Cira sat on the roof of his new house. He had just thrown a party for people at his school. He looked up at the stars and enjoyed the view. 'I wonder what the point of me being here is? I mean the last time I was here...' He couldn't think of the last time he was here. He noticed that as he stayed here on this planet his memory was beginning to become clouded.
A door opened below and a young girl walked to the balcony. "Cira what are you doing up there? Are you going to come back in and join me? If not I think I'll be heading home."
Cira laid back, "Go ahead and head home I think I'm going to stay here for awhile." He would offer the girl a ride but he something felt different tonight and he wanted to lay on the roof and enjoy the breeze.
"Alright Cira. I'll see you tomorrow okay?" With that she left. Cira laid there for another hour and caught sight of a shooting star. It brought back memories of when he came here. Then the star grew brighter and closer and soon he was crawling up the roof as it came slamming down a few hundred yards away. "Holy shit that was close." He stood up and looked with his eyes squinted. Out in the distance a large crater smoked. Suddenly a strong feeling hit Cira and he slid down the roof landing on the balcony. "Could it be?" He asked no one in particular and ran to his bike.
Moments later he was driving down to the crater and he came to a sliding stop. He stood up taking off his helmet and walked to the crater. "Hey, is anybody there?" He felt stupid asking but something was pulling him to the crater. He stepped closer to the edge of it trying to llok through the smoke.
