have made a better life for you my loving daughter...." Vyshri screamed in greif and confusion.

But then came the realisation that her mother never spoke of thier father other than saying he was an "outsider who ran with a bad group" and things all started to make sense, about her mysterious family and rebellious nature that she had a ninja bloodline cursing through her.

She now wonders the world looking for her mother, trying to find her true identity while fighting an internal struggle as a half ninja /half priestess

[]Personality: Lowell has a very posotive outlook on his future and thus carries an optomisitc and very gung-ho attitude towards Mechas and the world around him. He is not afraid of a challenge and carries the hopes and expectations of his family buisness, which forces him to adopt a very proud and responsible manner towards his company duties.

Fighting Style: On Foot: Almost none, Lowell has been around mechs all his life and has never had a chance to develop any combat skills physically.
In Mech: Lowell fights like a flying elite soldier. He uses pilot skills as one from the military using aircraft would, (barrel rolls, somersaults, dogfighting) and also uses tactics that a marine would employ (cover, flanking, marksmanship, blind fire.)
His swordfighting abilities are also very developed, as he graduated fencing at his family's Mech Specialist Academy ( A+ in fencing, A in footwork & balance).
History: In 2958 Lowell's grandfather and great uncle were two poor Mechanic brothers who had been saving money to immagrate to the then-newest built sky city that was located directly above them. Although struggling, they both had very natural talent for Mech engineering and managede to remodel a Military Mecha.'s 'Corpse' which had been shut down near there home on the 775th Plate cite city ( on the outskirts of Brazil).

Lowell's Grandfather, Jackie Marks, wanted to sell the re-built mech for money towards the family's migration to the Sky City. But Lowell's Great Uncle, Garrison Marks II, knew that even with the money to migrate to the city, they would always be living hard, knowing how the immagrants on the Sky Economy were treated, with mainly low paying jobs and tough urban housing. Garrison wanted to make a very rich and prosperus life for his family and knew that he had a shot by entering the 2nd Typhoon tournament in order to win the whole sky city as thier own property!

After a lot of talking, the brothers agreed on attempting the tournament, but as neither one was a paticularly skilled pilot they knew they would need help. Unfourtanatley there were not many Tournament-level pilots in the area, but Jackie managed to get in contact with the leader of a well known Robin hood style outlaw gang of Mech Pilots that were willing to help to give back to the community. With a long training programme of three months they managed to prepare the Leader 'Jackson' to fight using the Marks' Brothers F-Type 'Saviour' Custom GH-0023.

Although Jackson didn't win the tournament he came in 4th place which allowed him to win a generous sum of 12 Tera-Credits. After splitting a portion of the money for his home town and the Marks' Home City, he and the brothers took the lions share and split it between eachother. This Allowed them just enough credits to start thier own Mecha Garage on the Sky City , this helped create a better life for thier family.

By the time Lowell was born his Grandfather Jackie had died, Inspired by his great uncle's stories of fortune,
Lowell took it upon himself to carry on his family's business one day. So with his Great Uncle's and parent's help he was able to become a very skilled pilot by the age of 18, looking to extend the Marks Mecha & Co buisness across the capital.

Weapons:
Halen's Claymore
A Large, Double Edged Enchated Claymore Sword. This magic weapon was forged in the daemon's retreat which is a very exclusive and famous blacksmith in the the mountains where Dwarves and Demonic clerics forge some of the most interesting weapons ever made. The Claymore is quite heavy but, its design is so balanced that even most beginners can wield it, Halen is nearly a master with the blade, having been using it for over 50 years. The enchanted blade can never break, dull or be melted down. It is also made with dragonsbane, which make a wound to reptiallian creatures heavily wounding and almost always fatal.

Durwin Longbow
This finely crafted bow is actually only one in a very long line of prototype bows to fit Halen's Half Elf strength and dexterity.
The Current model was made 3 years ago by Halen and his adoptive Half-Demon Uncle Ferrick. It Is a tough, flexible accurate weapon that Halen has used to great success, the Durwin wood the bow is made from is incredibly strong and the string is taught and conditioned to a very high level. Halen also carries 45 arrows of his own design in his quiver, he is also able to make arrows himself provided he has the materials.

Possessions: A ceramic but very sharp dagger from his adoptive villiage, and a 'swiss elven knife' with serveral tools attached

Abilities/Skills: Halen is Half Elf with more dexterity and agility than a human, but also much heavier built and physically powerful than the average elf. He is a hunter by trade and is something of a master warrior because of it, as described above he is extremley adept with the Claymore and Longbow, and also has knowledge of the Shortsword, Polearm and Shield. He has been hunting creatures for 55 years and has an extensive enclyclopedia level knowledge of most of the world's creatures
from Common Wolves,Elusive Unicorns, Hellbeasts, Great Leviathans, and Mythical Dragons. This has made him incredibly wily, quick witted and tough.He also has minor experince riding some creatures as a mount, such as drakes, steeds, and Warboars.

