Kageeri closed her eyes, smiling as the music filled the air, wrapping around her like a gentle summer's breeze.

Mio played her piano with elegance and grace a lady would have. She played the music as she closed her eyes, her fingers touching every key.

Silently, Kageeri made her way downstairs and began preparing the refreshments for the meeting. Suddenly, the door rang.
"Now who could that be?" she muttered, going to answer the door.
"May I help you?" she asked politely, her soft voice gaining a hard edge as the scent of demon filled the air.

At the door was a butler dressed in black. Sebastian Michaelis and the Earl Ciel Phantomhive stood at the door. The black butler gave a polite smile to Kageeri, "Good morning. Lord Phantomhive has arrived for the meeting." he said to the maid, easily catching her demon scent as well.

[Cecily Phantom]

"I beg your pardon. Please, come in." Kageeri allowed them to enter. "I do apologize. My mistress and I were not expecting you for another hour at least." She smiled easily, but made sure to keep a warning tone in her voice.

"Please forgive us for coming so early." the butler apologized, catching the warning in Kageeri's voice. He slightly smiled at the tone, amused by this maid. "Might I ask, who is that playing?" Sebastian and his Earl both looked in the direction of where the music seemed to come from.

[Cecily Phantom]

"My mistress. Lady Mio Machi." Kageeri took their coats and hats, hanging them up. "Please. Follow me to the parlor. I shall refreshments prepared and served momentarily."

The black butler and Ciel followed the maid into the parlor. Sebastian watched the maid with interest, amused by her mannerism. As Ciel took a seat in the parlor, he eyed the room. Above the music continued.

[Cecily Phantom]

"Excuse me for a moment. I will return with refreshments." Kageeri left, a small frown on her face.
"What an unusual maid. Wouldn't you agree, Sebastian?" Ciel asked, speaking for the first time since their arrival.

"Very unusual." Sebastian replied to the young lord. He watched the door where the maid went, "Perhaps the mistress is the same?" He suggested. He glanced to the vase of spiderlillies in the room, "...Yes, I believe she is." he added afterward.
Upstairs, Mio paused in her music, sensing something different in the home. She stood up, smoothing out her dress again before leaving the music room.
