How it all began...
During the The Unit Special Operations Experiment, Britain was attempting to develop a training program that would train selected soldiers in extreme-environmental warfare; however, this experiment went awry as Britain lacked Disciplinary Training. Knowing the experiment was a failure, Britain sold the idea to the United States. The United States decided to rename the Unit Spec Ops Experiment into a project called Generations. They began training selected citizens as young as ten years of age. Although they followed Britain's idea, they also added in Disciplinary Training. In return, the Generation Officers had learned not to abuse their abilities. This began Jurisdiction Licensing, a system which allowed Generations Officer (upon release into the public) to apply for licenses such as Lethal Disciplinary License, Nonlethal Discipinary License, Assault Rifle License, Open Hacking Permit, License to Unconcealed Weaponry, Sniper Rifle License, and many others.
With Generations being such a success for the United States, they became the primary source of Law Enforcement. They were adored by the public. Crime rates that had been rapidly spiking were now in downfall. On May 5, 2015, Generations Commander Alexis McHenry was shot and killed by an order from the Government. Although the reason for the assassination was unknown, this shot was considered the start of the War of Generations. Generation Officers, learning of the murder of their beloved Commander, began mobilizing to track down the assassin. The Federal Defense Bureau, a division within the Government itself, grew nervous that Generations would find out who the assassin was and issued a Callback Order to detain any and all Generations Officer that seemed that seemed to defy government authority. Generation Officers were being hunted like game by the FDB. Finally a group of hackers, known as the Error 505's, had gone rogue and hacked the Government databases. With the citizen databases defaced, Generation Officers began picking up their lethal weapons and started fighting back against the FDB.
Although this fight started with the Generations and the FDB, several other groups are now taking part. The citizens of the United States have banded together in the resistance to support Generations; consequently, this proves to be a serious problem for the FDB as killing citizens looks bad to the regions of the United States still under Law and Order.
Welcome to the War of Generations. It isn't just your war anymore...
Well here it is! Finally several months of work has paid off. Generations is a modern fictitious roleplay in which you will be able to roleplay as a citizen, rebel, or a government official in a civil war that takes place in the United States. Due to the war raging on, you can expect that we'll be doing combat and action scenes as well as a series of different events; however, the opportunity for character development will always be around. That being said, action and events won't be 24/7, but they will be common. If this RP does well, you can expect more from the series!
This particular roleplay in this custom story takes place in New York, plenty of months after the start of the war. The FDB is struggling to keep control of the area; however, they are beginning to slack off on their collateral damage restrictions. Consequently, now civilians and rebels alike are being apprehended in this city. Meanwhile, behind the scenes, diplomatic discussions are being held trying to settle the war with both sides.
Generations, an organization composed of specially trained law enforcement agents, is now at war with the Government itself. Equipped freely with anything they can find, their arsenal is highly expansive with the latest weaponry and gear available. Several divisions exist within Generations; however, their internal structure was long disbanded after the war started. They rely on guerrilla warfare for their style of fighting. The Fifteenth Sacredi Regiment is now dispatched to New York to represent Generations. Their mission is to gain control of New York and drive out the FDB while limiting civilian casualties.
The Federal Defense Bureau- FDB, a division within the United States Government, was made to combat and filter Generations' authority. With the Government's complete support, they have a wide variety of access to weaponry and equipment that can help kill off the Generation officers. After the assassination of Commander Alexis McHenry, the FDB mobilized and moved out to hunt the Generation officers down. Acting as the main antagonists, the FDB must decide whether to defend the innocent through the war or kill everybody in their path.
This resistance is made up of civilians supporting the Generations in their struggle against the FDB. They take no uniform or logo to heart. Anybody fighting in the war that isn't in the FDB or Generations is callsigned by the FDB as The Unit. The FDB have made attempts at minimizing citizen casualties by jailing resistance members; however, they make no haste to kill Generation Officers. The Unit, struggling to bring in their own weapons, generally resutl to stealing weaponry and equipment from the FDB or borrowing from Generations in order to put their mark in the war.

