My left arm bothers me sometimes, it's just a weak ligament. It often bothers me when I'm walking around for hours on end.

Technically, it means you (and myself) need to work out a lot more.

I am confused to how walking on your legs can make your arm hurt...

Because your arm is dangling around, so it's slowly pulling itself out of its own socket because of a weak ligament, then it hurts the nerve.

It's weird, but happens when you keep your hands busy a lot and your arms just aren't used to dangling around x)

First place I realize I may be a little late to the conversation. But a heart attack and stroke are both VERY serious diagnoses. That should not just be thrown out there by average Joe's on the internet. And quite frankly a sore left arm does not constitute either! If you were qualified to diagnose a medical issue you would know there is a list of symptoms of both heart attack and stroke. While pains in the arm may be one of them. It also can be symptoms of many other things. Like carpol tunnel for one and oh I don't know the very simple muscle ache. So just a reminder unless your a qualified medical professional you shouldn't make any speculations especially over the internet when you no nothing about the persons medical history or anything. All's you're going to accomplish is unnecessary panic.or if they have high blood pressure issues you could cause so much stress on them it could be fatal.

Calm down kyuki I'm pretty sure it's obvious we don't know what we are talking and no one would be foolish enough to take our words at face value. There is thousands of subjects that people can bring up over the internet that will insult someone- like you, but if we were not to scrape past any of them(even with just two very short comments) all conversations would be mute.
