Heros and Villians(Blue and Heart)

It was about fifteen minutes after Dragon Knight went to go get the cops that they arrived there on the roof top, only to find that Watterian's body was gone. By the blood split on the roof, obviously there was no way he walked off alive. Someone took him.

Jamie had been sitting in her living room, working on her laptop when she got a phone call. It was a man, telling her to come to a certain address. When she asked who it was, he just said he was an old family friend, and that the had to do with her father.

She left her home, riding on her skateboard, she rode all the way to the address. She reconized this building....but....she didn't reconize it at the same time. Slowly she walked in and closed the door behind her. This place it was some sort of hospital...

She shook her head and walked forward, hearing voices talking.

"You honestly think this little girl can fight as good as us?!"
"Better by the looks of her files."
"Of course with her father dead now, she'll have to take his place."
"I could easily destroy that Dragon Knight myself! We don't need that--"
"Shh! I hear footsteps!"

Jamie walked slowly in the room, seeing about five men standing around. She didn't reconize any of them. She was about to speak when she saw something, or rather, someone behind them on a metal slab, a bloody chest. Her heart dropped and she ran forward, staring down at her fathers body, wide eyed. She turned to the five men, glaring, "WHO DID THIS?!"

One of the men stepped up, looking down at her, "You ever heard of a person called Dragon Knight?"

Her eyes widened, "The super hero?"

The man chuckled, "This afternoon, he killed Watterian. And Watterian was your father."

She looked back at her fathers body, "Why did you call me here?"

She felt hands on her shoulders as he spoke, "You must take your fathers place and KILL Dragon Knight. You're father told us about you, how he gave you powers, here at the lab."

So, this wasn't a hospital, it was a lab, "Wait, Dad knew about my powers?"

"Of yes, he even thought of a name for when you joined him, Metal Essense."

The man handed him a purple mask and she looked up at him befpre hesistantly putting the mask on.

Adrian made his way home after changing back to normal. He found his dad outside working on the car as he did his best to try to look upbeat. Yet he couldn't as he felt like absolute crap. He leaned up against the garage door as he slowly told his dad about everything that happened. He almost started to cry at the mere idea that it might've been his fault that somebody died. Even if he was a villain, it was still a life!

His dad wasted no time to give him a hug and reassure him that he did everything he could to help and that Watterian's death was no one's fault but his own. After calming down he gave his son a pat on the back as he led him inside the house, feeling he deserved to rest.

Some hours passed as Adrian had just watched TV in silence, trying to think of something to cheer himself up. He decided to reach for his cell phone and called up Jamie. Mostly because he just wanted someone he loved dearly to speak to.

Jamie had spent a few hours in the labs, speaking with the five men that were there. They had come up with what she was to wear when going out to fight. A purple mask, dress and boots, with black legging. When using her powers extremely her hair would turn white and her skin pale, her freckles disappearing, so it was close to impossible for someone to figure out who she was when she was to fight.

Once they had everything figured out, and made the report that her father had died in a 'car wreck', she went to head home and once there, went straight upstairs to her room. She sat on her bed and finally couldn't hold her tears in any longer. She began sobbing, buryin gher face in her arms when she heard her phone ring. She looked at it and picked it up, biting her lip, trying to sound normal, though it was obviously she had been crying, "Hello?

Adrian seemed to lighten up immediately after hearing her voice as he spoke up. "Jaime! How are you? I was so worried about you after what happened. Are you ok?"

When Jamie heard his voice and sighed and took a deep breath, trying to find words to say, "I'm....not so good...my father...he...was in a bad car wreck..." She stated, laying back on her bed, tears still pouring from her eyes.

Adrian good spirits suddenly drained as he leaned forward and held tightly onto the cellphone. "How... how bad was it?"

Jamie cryed a bit and curled up, "He's gone Adrian....I'll never see him alive again..." She sobbed now, not knowing what she was going to do with both her parents being gone.

Adrian brought a hand up to his mouth in being unable to find something to say. "Oh my god... Oh god Jaime..." He gulped as he wasn't sure what to say or do. "Do... Do you want me to come over?" He knew she must be feeling utterly terrible, but he didn't want to force the choice on her which is why he asked.

Jamie layed there for amoment in silence, thinking, then nodded, "Please....I just....I need someone here with me. Please come over..." She said, crying softly.

Adrian nodded on instinct, "I'll be there as fast as I can." He hung up his phone and ran out as he quickly told his dad outside he was going out to visit Jaime. He made his way across four blocks as hard as he could before he slowly walked up to her front door and gently knocked on it.