Name: Alexander "Agent Jason" Ryder
Physical Description: He is a short caucasian male who can fit almost anywhere. He is that small. He wears a pair of sunglasses in the day over his blue eyes, so he can have better vision. The sunglasses have been specially designed to be a scope in one lens, and even have a part to come out close to his eye, shaded by a thin film, that will be a easy crosshairs scope. He is a higher up soldier, not yet an officer, and he shows it that way, usually. He is a agent, after all, and has a few pairs of backup clothing for any ally officer that is with him near capture. He carries his sticks on his back, stuck to a small felt compartment, and his sniper under it behind. He has his fencer in his hand at almost all times, because anything can happen.
Personality: He is hard to trust. He will sometimes go against part of the avoiding, like killing an interfering civilian, as a habit now, but will get the objective done. He is normally calm, from the years of strenuous discipline he has had, and will keep his cool in most situations, but will go crazy when on killing sprees. The man upkeeps his protocol and Creed: "Leave the Job done, do as much as possible, keep everyone's sake above your own." And will never shake from it. He has a tendency to whack himself over the head with his wood cylinder when a mission has failed.

Name: Ashton "Ash" Miles
Physical Description: He has long dark brown hair, that is slightly wavy/curled and a little unkempt, dark brown eyes and a beard-thingy (I dont know much about facial hair ...) For a government security agent he certainly does not look the part, but then again he is working behind the scenes where he does not need to focus on things as trivial as tending to split ends. He dresses rather plainly, in jeans, shirts and a leather jacket and dr martins boots.
Personality: A general good guy, he joined the law enforcement sector to protect civilians, and since discovering the nasty secrets of the Generations war with Government, he's got mixed feelings and wonders if hes on the right side, or not. He cares for the underdog, and since the government seems to have become somewhat lax in its duties protecting the lower defenceless citizens, he's taken it upon himself to try and help protect people, although he doesnt know which side he should help. Selfless and charitable, he is a genuine good guy, but he has a bit of a chip on his shoulders, something in the pit of his heart that brings him down.
He has a strong sense of pride and nobility and justice, although he has a desk job in security, he knows how to fire and gun, and hes willing to.
Inventory: Lysander handgun he always keeps on his body and a sawn off antique shotgun from his long dead grandfather -he keeps it in his desk/dufflebag or at his apartment, depending on where he happens to be.Name: Carson Pierce
Age: She looks to be roughly thirty years of age.
Physical Description: Not too tall, not too short, Carson looks like she might stand at around five feet, seven inches. With a simple curvy build to her that isn’t thick nor is it skinny, her strength seems to be in the legs when it needs to be. With a Caucasian ethnicity, her skin looks to be quite pale as though lack of sun reaching the flesh. A mostly clean face with lower shoulder length black hair that is usually kept in a pony tail or messy in general, and hazel green eyes. With hardly any unique markings to her, she has a simple studded earring, some scattered freckles on her face, and one visible tattoo on her neck that resembles a rose, although usually half of it is concealed beneath the clothing.
For clothing she likes to keep herself as light as possible but also as padded and secure as possible. On occasion she may wear a bandana around her head or lower face, acting as a facemask. She has a gold chain around her neck most of the time, with a small locket attached. Covering her torso is two pieces of clothing. A long sleeved grey shirt that seems to fit her figure perfectly with the support of some bands around her wrists and lower biceps. Over top of this long sleeved shirt is a full black, Kevlar plated, vest that keeps to her figure just as comfortably as the shirt to allow for better maneuverability. Attached to the vest, at the lower left half, is a simply pistol holster with attached sidearm. Additionally there is an upper left breast pouch that looks to remain empty most of the time. Covering her legs are a plain, yet dirty and partially ripped in places, pair of black jeans, equally as fit as the rest of her clothing while remaining loose at the ends. For her feet she wears a plain pair of white, and partially brown, sneakers that have also seen their fair share of wear and tear. At either of her hips she has a knife sheath fastened onto her jeans, with a knife in either of them. In addition, she has a second black pistol holster fastened around her right thigh.
