[Jealous Angel D]

A constant battle rages on and on, the battle between Heaven and Hell. In every war there are casualties, prisoners of war. While they are rare for it is often thought best to destroy the enemy than keep them alive, there are still a few that become prisoners of war. This is the story of the battle between Heaven and Hell and the angel and demon who are part of the war.

Name: Merihem, the Demon of Pestilence
Appearance:

Personality and Biography: Often mistaken as one of the Four Horsemen, Merihem is instead a higher-ranking demon, responsible for the spreading of plagues and various ills. Like the diseases he spreads, he is both patient and cruel, whispering in the ears of the dying and making them hollow shells of themselves before Death comes for them. Despite this, he admires life and its fleeting beauty. Among humans, he takes the form of a plague doctor, allowing him to see the death he has sowed.
In the war between Heaven and Hell, he uses his potent 'gift' to infect the wounds of angels in his path. Because they cannot die like mortals can, he revels in knowing the suffering it causes them nonetheless.

Name: Raphaella / Angel of Healing

Appearance:


Personality and Biography: One of the great messengers of God, Raphaella is known as the divine healer. Therefore, she has always been deeply involved in the war between Heaven and Hell, giving aid to her fellow angels in time of need. It is because of this that she’s not much of a fighter. She thrives more on love, joy, grace, and creativity. Healing others is her prime objective, rather than picking up arms to go against the demons. However, like most angels, she will stand up from what is right and therefore will take up arms against the demons if duty calls. Her job is to heal the pains and afflictions, and to prolong life.

Okay, now that I can access the site, I can ask this question. Where would you like the RP to begin? Before Raphaella is taken prisoner, right when she's being dragged into hell after being caught, or after she's been locked up for a while?"

I think before she is dragged into hell, perhaps during a battle? It would give a good starting point to really show how they personally perceive the war and the opposing faction.

Okay. That's what I was thinking, but I wanted to make sure we'd be on the same page.

I understand C: I was thinking that there could also be parts that show their interaction in the human world, like how their presence would affect mortals. For example, say a demon of greed arrives, people start becoming misers; or an angel of joy comes around and people become happier with their life.
