Okay go and hit the check point, but don't go past it. There should be a pully and a Flying enemy let me know when your up in the higher area.
No they don't tell you the same locations twice, its always one you miss ^^; Hence why their very helpful in collecting these.

Okay this is where it gets tricky, reach to the others side and make sure you don't miss the spring. Homing attack is your friend here XD Now once your across I want you to stop immediately, cause this one most people always miss this red ring. I should know XD I missed it alot when I was trying to find it.

Okay your going to see a Ramp and Springs that they want you to hit. IGNORE them! Boost as fast as you can, till you go right over the wall with the springs and you should land on some crumble floating platforms. Be careful here, since the Red ring is right ontop a rail that you can homing attack too.
Hit the speed pads, to gain extra hieght with your boost. And vola! theres your missing Red Ring ^^

And i know where this last one might be ^^; Its right when you enter the temple, this I can't help you with though : / You have to take the upper most path way and get across as fast as you can. Until you hit a two rail, that you need to jump onto the next platform with quick reflexes >_< Even I have a hard time, timing this right @_@.
