But can the character reference something of sexual nature or no it's rather strange to have every character ever never say a dam word. They never actually say sex or give any description but the point gets across that there being a perv.

Sex references are PG-13. It's only when you get into anatomy/nudity/actually describing or using the word sex that you will have issues.

Like saving a girl akward silence then they say. "This went a lot better in my head."

I think it's o.k. because Naruto pulls so much worse, and it's pg-13 but then again narutos eastern manga, and well pushes the limit even for manga.

That makes me feel better the characters fathers a war hero but also a letcher. They try to model themselves around there fathers heroism, which actually serves them well as they reach the point were it's hard not to be selfless. Though the whole letcher thing screwed them up a little as well so it's being untrue to the character not to make statements.

and i'm just stating naruto does some naughty stuff.

1st: Noodle-incidents. Called such because the only real detail you get is that a noodle or some other strange aspect were involved. Rather leaves quite a bit to the imagination, even more if it is physically impossable.

2nd: Probably the closest one to crossing the line or even outright crossed it already, albeit in a flashback.

3rd: Reaction shots. The discretionary nature of a reaction-shot, when not explaining what is or has occured, is a rather effective means of censorship while still replying directly to the act ICly. Again, only really works if you take measures not to explain what is happening. Lulz has ensued when it was revealed to be sensory-writing on eating a single spoonful of really good ice-cream.