Personality: Carson has a few sides to her, but ever since the war began all of the sides have folded, melted, and blended into one. To start, she’s the type of person who doesn’t put much effort into making friends or talking in general. When she does talk, it’s usually simple things such as “yes” or “no”, or if it’s urgent. While at other times she gives simple gestures with her hands or head, at times showing her comical side with a sarcastic thumbs up. Like everyone else, she has her ups and downs. When she’s in one of her up times, she’s active and has to be moving to be happy… whether this be exercising, tidying up, or a simple repeated shaking of her leg. Without any sugar or caffeine in her system, she as active as anyone with a full night’s rest and hyped up on adrenaline. Another way she’s in one of her ‘up’ moods is when things are starting to get interesting during a mission or an event that could branch off into smaller ones. She has a unique way of thinking, which leads her to exaggerate on the things she thinks. One of her down moods comes when the opposite occurs, when there is nothing further to do then just wait or prepare. She has to always be moving or doing something to keep herself calm, otherwise she gets angry for no apparent reason and shows it by ignoring people or simple things. Another down side to her is when she loses control of something. Whether it be herself or the group of people she’s with, if they lose control of a situation she goes into a form of rush. Whether it be running out into a mine field or jumping from a two hundred story building, she will rush out to do anything it takes to turn the tide and regain control of the situation. Unfortunately this also leads to many thinking of her to be insane, although she usually plays it off as being bored. With her need for control and her unique way of thinking, she usually doesn’t think for the obvious outcome, but rather the not to so obvious, or important, outcome. She may die in her acts, but at least she cleared a path through the mine field. With people skills being her weak point, she tries to avoid all forms of interaction with them and never misses the opportunity to “lone wolf” which also leads to her having a fairly grim or low look on life it self.

Inventory: She carries two types of pistols on her at all times, this allowing for the greatest use possible. She has a Fencer sidearm in the vest holster, and a Unixity in the thigh holster. At times she has a T6T with her, maybe even two if the space and situation allows for it. As described in the personal description, she has two knives for close range fighting. Both knives are stiletto switch blades, usually locked in their closed positions. The blades of the knives are both double edges and black, much like the handles that hold them.Name: Dante Abendroth
Physical Description: Dante is a Caucasian male standing at a good 5'11 and has a healthy athletic build, he's no body builder but he isn't exactly a twig at the same rate. He has short brown hair that's kept very tight. His brown eyes are set in an over all fairly ordinary face, though a scar over his left eyebrow betrays his combat experience. And, much to the jargon of his fellow agents, his face has the oddly innate ability to be constantly covered in stubble no matter how much he shaves. He wears black combat fatigues and over this a light black combat vest with the letters F.D.B stitched on the back in big white letters. He conceals his face with a baklava and when needed this is complimented by a black tactical helmet with an integrated communication unit and ballistic visor.
Personality: Dante can be called many things, laid back, goof, calm under pressure, calculating and first and foremost, deceptive. He keeps his cold, mission first demeanor hidden under a warm hearted humorous visage when out of combat. But when the bullets begin flying he shutups and puts everything else behind him. His drive is indomitable and death it's self will be the only thing to hold him back from putting down this rebellion.
Inventory: 1- SHA-32, Lysander, several stinger rubber ball grenades, combat knife, flashlight.Name: Lisa McCallen
Physical Description: Lisa is your barebone generic Caucasian female, standing at a mere 5'8, and weighing in at about 175 lbs. Her hair is brown, with a very, very subtle green tint to it, most likely due to some green hair dye still lingering from her heavy usage of it in her teenage years. She has an athletic build, which isn't surprising at all. Her face is generally unscathed, but her scalp has a huge scar running through it as a result of a horrible accident earlier in her career.
Personality: Lisa is generally very quiet, and doesn't speak much because she's afraid that she might say something wrong. However though, in times of stress, she does try to lighten the mood with some light chatting to her mates. Despite that, she is a very versatile, and excellent operator in the field.
Inventory: 1x Unixity, 1 MMK2, 2x Stun grenades, extra ammo.Name: Marc Johnson
Physical Description: Marc stands at 5'8" and weighs in at 132 lbs. He has fair colored skin, blue eyes and black short hair. His casual clothes are consisted of a navy-colored polo shirt, jeans and black-and-white sport shoes. He also possesses a black leather wristwatch on his left hand as his way of keeping time and as a memento for his late father who bought this for him when he turned 10.
Personality: Marc is an intelligent person who at the same time is a loner, and a somewhat easy going person. He is very protective of his friends and will even offer his life to save them. Despite his intelligence, he often finds himself making the wrong decisions which is one of his biggest flaws.
He was once an outgoing and generally social person, but when the war started, Marc lost both of his parents and his sister who were caught in the midst of it while he ran away to another part of the city after getting in an argument with his parents. This caused a great deal of emotional pain to him as he never got the chance to apologize. As a result, he began to shut himself from other people, including the very friends who tried to comfort him. Lately Marc has slowly started to get over it, but still is uncomfortable whenever the topic is brought up.
