Personality: A mischievous man who seems to lack proper goals, Hanzo is a bit of a wanderer. He often seems to have no plan, and lacks any defining loyalty to a particular organization or goal. He merely seems to hang around, not really contributing unless he feels the need to actually work. Though that doesn't make him lazy, just lacking in goals. He is actually a hard worker when he has a set mission, and often tries to succeed, though he has been known to change the rules in order to add some excitement. This can make him unpredictable, but his combat abilities make up for these lapses in judgement.
History: Hanzo is the son of a member of the Sarutobi and Moto clans. Though he does not possess the clan kekkei genkai of the famous Moto clan, he possesses the clan's connection to monkeys, and in particular the Yonbi. As such, he like most of the Moto is capable of tracking the Yonbi and detecting its chakra a planet apart. He can even detect the chakra of others from the Moto clan, as they are connected to the Yonbi.
Hanzo lived in Iwagakure, often keeping away from his father's side of the family, which came from Konohagakure. Thus, his connection to Konoha is rather weak at best. Hanzo trained primarily to compensate for his lack of a Kekkei Genkai, and invented his own jutsu, though it comes at the cost of his life.
Eventually he grew bored of Iwagakure, and left during a mission. He was later employed by the Akatsuki, where he is sent primarily to track the Yonbi.
It is important to note, that Hanzo's main goal is actually to make the Yonbi his personal summon and to control it.

Rúyì Jīngū Bàng (Otherwise called the Black Iron Staff as a Nickname.): This is Hanzo's main weapon, and is a summoned tool. This summoned weapon is attached to a seal on his arm, and he can bring it forth in an instant. The Black Iron Staff is considered an invincible weapon, and is said to be as hard as Adamantine. This means the staff is both heavy, and incredibly defensive. It is said that it weighs roughly one ton, but Hanzo claims it is actually lighter than that, but is still incredibly heavy and difficult for the average ninja to use properly. While it appears to be a simple black staff at first glance with two rings on either side, the Black Iron Staff also possesses a unique ability. The Black Iron Staff can change size. This include increasing its width and length, allowing it to strike enemies on a large scale. This weapon, when extended has the force to break down iron walls, and can even knock over Bijuu. Unfortunately, the longer it extends the more chakra that must be expended. Thus the chakra needed to strike down a Bijuu is alot more than simply knocking over a cluster of humans.

Pheonix Feather Cap: This is a cap that Hanzo is never seen without. This fashionable phoenix cap is said to possess a mystical power. It is said to increase the output of fire jutsu, allowing the user to increase the power of his jutsu.

Cloud-Walking Shoes: The Cloud-Walking Shoes are rather misleading. Rather than allow the user to walk on clouds, it instead provides a form of rapid transportation. By forming wind at the base of the user's feet, the boots rapidly accelerate the users speed. The speed generated is said to make the user one of the fastest ninja alive, and can even allow a temporary hover ability in the air. A side effect is that the shoes release a gas which takes on the appearance of clouds.

Appearance: Hanzo Sarutobi's Ultimate Form
Description: This is Hanzo's ultimate technique, and is said to surpass even the power generated by Sage Chakra. Hanzo wears a headband, and when removed, he activates this forbidden jutsu.
The first thing to note, is the growth of a tail, and a change in appearance. Increased muscle growth increases Hanzo's physical attributes to such extents where he can toss colossal sized summons and Bijuu, though this task does have considerable strain on Hanzo. This makes him easily one of the strongest, and fastest ninja alive when in this form, and some even call him 'The' strongest in taijutsu. The tail also adds balance, and can be used to wrap around enemies and hold them in place, as well as strangle them.
Hanzo's ninjutsu skill also gains a boost, but this boost still makes it slightly less powerful than the jutsu capable of a Sage. A single fireball becomes strong enough to break down walls, and a single blade of wind can cut down a line of trees.
Hanzo's body even toughens, so that he can survive techniques capable of killing the average human with a single strike. This toughness makes him a menace, and almost unstoppable. As such, he is considered remarkably difficult to kill.
But for the incredible power this form promises, the usage of it cuts down on Hanzo's life. It has a rough usage of about one year of Hanzo's life for each minute of usage. So using this ability for ten minutes cuts off ten years of Hanzo's life.
Another side effect is the pain. After taking this form for roughly five post, Hanzo experiences intense pain. While this does not stop him from using this form, it does weaken his resistance considerably and makes it increasingly difficult to use even basic jutsu. Though he can only keep this form up for 8 post before he becomes unconscious. The only way to cancel this technique is to place the headband back onto his head.

Description: Hanzo, without the need to form handseals, will begin to shed his hair. The hair acts as a medium, transforming into a clone of the user. The clones are actually unique though, as they can transform into other humans, animals, or inanimate objects. The size of the transformed object cannot exceed the size of an elephant at max.
This technique is useful for creating weapons on the fly, or simply creating an army of clones to fight the enemy.

Description: Hanzo possesses the ability to move at incredible speeds. This technique, is essentially the ability to move faster than any other ninja, exceeding even the speeds of shunshin. Though the ability to move at such incredible speeds has several flaws. The first flaw is that the user is only capable of moving in one direction, and he can only move ten meters at a time. There is also a cooldown of two post between each movement.

Personality: Gokan is a man who prefers wisdom over violence, and is a capable man in most situations. He is the wise man to Hanzo's reckless attitude, and tries to curb his dangerous tendencies. Gokan is also Hanzo's mentor in hand to hand combat, making him an equal with Hanzo in battle.
History: Gokan is Hanzo's mentor, and taught him many of his jutsu. As such, Gokan is capable of many of the same techniques as Hanzo.
Special Traits: Trained to physical perfection, and skilled in ninjutsu.
