    Shel throws a magic-infused playing card at his opponent. The card is magically reinforced, so it can cut through most materials.
    Roll the Dice
    Shel casts two dice upon the ground, causing tremors underneath his opponent. The combined total of the numbers on the top side of the dice determine how many tremors occur.
    Mind Games
    Shel creates two identical copies of himself, and teleports into the place of one of them, confusing his opponent. The copies are ghosts, they can't be hurt or hurt his opponent.
    Soul Sucker
    Shel absorbs life from living objects around him, causing his steel flesh to grow and thus become capable of melee combat. Only effects small animals and plant life.
    Ashes to Ashes
    Shel disintegrates and reforms somewhere else.

    Equipment: Shel wears his Jester's uniform (Which can dissolve and reform when he uses Ashes to Ashes) and carries - apart from his cards and dice - a sword made of soldified flames, named Flicker, and his scepter which consists of a brightly painted wooden handle and a glowing skull which contains his magic. His sword can burn on touch, but not start fires. Think of it as just being very, very hot.
    Description: Shel can't remember his mortal life. He simply remembers being conjured by an incompetent necromancer. The necromancer had imbued a small diamond skull with Shel's energy, effectively binding him to the skull, not the necromancer. Shel stole the skull and, being bound only to himself, killed the necromancer, before stealing his blade and fashioning a scepter from the skull. Whoever possesses the scepter can control him, which is why he never lets go of it.

    Element(s): Wicked Ice...a weaponized version of black ice, used from within his daggers.

    Ability system: Not overly powerful, Tepes makes a living by stealing. His abilities are undoubtedly specialized for that; bar one. His main ability is not unique and mostly cliché; Spatial Manipulation. As a thief, going unseen is a necessity, and as a result, Tepes has developed the ability to distort the space around himself, allowing him to hide from sight. Don't be fooled, this ability is not a power nor is it superhuman, in fact it's very human. After years and years of training, he has found ways to make parts of his body invisible to the human, and otherwise, eye, for instance: if he were hiding near a vase, he would not simply hide behind it, he would use the flexibility of his limbs and his natural creativity to blend with the vase, making it appear as something completely different. This ability is not full proof, the sharper opponent, though incredibly sharp they'd have to be, might be suspicious, and the cautious opponent would attack anyway, just to be sure. (However, unjustified stupidity will not be tolerated; "I think I saw something so I'm going to throw a grenade there.")

    Considering Tepes' own cautious nature, he has another ability to help him in tight situations; Collective Reasoning. This could otherwise be described as discernment. This ability allows him to make the quickest and most reliable decision when in a tight situation and was developed through harsh training with the last, and arguably most powerful, King of Thieves. This ability is also not superhuman, but it does allow for some rather above normal reaction speeds and beyond average planning.

    His daggers don’t have any particular ability, aside from Wicked Ice. He's a weapons expert, it's what he does. In fact, to the dismay of his band of wayward followers, the Forty Thieves, he generally only steals weapons of immense value. However, for some very off reason, he has decided to go with two identical daggers known as the Raj. These daggers are called La Vie, life, and La Mort, death. Depending on which he strikes with first, Tepes decides the fate of his victims; he strongly believes in the power of Fate, it can’t be denied.

    His last ability is the only supernatural strength his has; Sound Press. This ability allows him to control sound pressure. He can't create sound, meaning he can't make you hear things that aren't there, but he can, for instance, displace the sound of an attack, or of his voice. Also, he can use sound's pretty blistering speeds to deflect attacks and create sonic booms, which, though not particular physical, can cause some confusion when coupled with the ability to displace and even dampen it. A weak but useful skill.

    He fights using two martial arts: Kajukenbo and Kalarippayattu.

    Details: His background is unknown. He grew up in the tutelage of the previous King Of Thieves, and ultimately had no childhood. As a result he is cold, calculating and mysterious.

    Appearance: Stavros is a relatively tall man, standing about 5'10''. He wears soft leather gloves to help protect his hands during battle. His torso is covered in a leather vest, topped by a sheet of chainmail which also covers his otherwise bare arms. His trousers are also of leather, though lined with silk. He has no outstanding features. Facial hair is kept at a minimum, and his dark brown hair hangs just below his shoulders.

    Weaponry: He carries but a single weapon; A halberd. The weapon is in itself a piece of art, the shaft stained a deep red, countering the marble swirl of blue that the blade wears. The shaft contains many writings in many different and dead languages. The single word that a commoner could make out is "Siquinox".

    Powers and Abilities: (Normally, Stavros would begin at a high tier one or a low tier two.) He has no innate abilities, and none that cannot be stopped without metagaming. As the Halberd inflicts damage upon his enemy, the blade begins losing it's color, morphing into a marble grey. In reality, this is the demonic spirit within the blade transferring into Stavros. Siquinox aborbs the blood of enemies, and transfers that blood into an essence of corruption, morphing Stavros' body into a seemingly demonic form. (And as his corruption rises, as does his tier level.) As the blade absorbes the life force (blood) of enemies, and his corruption rises, his humanity begins to slip away. At several points of corruption, he gains new demonic powers. As he is corrupted, his strength increases, however his ability to think clearly, and to use logic is severely reduced. In simple terms, as he becomes corrupted, his normal alliances would mean nothing; He would slaughter everyone in his home just as soon as he would kill an invader. His most effective skill is a time-reductive skill. At a specific point of corruption, his humanity and his demonic possession will be at a stalemate, truly his strongest form. While his corruption increases his strength, and decreases his human will, they are equal at this point, and now, only now can he unlock his most powerful abaility. This ability requires several things to occur in order to activate. Firstly, he must be at the afore mentioned point of corruption. Secondly, he must complete a "dance"-like ritual, which includes several steps. He must also have not used magic in the preceeding 12 posts in order for his energy level to be sufficient for it not to backfire. Once the "dance" is completed, Siquinox is thrust into the ground, essentially being the "key" to unlock the ability. For three seconds, time around his body slows considerably, allowing him to strike in an unprecidented manner. He may not remove Siquinox from the ground until the effects of the skill are resolved. An unfortunate twist to this skill, is that once his time is up, the rest of the world begins to catch up with him. With so much more mass to speed up through the flow of time, it takes nearly six seconds for the world to catch up, rendering him slowed, and nearly defenseless to the quickened attacks of his opponents. This is why this skill is nearly always a finishing move.