He strongly feels the FDB is the cause of it all, and as such, holds a great grudge towards the group.
Group: The Unit
Inventory: Marc favors being situated at mid-range, and as such, he possesses the following: A Herbador STAR8 and a Fencer. Should he be placed for a long-range support role, he can wield the DA23, though he does not own one. His Fencer is with him for the sole purpose of close-quarters combat. His father used to bring him to firing ranges quite a lot when he was younger and as such he got to use various firearms, so with these in mind, he can generally operate most firearms he can lay his hands on, but will still need time to adjust to them.
Name: Ofc. Nat Turner
Physical Description: Nat Turner is a 6"0" male weighing roughly 160lbs. He has greyish-blue eyes and dark brown hair. When keeping a low profile and living as a civilian, he generally wears a colorful Hawaiian shirt with black jeans and black tennis shoes. Otherwise, he wears the Generations Law Enforcement Standard Uniform, which is a dark blue and black vested uniform with several straps, buckles, and pockets for his gear. He tends to wear sunglasses that mirror outside images back and a dark blue cap with an assault rifle insignia on the front of it. He also wears a Law Enforcement badge and a Law Enforcement armband. Along with his uniform, he also wears black fingerless gloves to help his grip. Turner always wears a kevlar vest when going outside of his base. Due to the recent war, Nat has started neglected taking care of himself in ways such as shaving; consequently, he has a rough five o'clock shadow.
Personality: Nat Turner is quite cocky and confident, although he never talks down to his friends. Nat Turner is easy to befriend, and he values friendship greatly. Turner is quite the sarcastic type, preferring subtle humor over blatant humor. He has a strange habit of blowing up any vehicle he touches the steering wheel on; however, that seems more of an omen then a behavorial habit. Nat has a vendetta against the Federal Defense Bureau, experiencing just in the past month several deaths of his colleagues. Whenever in combat, he loses his friendly self, and he tends to bark out orders aggressively. He does whatever he needs to do to keep his comrades alive.

Physical Description: Most would say she's too small to be a soldier, standing at only 5'5'', her lithe frame doesn't seem like that of a soldier either, but looks can be very deceiving. She's thin, but well toned and muscled, she is thin and lean, with virtually no body fat, only muscle and bone. Although shes been fighting since she was 10 (getting trained) her body is noticably less scarred than other soldiers, this is largely due to her small size, which has given her great speed, shes a harder target to hit, hence less scarring. She does however have one massive scar on her left arm, back and shoulder, where she was running from a bomb that was prematurely detonated, were she not so fast, she would likely have lost her arm, or even her life.
She has large brown/black eyes, sallow skin and a shaved head, her hair used to be long and brown, but following the start of the war she shaved it off, although her Generation soldier-allie/friends dont really know her motive for shaving her head.
Clothing: Sam always wears black, since she tends to melt away into the shadows when "working". She often wears boys clothes, or whatevers available, she doesnt care much for her appearance, only for getting the job done.
Personality: Sam can only be described as a tomboy, the boys in camp where they were trained gave her the "girl" treatment, being gentle when sparing with her, or not including her in games and conversations about "boy things", however she quickly fixed this problem by giving them a rather thorough ass kicking and wake up call. That basically sums her up. Shes a boy at heart, aside from her physiology, one could argue shes not a girl at all. She is stubborn, and this proved difficult at first, she often got in trouble and is a troublemaker (or was at least). She had problems holding her attention for prolonged periods of time but after much training and meditation she is able to snap into an almost uninterceptible state of focus.
She can be vicious, bordering sadistic while in an "angry" or aggressive state of mind, some would argue shes teetering on the edge, but deep down she is as grounded as an Marine Veteran. She has a rare seen sense of humour, usually a dry wit, or bitchy comment here and there. SHe is by no means the little or older sister or mother figure in a group, she isnt the most proficient leader, often better as a lone wolf, although she doesnt mind adhereing to orders anymore, having said that, if she disagrees with a CO's orders, she sometimes breaks the rules, so far, it hasnt gone badly for her, but her luck can always run out.
