For years, war over religion has been fought. Many have died, others badly injured. Those unable to fight were at home, praying for the safe return of their loved ones and caring for the injured fighters. In a place called Redwall Forest - a wooded area only a few miles away from a main town called Lindell - lives seven individuals. These people are the descendants of the Ancient Seven.
The Ancient Seven were high priests who watched over all of the inhabitants Lindell and made sure of their safety. They were holy beings who lived high up in the mountains, out of sight. There they prayed and learnt the ways of complete serenity. In their old age, they knew they would need others to carry on their good deeds and protect Lindell. They decided to part ways. They agreed that once they had all had children, they would send the eldest to live up in the mountains and learn what the Ancient Seven had learnt before them. They all agreed, and made their way down the mountain and on to different towns in different directions.
One of the Ancient Seven - Rosarasu - arrived in a town to the north. She was so beautiful, that many men came to fall in love with her. Rosarasu became big-headed with all her attention from the men, and had many children. She did not settle down; she went through many husbands. She had become extremely polluted from the real world, and forgot all about her past agreement to send the eldest child. There was no one to take her place in the Ancient Seven.
Another, Ramell, went to a town in the east. He found a wife and work and became very rich. He had tons of gold, but it never seemed enough. He was always left wanting more. His wife gave birth to their first child, a male. He was a strong boy who Ramell claimed would have his business mind and would recieve all of Ramell's wealth after his passing. In this case, he lied. He didn't want anyone else to have his money, even in death. He never gave anyone anything from his wealth and after he died, his wife and son became very poor. Ramell had forgotten all about sending a heir for the Ancient Seven.
A third named Deilynn went to a town to the west. She found she was a good doctor and made good herbal potions to heal the sick and injured. Everybody was pleased with her work, and she couldn't help but take pride in herself. When she found a husband, they had a child almost immediately. She carried on working, pleasing everybody and making her feel happier for herself. It was no longer about the patient, but about her being thanked and well-liked. She was too filled with pride to remember to send her child up into the mountains to be part of the Ancient Seven.
Leoven, another of the Ancient Seven headed south. He came to a paticularly wealthy town and found it hard to settle in. Once he did, he found a wife and a job, but he never felt as if he had as much as the other inhabitants of the village. He felt like a peasant, and was jealous of the wealthier families. He wanted him and his wife and family - two children - to be living a more luxurious life, like the other families. His wife assured him that she loved him for himself and not for money, but he was too engrossed with the jealousy. In his hunt for wealth and power, he forgot all about sending his eldest child for the Ancient Seven.
Another of the seven, Markas. He travelled north east to find a town by the water. He began to work on the sea, fishing. After he met his wife and had three children he stopped working at the sea and found a job on land so he could be with his family. His wife always cooked for him, and he would always want more food. He gorged himself with mounds of food, hardly stopping for a breath. He was lazy and eventually retired to a life at home, being fed by his partner. She didn't enjoy watching her love in a state of obesity, but she didn't want to deny him food. She loved him very much, but his new love was food. Markas didn't send his eldest child up into the mountains, he was too busy eating to think about the Ancient Seven.
Janaga, another female of the Ancient Seven headed south west to find town that survived on its wood supply - as it was almost completely surrounded by forest. She found work as a lumberjack, being a strong woman with a fiery temper. She was better at cutting wood than most of the males, but she was very brutal with an axe. When she left work, she had no other way to express her anger. She eventually found a husband who could deal with her hot-headed nature, and had a child. Janaga was annoyed that the child was born premature and weak. She wanted a strong child like herself. She was angry and blamed her husband for it. He couldn't stand her temper any longer and left her alone, taking the child and moving to another town. Of course, she was not able to send her child to the mountains, but she had forgotten anyway.
The last of the Ancient Seven - Magstina - went to the north west. She found a small town with not many inhabitants or jobs. She settled down with a man who had work and a house, and had a few children with him. She didn't work at all and didn't really do much with her children. She had grown lazy and mostly sat around and slept, paying a young girl to look after her children most days. When her husband came home she would make small talk before going to sleep. She remembered that she had to send her eldest child to be her heir in the Ancient Seven, but she was simply to lazy to mention anything.
Now, a few decades afterwards, their descendants live together in the Redwall Forest. Though they don't know it, they must become the Ancient Seven and protect Lindell.
This roleplay is set in a middle-ages type setting. The battles are all swords and daggers and there is an aspect of magic and sorcery. There are only 7 characters aloud (one for each deadly sin) and any NPCs you need will be played by yourself.