    Appearance: It was apparent he wore a white shirt, as the sleeves extended to his wrists and the black, sleeveless robe he wore over it split from his neck to below his chest. This was kept from falling from his shoulders by three black, buttoning straps connecting each side of the deep V-neck. The bottom portion of the robe was also split between the legs, front and back, ensuring freedom of movement. The ankles of the black combat boots he had equipped to his feet were covered by the legs of his black, silken trousers. A hood covered his head, though cast no shadow to hide his face, which was covered by a blank, silver mask. The only feature of the mask was two thin slits to allow vision. The entirety of the black upon this six foot monster, including the leather gloves that protected the tender flesh of his hands, was printed with a silver "rain" pattern (think The Matrix). Tucked into an almost out of place white belt were two large knives, the blades exposed.

    Age: Six months, twelve days, thirteen hours.

    Gender: Genderless. Physically appears male.

    Race: Cybernetic Organism. Ian's body consists of an endoskeleton of metal coated in synthetic flesh to give him a physically human appearance. The endoskeleton is made up of starship grade terrestrial metal Z-33-FF7. This alloy can easily withstand the temperatures accociated with entering an inhabitable atmosphere. It is also graded 11 (moderate) for high impact crashes. Does not have a tendency to shred, tear or crack under stress. Approved for use in eternity pods.

    League: Intermediate/Advanced

    Class: Heavy/Boss

    Abilities: Hydraulic strength. Ian is capable of lifting several times his own body weight as well as throwing punches with enough force to punch a hole in the side of a tank.
    Supercomputing. Ian has files on nearly everything known to science according to his master's race (XpF is an alien).
    Pain Tolerance. Being a synthetic human, Ian has no pain receptors and so is immune to things such as fire. He does however have pressure receptors throughout his body allowing him a very dexterous touch.
    Prototype Emotion Simulator. Ian talks, acts and reacts like a normal human. He is able to realize when he should feel a certain emotion and gauges his reactions to fit the situation.
    Rifle Scope Eyesight. Ian's vision can zoom or focus on a specific target as well as switch between Infrared and Ultraviolet sensitivity on top of standard vision.
    Spray. Ian's right arm contains a pressurized tank of liquid oxygen. He can spray this out of a nozzel on his index finger as either a freezing mist or a solid stream, the latter he ignites to send a streak of insanely hot flame at his target.
    His nuclear power core can be removed and used as a bomb. He then runs off of battery power. Ten minute charge.


    Equipment: Two knives. Blades are one foot long and comprised of the same metal as Ian's endoskeleton. Handles are eight inches long. Undecorated hickory.
    His mask is a ballistics mask capable of withstanding a .44 hollowpoint bullet.

    Details: Bio is nonexistent. Ian was created by XpF as protection and serves his master dutifully.

    Abilities – Born a hunter he relies on his endurance, speed, and accuracy. He is well trained with a spear and has limited battle experience with an acquired gladius. He is also proficient with a recurve bow though rarely used except when hunting.
    Equipment – His spear is 5’ long with a flat spade like iron tip measuring 3”. It is set into a dense bone coupler which attaches it to the verawood pole. The wood is durable and near black in color due to age.
    -The gladius is a standard build. It is well worn and the edge nearing the handle is near serrated from notching against other hardened objects.
    -The bow, if carried, would be an average recurve bow leaning upward to 80 pounds of draw weight. It would be attached to his back via a chest strap that runs diagonally from right shoulder to left hip supporting a quiver of a handful of broad headed hand fletched arrows.
    -Battle skirt of thick leather and rivets held his ensemble together.

    -5’ coil of light yet durable chain attached to a single hinge neck shackle suitable for an average human neck. The collar attaches to the chain in the back directly next to the hinge. Both are attached via the same cord and knot.
    -Boot knife carried in a visible sheath strapped to right foot attire. Used for everyday utility and remains double sided with a dull blade. 3” handle with a stationary 5” blade
    -A leather coin pouch containing small rounded stones etched and carved to resemble animal spirits

Unfortunately The Enclave Invaded The Wastes Stopping A Project In The Jefferson Memorial Named Project Purity. The Brotherhood Helped Them Try To Find The Required Equipment To Continue. When They Came Back With Them Our Robot Was Ready To Charge Them, But Logen Couldn't Do It He Was On A Secret Mission To Sabotage The Enemy Radar. He Did This Mission And Completed It In No Time. But The Invasion Hasn't Started Yet? They Didn't Want Him In It So They Sent Him Back To The West Coast With A Trading Group. He Was Outraged From This That He Ran From The Caravan And Is Now Traveling The Wastes Alone