To her fellow Generation soldiers, she is a valuable ally, respected and admired. She often provides sniper support due to the fact she can squeeze and conceal herself into tiny spots, one of the best snipers on the team she rarely misses a target, or recon type missions, although she can hold her own in the middle of a firefight just as effectively.
With a curiosity streak, she likes to mess with bombs and explosives, her knowledge in making bombs is difficult to contend with.

The Inventory Compound
- Herbador STAR8- The HSTAR8 is a common assault rifle for Generation officers in large cities. These rifles, with combined superiority in range and accuracy, are a favorite amongst any shooter looking for a designated marksman rifle. They carry thirty rounds per clip and are quite easy to reload (standard clip on the bottom). They have two modes of fire: burst and semi-automatic
- Rezner- The Rezner is an assault rifle used by CQC and special operation officers. This rifle, although severely lacking in range, is very powerful and can create chaos in a matter of seconds in any building. They carry 25 rounds per clip and are easy to reload (standard clip on the bottom).
- S78 Raptor- The S78R is a rapid fire assault rifle mostly used for support fire. It lacks in accuracy, but matches with range and power. It can either be belt fed or used with cartidges. With cartidges, it holds forty rounds per clip and is decently easy to reload (horizontal clip placed on top of weapon).
- Unixity- A small, accurate pistol that is extremely easy to to conceal. This pistol shoots 9mm rounds. It carries 20 rounds per clip. (Standard clip on the bottom)
- Fencer- A small, rapid firing pistol that is fairly easy to conceal. This pistol shoots 9mm rounds in three round bursts. It carries 30 rounds per clip. (Standard clip on bottom)
- Terbador 620- The T6T(wenty) is small submachine gun that has low recoil and high fire rate; however, it lacks in power. It is most commonly fitted with a red-dot sight. It carries 20 rounds per clip and is extremely easy to reload (standard clip on bottom).
- DA23- This traditional sniper rifle is a clip-fed, very accurate mobile sniper rifle used by most scouts. Lightweight and durable, this model flows through battlefields with ease.
- MMK2- This sniper rifle is fitted with a multifilter sope. Used mostly by elite snipers, the MMK2 tops as one of the most powerful sniper rifles in the entire North American continent.
- Riotgun- This shotgun is extremely deadly and forceful up close; however, it loses lethality after ten feet.
- SCAZZ- The SCAZZ is the traditional public law enforcement weapon for the Generations officers.
- PPRL- The pressure propelled rocket launcher is a durable, sturdy rocket launcher that uses pressure in order to sling the rocket out at its target. Vents on the side let the pressure out when the projectile is released. Due to this, the outcome noise is just a forceful push of air.
- Sprays and Flames- This is a homebrew set of weaponry mostly used by the officers. This consists of a can full of highly flameable substance that is sprayed into the room, followed by a match or lighter tossed in; consequently, it creates a large blast of flames in that specific area.
Federal Defense Bureau (FDB)
- SHA-32- The SHA-32 is high-powered assault rifle mostly used for heavily armored enemies. It has a slower rate of fire then most assault rifles; however, it has a good range despite the power.
- C60 Cadine- The C60C is a common assault rifle for the FDB agents. It his the FDB equivelent to the Herbador for Generations.
- Lysander-A long, high calibur pistol that sacrifices fire rate and accuracy for power. It carries six rounds per clip. (Standard clip on bottom) It is always jet black.
- MPK10- The MPK10, with a high fire rate and decent accuracy, is mostly used for drive-bys or suppressive fire. In most cases, due to its loud shots, it is used to clear crowds.
- IVN8- The IVN8 is a small, compact submachine gun that sacrifices fire rate for accuracy.
- SVV- The SVV is a high-powered sniper rifle mostly used to disperse crowds by violent means. This can also be used as an anti-vehicle rifle.
- Gentry BLE- This shotgun is extremely deadly and forceful up close; however, it loses lethality after ten feet. It is the FDB equivelent of the Generation's Riotgun.
- 77SR- The 77SR is a homebrew of chemicals and irritants packed into a vintage bee farm smoker, used to quell riots by spraying the brew over the rioters and forcing them to vacate the area.
- 30mmFH- A firehose with a 30mm nozzle, although instead of spraying water, it sprays smoke onto the crowds to smoke out and end riots.
**Any faction can use another faction's weapons; however, in order to start off with a different faction weapon, you must explain how you obtained it.