Name:

Appearance: (no anime)
Your Sin:
Personality:
Small Bio: (at least one paragraph)
Special Abilities: (any magic, sword abilities)
Other Notes:
Name: Adelaide Gansheroff
Age: 21
Appearance:
Your Sin: Lust
Personality: Adelaide is big-headed as well as attractive. She immediately thinks any man she meets must be in love with her and she takes rejection hard. She's saracastic and quite witty with it too, it can be quite amusing if you're not on the end of it. She is flirtatious and pretends to be attracted to any man she meets; she gets a sort of kick out of rejecting them later. Call her mean, she couldn't care less. Chances are you think she's beautiful anyway.
Small Bio: Adelaide was born in a town to the north of Lindell. She travelled to Redwall Forest when she got sick of her husband. She may be big-headed, but she knows how to survive. While she inherited her mother's taste for men and amazing looks, she inherited her father's hunting and survival skills. He always took Adelaide and her younger brother camping in a forest not far from her town, where they would sleep for a night in a shelter their father built. Her father was the only man she had ever loved, all the men she had 'been out' with had simply been a way to satisfy boredom. When she got bored she would date - and possibly marry - wealthy men, then leave them with money in her pocket. What could she say? She had a gift with men.
Special Abilities: She practices magic, especially the nature sorts and she is a skilled hunter and survivalist.
Other Notes: She is very good liar and doesn't trust people very easily, be vary when believing things she says.
Rules: NO godmodding, only GMs are allowed to do anything of the sort, and that would only be to move the roleplay along if people have been inactive for a while. Be nice to people in the OOC, if you start to annoy us all, a magical rock will fall on your character and kill them 'by accident'. Swearing is aloud, but don't overdo it, cursing every other word isn't fun to read. No mature themes in the IC, if you feel the need to roleplay your characters doing anything, then take it to pms. No godlike characters. Action and gore aloud, but don't overdo it. It's not that sort of roleplay. Have fun!
Feel free to ask me any questions at all, I don't bite... hard
Name: Marcus Hawke
Age: 23
Appearance:
Your Sin: Pride
Personality: Marcus places himself above everyone else due to his superior skill. He often gloats in the smallest accomplishments and is quick to point out the faults of others. When he's not rubbing it in your face, one can see he is quite talented and could be a great person if his ego wasn't so huge.
Small Bio:
Marcus was born in a small town in the west and from a young age he learned he was unmatched in a fight. When he was only 15, he entered his first swordplay tournament and took first place. Since then, he has travelled to various cities to dominate the circuts. Now, he's grown tired of the constant winning and decided to set out for a bigger adventure, expecting that one would find him. The town was less than sad to see him go. He's found himself in Redwall Forest and hopes his studies will burn down the whole thing. Wouldn't that be a story?
Special Abilities: Extremely talented with a sword, even winning professional tournaments in the bigger city. Always wanting to push the limit, he's started studying magic and hopes to master fire manipulation.
Other Notes: He always wears a shiny gold ring that he got after winning his first tournament. It reminds him of his natural talent, should he ever manage to doubt himself.
Personality: Everard has a very wild temper. He can go for calm to yelling at everyone in a matter of seconds. Everything can set him off. He also has a very good judgement of people, able to tell whether a person is trustworthy or not. He doesn't like to be mocked.
Small Bio:
Everard was born in a town placed on the south west part of Lindell, where the wood was the main source of living. He never met his mother, who was described by his father as a bad-tempered woman. When he was 14 years old, he had a big arguing with his father about his mother, and he left home. Everard took a job as a woodcrafter, the only job that calmed him down. He also robbed people who annoyed him, and that made him a bad reputation, though no one knew it was him. He now lives in Redwall Forest, trying to earn a living.
Special Abilities: Very good at lockpicking, disguising, ranged combat, and woodcrafting.
Other Notes: He always carries a dagger in his pocket.
They will have the mannerisms of that sin, but you can still have other traits. It will be the main personality of your character, such as Lust, she'll be a very flirty character. That's probably why I wanted her, I find it fun to act out flirtatious characters, though it goes completely against by actual personality x]

Personality: Carlotta can't see her beauty. She only sees what others have that she doesn't, but plays it off as hatred and that she's more capable/deserving of whatever it is they have. She get jealous over beauty, marital possessions, power and love, none of which she think she has. She's ambitious, and she knows she wants something powerful. Deep down however, she's incredibly insecure.
Small Bio: Carlotta was born in the south in a small wealthy coastal community. Growing up, she always had a lot and got most of what she asked for. Her father was never satisfied however, and always thought his wife and Carlotta and her twin brother deserved better and should have what the others of the town had. His intentions were honorable, but his jealousy consumed him and it eventually was infused into Carlotta. Over time, she couldn't see or appreciate anything any more because she was too focused on what she didn't have. She left her family when she turned twenty to get anything out of life she could and now is a wanderer. She doesn't really know what she wants, but she's thinking power.
Special Abilities: One thing she did manage to get was control of a ring she procured from a local witch doctor. It lets her control fire to a certain extent.
Other Notes: She's older than her twin by an hour and it is unknown whether he inherited the wants of his father as well.