Halen is also moderatley adept at Ice/Frost Magic where he learnt in the villiage by some of the other much older Half-Elves who decided to study magic. He wasnt interested in becoming a master mage, so he only studied it for 10 years or so, just getting some useful ice spells that would make his hunting job a lot easier. he is able to freeze the air around him up to about 15 meters, but has been known to cover greater distances with extreme effort. His skills are still quite under developed and he rarley uses magic unless he absolutley has to.
He has developed the ability to forge ice daggers, ice arrows, and freeze his fists rock hard for a small amount of time. At his best he was once able to freeze one of the wings of a giant eagle which sent it crashing to the ground.

Bio: Halen was born of an Elven Queen and Psycotic Human Beserker, his mother; Vellienne ruled the Ather Forest with a gentle wisdom and liberal democracy a stong politician but a very weak military general, her hidden forest never saw much major conflict until the Insane mercenary Red The Ruthless stumbled upon the Ather by accident with his training army. The gentle but brave forest tried to take a stand but sadly was not able to stop the mad soldiers army of cutthroats. Red invaded the royal palace and killed the elven guard right before savagley raping the helpless queen.
It took years for the forest to recover fully but in time the government rebuilt the forest on a stricter and more military code. The Queen became a less powerful figure and was under the very influentual words of her new husband, General Vecalor. (who she had already has a son called Redswift with).
Perhaps the biggest problem was when she finally gave birth to son of the man who raped her, the half elf Halen.
His very existance offended the Forest Kingdom, as he was a reminder of the horrific attack (and the queens inabilty to defend her people) to everyone.
Halen was also hated by his mother's husband Velacor and his older half brother Redswift as blight on the city After much political unrest on the city, the government had him banished against the Queens will to a retreat for bastard children and misfits the 'Village Of Unwanted'. Halen was raised by a half demon name ferrick who treated him with much love and Halen intergrated very well with village of halfbreeds and misfits such as himself.
Ferrick was also adamant that his new son be very strong and so he trained him to hunt and sell creatures by trade until he was stong enough to take on the world.......(Halen's many adventures can be read in my vairious novels, PM if you are interested.)

Weapons/Items:
Lyle carries a staff made of black marble and lightweight mythrill which he uses to amplify and direct his summon magic, he also carries an black diamond amulet which he keeps to hold his sanity in check when summoning very powerful beasts. He also carries a book with that holds a bestiary and some advanced spells not all of which he has mastered.
He covers his disfigured face with an iron mask which he can breath and see through, though not perfectly. He also wears leather armour underneath his robes with a copper breastplate.

Skills/Abilities:
Lyle is an Adept Summoner, he has a very extensive knowledge on the propeties of mythical spirts and creatures
and is able to summon most of them to his will for various amounts of time, the stronger the beast, the less control he will have over it, but so far this hasnt been too much of problem.
He can summor minor creatures like small packs of goblins and orcs, with ease. though they arent very competent fighters and little more than a distraction to worthy opponent.
He also has basic knowledge of some minor spells, such as Fireball, Holy Bolt, Frostbite, and Infect (all projectiles).
He is also trained in pole arm combat, he is proficient with Staffs, Spears, and his personal favorite, Halberds.

Summon Spirits:

Vollik and Imbue

These twin ferocious dragons both stand 25 feet tall and are constantly fighting each other to improve their skills, Vollik is the crimson red dragon who breath unholy fire which can tear apart a soul as quickly as the flesh burns. Imbue is a frost dragon who spews black ice that corrupts the weak mind when touched, each of these dragons have been long summoned by Lyle and he is able to control them quite easily.

Avillicus The King Of Valkyries

The Holy Knight of Lore stands 8 feet tall with a pair of wings that double that length and then some. He is a symbol of justice and a master swordsman, sworn to fight evil at every turn. His sword and his very being is fulled with holy energy and has been fighting various demons in the sky for over 500 years. He is a master with the blade and is also adept at healing magic, though this takes some prep time. Lyle finds it easier to control this summon when fighting evil enimies, as Anvillicus will not a attack an innocent or righteous soul.

The Great Hurricane Djinn

The windcasting Djinn of the dark skies was the first summon Lyle ever achieved, back when he was still a teenager, the djinn is a powerfully built spirit in the mortal form of a windcasting genie, he can manipulate the air almost perfectly, whipping up hurricanes, suffocating enemies, and pushing small armies away with gale force winds. Lyle sees this summon as his most reliable, and is the only one he will directly communicate with.

The DeathPack

Lyle rathers not to summon the vicious team of beasts unless he has to. They vary between 7 foot tall werewolves and pitch black death dogs, but when all 9 are working as a pack, they are almost invincible, Inhumanly, fast, strong, and suprisingly hard to kill, they are a force to be reckoned with for even the most dangerous hunters. Lyle is aware that once he summons them, even he is not safe, they are rampant with bloodlust and will tear Lyle to shreds if they find themselves bored or hungry.


Ixion

Lyle was taught to summon the magic Ixion by a foe he encountered in another land. After besting him in a duel of dragons he was taught the Ixion spell, and since then has used it for his main steed in battle. Ixion is a horse of lightning who shocks his opponents with large lightning bolts conducted from its body, it is also legendarily fast , approaching speeds of 300 mph with ease. Lyle likes to fight with a spear while atop this great beast.
