No, no. Are private weather machine is simply the fact that we were, for a very long time, considered the most polluted city in Canada. If there's ever a way to prove global warming you can look at the fact that my city has either freak ice storms or a lot of grassy winter days.

That's the problem. There's so few lyrics that their easier to remember and thus get stuck in your head faster. I still can't get the song out of my head either!

If you live in the states then yes. I live only a couple hours away from the border last I checked.
